Perfect as usual. Chips are chunky and crispy and not at all soggy or greasy. The haddock was also crispy and not at all greasy and had full flavour!

First time trying this chip shop and we are so happy with it. Reminds me of chippies when I was a kid! Lots of veggie options which is the main reason we tried. Mars Bar next time!

Large fish and small chips was a perfect size and still very hot when it arrived. It tasted nice. I wasn't much fun of squid chunks, they were a bit tough. I would however recommend for fish and chips and would order again. Thank you

Usually no complaints but my mums pie was rock hard, could hardly cut it open and it was dry , my savaloys were also cold.

Genuinely my new favourite chippy, we came in after going climbing because we were curious about the deep fried crème eggs and honestly I’ll never look back. A proper family buisness that give you a home cooked (cheap & cheerful) meal. Nothing to fault. The chips are homemade and perfect. Even offer gravy (for us northern folk it’s a dream) genuinely perfect xxxxx

Been using this chippy for a while now. Always have the same order. But tonight I thought I'd try something different and delivery. Always superb. Delivered with a smile. The only one downside for me is I can only use it when I'm on this area. Thank you.

never had a problem here before and usually really happy, but today the person delivering knocked our door and had left our food on the wet floor infront of the front door and was already in their car when it took me about 40 seconds to get to the door from the knock.

I wanted to update my review on this place as I've ordered as of recent and wanted to shed the great customer service I have received from the business and the tasty food! I have ordered online and when they contacted me about items being unavailable it's always been a nice chat never any rudeness or the so called "shouting" over the phone. Their prices are also great and affordable, the portion sizes are still amazing for what they're charging.

Polite, friendly and efficient staff. Large portions of proper chippy chips for your money. Their curry sauce is very tasty. Not as bland as your typical chippy curry sauce and with a slight bit more heat. Will definitely use again 👍

The food was cold! Chips seemed old and pies pastry so hard you couldn’t cut them. I would imagine they have been re heated from another day or out of date. I have never had such bad pie and chips from a Fish and Chip shop. We waited ages and it came cold and old. Never again will I order from this place. Disgusting. Waste of money and time.

I never leave reviews but this place was too good not too. Loved how thorough the menu was, even down to asking if you’d like lemon with your fish. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. LOVED the selection of battered choc bars. Definitely returning.

Food took ages to arrive and was barely warm, despite us living very close to the restaurant. Chips were so over cooked most of them were too crispy to eat, even the children didn’t like them which is unheard of. On the plus side fish was fine and kids said they were the best onion rings, but I won’t be ordering here again due to the awful chips and cold food.

I like to leave honest reviews as I stated before in my last reviews. But to be honest I don’t actually know what to put?! I said before that I’m to lazy to put my own sauce in my food and you guy’s perfectly explained why you don’t (totally see and agree why you don’t) I said that I was missing a sausage and you replied that we get in touch and your send one out next time (which you did!) but tonight’s order?…….. you should be serving the royal family! Burgers were soft and amazing! Sausages were cooked perfectly! Battered mars bars were crispy but soft crispy not the break your teeth crispy! It’s been a little while since my last order but let’s just say if my payday was everyday I’d be moving in!! And before I forget your delivery service 10/10 always nice and polite I just can’t fault you guys. Keep up the great work and I’ll be ordering again soon. PS: if I carry on ordering do I get a loyalty card? Worth a try 👍

Had a great dinner from there the other night.Vegan pie and chips. Best takeaway we’ve had in ages and so refreshing to see a vegan selection that doesn’t cost the earth Would recommend !

Told you all I’d be back. So I ordered at little less this time and I’m guessing because it was later in the day it was all perfect! Can’t fault these guys this evening everything was here and was brilliant. I will definitely be back soon…..when I next get paid that is. 10/10

I enjoy leaving honest reviews incase people look at the reviews before ordering from somewhere they haven’t tried. So I will definitely be back for more first off but I don’t enjoy saucing the food myself (kind of lazy but it’s always been done instore) so the burger and chips were delayed in entering my mouth. It was all a nice size portion but not enough to leave me in a food coma. But also unfortunately I paid for a battered sausage and didn’t get one :( maybe they were busy? Maybe they didn’t give a S@£t? But I’d still be back as they give better portions then others around.

Fish was rather greasy great choice though even cake icecream ect.lady was star service but front of house in desperate need of refurb Would def use again in area
