Visited solo for breakfast and sat on the delightful terrace. Came in on the off chance as I haven’t been for a few years. Received a warm welcome and decided on the large breakfast. Delicious with quality sausages and bacon, two eggs and a lovely home made hash brown accompanied by sides of beans and mushrooms. Came with toast and an excellent coffee. In all a great start to a Saturday with friendly service and excellent food, what more do you want. And at a very reasonable price!

Always a great breakfast, l go in all the time. Myself and my son have Sausage and Bacon Baguettes. Whilst my mother has toast and marmalade. Never had to wait long, always treated perfectly on our numerous trips.

Wasn’t the choice which was on the website nevertheless enjoyed the food and service was excellent

What a find! This cafe on the sea front is bright, welcoming and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are fairly reasonable and the food was excellent. Bacon bap in lovely toasted white bread with good quality bacon. Sausage bap was great. Lovely crispy bap with plenty of decent quality meat. Well breakfast looked so good when it arrived I completely forgot to take a picture, I just tucked straight in!! I had the vegan breakfast with the homemade bubble and squeak, it was super yummy. There were 5 of us eating so the staff pushed two tables together to make room for all of us. It gets very busy in there and having had the breakfast I can see why, you may have to wait for a table but it is worth the wait. The staff were friendly and helpful and the service was good. Defiantly a great place to stop for brekkie.

It can be so expensive to eat out these days, but there are some places which offer good value for money and Gulliver's Wife is one of these. Food prices on the menu range from £3.80 (fried egg bap) to £12.00 for 11oz cod, chips and peas. Drinks are £1.60 to £2.60. The portion sizes and quality were very good, my Mum ordered fish and chips and the cod was huge! We would like to thank the friendly staff too. We will definitely be back!

Excellent service and excellent food, with nothing being too much trouble. Considering it how busy it was (full when we arrived) and we ordered 5 different meals, we didn’t have to wait long either. It was our first visit and we’ll definitely be going back, lovely place for a family lunch.

Great tasty breakfast with a good mug of tea. Dog friendly which we don't mind but it is quite close with some of the dogs quite large but well behaved. Close to the beach and reasonably priced. Nice friendly staff.

Friendly staff, good value all day breakfasts. We each had a small breakfast, which included a slice of good quality toasted bread all for £7.50! Coffee was good value, too. Over a £1 less than we normally pay.

Fabulous fish and chips light batter -fish just flaked onto fork decent portions would have liked a stronger caper flavour tartare but thats just my preference lovely and clean inside and out and toilets spotless will return
