This has been one of the best currys. Everything is very well spiced and has excellent flavour. I have enjoyed gurkha and would rate it amongst the best tasting meals I have had this year. I would reccomend highly.

Only 3 pieces of dry over cooked lamb in my curry. Naan was steamed as it was delivered in a plastic bag. The chips were like mash as they were put in a plastic container, and sweated. Will never use again. Awful

Easily one of my fave Belper takeaways. Every curry I've had has always been top notch and Saturdays meal was no difference. A chicken korma with tender chicken pieces and the sauce just perfect. I'm so happy with this restaurant that I'm just slowly making my way through the entire menu! Food always delivered in great time and it's always arrived hot. Definitely recommended

Best Indian takeaway in Belper area. There are some bad ones around (Viceroy, Duffield!!) but Gurkha is great. Fresh, not oily and nice people

Only just seen I was charged 8 pound delivery nice food but definitely won't be ordering again at that price!!

Delivery was on time. Unfortunately, I was sent Saag Aloo instead of Saag Paneer. Whereas everything was tasty, I was disappointed my Saag Paneer was a no show. The delivery man had gone before I discovered the error, and I checked my on line order to ensure I had ordered the correct item.

Great food and service every time.

The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were amazing, the only thing that let it down was my poppadoms arrived in a million pieces so could not enjoy them with the dips as I would have liked.

Had a takeaway Saturday first in a long time due to dissapointing food from other takeaways. This did not dissapoint, we just rocked up and ordered, food looked to be cooked fresh in less than 15 minutes. Portion size excellent, food so tasty. Highly recommended.

Great takeaway. However we do feel it’s a little too expensive. £14 for a prawn bhuna - only 6 prawns but mountains of sauce. That’s restaurant prices! Would definitely order again if prices were more reasonable

Tonight was the first time I have had food from Gurkha Express and I can honestly say it was fantastic, the flavour was amazing and the amount of chicken in the chicken tikka was brilliant, I will definitely be visiting Gurkha express more often,

Ordered a tub of cookie dough Ben & Jerry’s and had delivered a small hand made pot with plain ice cream in. Wasn’t offered a refund for the ice cream. Not an acceptable substitute

Really really expensive for an average meal! 3 bog standard small samosas for £5+

On this occasion chicken was breast fillet instead of thigh as described on menu so was a little dry and tough. Usually very good quality though.

Food was gorgeous… we had vidnaloo and rogan Josh. Food was gorgeous the only thing was the delivery was cold by the time it reached us as they had written the wrong number on the bag so went to next door.
