even though my delivery was late for the first time the food was very nice and tasty and delivery driver was very friendly and will definitely order from here again.

Food was great, a little too salty. However the delivery driver was extremely rude, appeared to be in a rush and abruptly handed over the food.

Waited an hour and 20 mins for food and it was barely hot when we received it

I always order the same, and it's always lovely, highly recommend.

The meals we have had in the past have always been good, but on this order the chicken satay skewers were really chewy and tasted weird and didn't look properly cooked, plus the sweet and sour chicken hong Kong dish contained tiny pieces of chicken and was mainly batter, hadvhardly any onion or pineapple but loads of carrot. Really disappointing and not cheap either. Probably won't order from here again sorry!

Nice enough grub,, turned up on time and tasted ok but was lukewarm at best so hard to describe it anything other than average…£3.70 for a portion of chips is a liberty too if you ask me..gotta chippy real close and even they don’t charge that for better chips 🤣 Nice grub but overpriced…(and lukewarm)

Love the food, hate that they can never…ever seem to be able to deliver within the stated 30 minute window and typically a further 10 mins late. Will not now use this take out again.

Nice but little salty in the Kung po sauce

My wife had the chicken and pineapple, I nabbed a taste of the carrot and the sauce is delicious. I had the mixed meat curry with Fried rice, this taste really nice and is a happy place for me….

The food was excellent, my husband said it was the best Chinese meal he’s had in years! There was also a lot of it and they certainly didn’t skimp on the chicken in the fried rice.

The curry was a good consitency, flavour was exceptional certainly with the fried rice the perfect mix. Certainly when tired having a delicious mixed meat curry makes the difference. Thanks for a good meal.

Waited an hour and a quarter for food and it was mostly cold!

Well that was the most bland and greasy takeout I've ever had the displeasure of trying. Everything fried was dripping in oil, the Singapore noodles were bland when they are meant to be spicy. The seaweed was caked in sugar. It was so sweet I took one mouthful and left it. I'm gutted after spending that much to not have an edible meal. Have learned my lesson. Will definitely not be using this takeout again.

I have only ordered once from Ha Ha Chinese and I can tell you that its quality is amazing. I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken, Egg Fried Rice and Seasoned Chips. They all came piping hot and I have never had the same experience with any other restaurants (even the ones closer to me). The lady on the phone was very polite and I will definitely be ordering from this place again!

Great food, fresh hot and generous servings, ordered enough for 3 days. Slight downside I found the batter on the chicken balls rather greasy today and quite thick. The mushroom Chow Mein was fantastic lots of mushroom and very tasty.

I looked at the menu i had for the Ha Ha and decided to order on line. On the menu, it said FREE prawn crackers with meals over £12 (which mine was WELL over £12). When it was delivered, there were no prawn crackers so i rang up and asked where they were. I was told that if i rang up and ordered then they wouldve been free but because i ordered on line they were not. I didnt have cash to pay, only my card which is why i went on line. This is NOT stated on line at all about prawn crackers not being included which i think is out of order. What is the difference which way i order my food???? The Chinese woman i spoke to was VERY rude when i asked her to deliver the free prawn crackers only to be told that she would NOT send the driver out for that and she said if i wanted them, i would have to walk up and get them myself!! I informed her that i have COVID and really didnt want to go out in case i spread the infection but she didnt seem to care. I have ALWAYS ordered from there by ringing up in the past and i will NEVER order from there again. I have told all my friends about this who are disgusted the way i have been treated, they USED to order from there but not any more from what has happened. There are PLENTY more Chinese takeaways in Portsmouth to choose from, so it is their lose BIG TIME, not mine.

As always great food, arrived on time, generous servings and hot and tasty , small downside the chicken balls were a little greasy tonight but still nice and tender chicken inside. The 2 chow mein excellent and delicious. We enjoyed them very much, thank you for delivering on such a windy night.

The food was very poor, I'm not sure where the kung pao chicken recipe is from but it's literally disgusting, and I'm sure sweet and sour sauce isn't suppose to be like jelly. Didn't finish anything, barely made it through half of one dish.

Food was enjoyable with the crisp clean flavours of chicken ginger and spring onion, totally fulfilling. Wife’s was delicious nice, she had chicken & pineapple. the spring rolls were delicious too but there can never be enough spring rolls. :p

The gave me undercooked chicken. Was bright pink consistently throughout and then told me I had to wait over half hour for new food. Not acceptable from somewhere I order from regularly. Shouldn't be serving people food.

I got a mix meant chowmain tonight and rang them up to say there was 2 meats one bit of chicken and one bit of pork, how is that a mix meat chowmain and they said that is because there was 2 meats. I could eat it it was sick.

Ordered beef in black bean sauce with fried rice . Way too much rice just about found the beef . Lol
