Ordered at 6.35 for delivery 7.20 and 7.40.Text from just eat to say there’s a delay and food will be delivered between 7.50 and 8.10. Not delivered! Rang restaurant who advised that the food is packed and would be with me in 20 - 25mins. Explained that I have an 8 year old waiting for her treat and she is getting tired. After 30 minutes rang again to be told at least another 20 mins. I said not to bother. Can’t rate food as not had!! Rated 5* before but late on delivery.Would never use again

Great service and food from this takeaway. All the food tasted freshly cooked and nicely spiced. Delivery was very quick and friendly.

Take away only. All made fresh, nothing cook/chill. Nepalese dumplings, Momo, esp the lamb ones are INCREDIBLE. Best outside Nepal found so far. They have a habit of forgetting the sauce, so double check if picking up/ordering not thru a 3rd party. A little more expensive than local Indian outlets but well worth the extra. Portions are always generous. The wider menu offers the usual N Indian fare, all done v well too. Garlic, peshwari, and keema naans all tasty as are the lentil, cauli, potato, rice ++ side dishes.

Food arrived cold. Biryani rice was mushy and the only thing that gave it flavour was the dips from the chutneys. Popadoms were a mixture of soft and hard. Disappointed as I was looking forward to trying somewhere new.

Absolutely delicious food unfortunately there was probably only about 1 breast of chicken between 2 mains dishes. I appreciate there was an offer on but didn't expect such a small amount of meat. Having said that the bhajis were lovely and crispy and the sauce was amazing!

Our first time ordering and it won't be the last. Great food, delivered on time and hot. We tried different dishes to our usual go to ones as there are many options on the menu. We were not disappointed, will order again. Plus they have a stamp scheme which we were unaware of which is an added bonus.

Flavorless, didn’t taste like a fresh curry (ordered a chicken masala and chicken korma). Chicken wasn’t seasoned. Rice was dry. Onion bhaji falling apart and drowned in fat. What a waste of money and time.

Fancied a change and tried Gurkha Chilli last Saturday after usual checking reviews for different takeaways. If you are doing the same in reading this post then I can save you some time and suggest you order from here right now, this was possibly the best takeaway curry I have ever had, certainly in Nottingham. I am a big foodie and would say I am a good judge, our food (Balti & Korma - always start by judging the classics) tasted fresh and everyone agreed after their first mouthful it was amazing, a million miles away from those generic flavoured and soulless curries, you know the ones…… I can’t wait till next curry night to try something different.

First time ordering and it was delicious. 4 stars only because some of the food in the Gurkha mix box was a little cold. Still tasted really good and we'll definitely be ordering again!
