A great local cafe in west London would highly recommend! Delicious coffee and amazing cakes to choose from!

Got a takeaway coffee and a croissant, as walking to work I had a heavy bag already. I had to ask for a bag for my coffee: the bag was too big for the unusually small coffee so it fell over in the bag when I stepped outside, loosing half my coffee. I went back in to ask for another bag, as my coffee could have fallen through the bag that now had a soggy bottom, thinking I will wedge it into place with my croissant so it wouldn’t happen again, something possibly the server should have done in the first place. I was taken aback to be told by someone who looked half my age that I wouldn’t get another one if it happened again, like I was a naughty child. Just terrible customer service, the croissant was good, there was very little coffee left, so can t judge that but I won t be going back again. The girl needs some training.

I’ve been in a few times to grab a coffee and occasionally some lunch and every time the food has exceeded my expectations. The service is great and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They’re brownies are especially good. I highly recommend grounded to anyone who is local to the area or visiting as you will always be welcomed with a smile.

If you like great coffee served by people who make it a transactional experience, who don't look you in the eye, and can't be bothered to make you feel welcome, then by all means spend your money here. Personally for the price (not cheap) I'd rather it came with a smile, so I won't be coming again. It's a shame as I'm local and this is the first local coffee shop I chose to visit after the lifting of corona lockdown. Maybe some staff training required?

Grabbed our coffee here a number of times, as we were staying nearby. Friendly staff and pretty decent coffee. Good selection of pastries. Glad to have found this place. Right near St Margaret’s train station

We went in for hot drinks and cake - the coffee was the best I've tasted in a very long time. I also had a raspberry and rose brownie, and both flavours came through beautifully. Lovely place, will definitely be going back when we are next in the area.

This could have been really good.. bright, airy, great location on a quaint little street, however, we found it lacked love. The coffee was good but the poached eggs were over cooked and looked, for want of a better word, “old” and came out of a mould. The place smelt of dog (possibly the dirty floor) and the girls serving looked uninterested as they slouched on the counter staring into space. Great place for a cappuccino and a cookie with your laptop but that’s it!

Grounded is my absolute go-to for snack lunches. They offer a wonderful variety of baguettes and flatbread sandwiches, very tasty pastries and cookies, and it's all backed up by the finest, I mean the *finest*, coffee in the borough. Very popular with mums and local working folks. And me. In terms of access, there's a single step up into the shop, but the door's wide enough to accommodate all those 4x4 SUV buggies that people will insist on using....

Possibly the worst cooked breakfast we’ve ever attempted to eat . The service was polite and no problems there but the food was simply awful . Processed ham , a pale fried egg and some frozen chips . Indelible and the little I ate repeated on me all day , my daughter felt quite unwell after attempting to eat the full English - managed 1 sausage toast and a few beans . Go over the bridge and there are some beautiful cafes instead.

Nice place, but food really poor. There must be a mess in the kitchen, as pieces of fish found itself stuck under the vegan garlick bread. Fish and chips - fish soft and soggy.

Absolutely recommend The Wharf. We were there for my sisters 50th birthday Barbara, Debbie & KP were all very accommodating even though it was the festive season menu we could tweak it so my sister felt it was her actual birthday not Christmas! Food was impeccable atmosphere was electric with a DJ which made the party come alive! A huge shout out to KP for being our right hand man making sure our celebrations went off without a hitch. The staff were always at hand making sure we had a great night. The Wharf is an amazing venue for couples families or friends. This is my 2nd big event at The Wharf as we had a big retirement/work do in the summer with a huge buffet accommodating nearly 100 guests. As I said I would highly recommend The Wharf. Can’t wait to go back in the new year.

We have enjoyed eating here in the past but on this occasion it was a definite deux points. When you pay nearly £50 for two small plates of fish and chips and two pints of cider you expect it to be better than the fish and chips at Morrisons. Instead the fish was dry and clearly not restaurant quality while the chips were indifferent at best. If I’d paid £8 in a cafe I would have been disappointed but in a “bistro” pub that pretends to be a Belgian style restaurant it feels like yet another eating establishment that has lost its way.
