Foood is bang on rice box and loaded chicken fries my favourite. Place gets very busy. I’ll eat here over pepes. They count there fries. Here there is a good size potion on everything

I ordered food last night at 2:30 AM and they delivered in 25 mins which is very very impressive. And the food was so so so good. Thank you GRILLOS

I'm only giving 2 stars because the only justifiable purchase from here is the pizza. Everything else the food is poor I just purchased a Kofta Kebab it was just this slab of basically burger meat between thin pita bread covered in greasy slimy sauce and tasted raw. I just put it straight in the bin so that's £7 I'm not getting back so cheers for that I guess. Also the preparation time is very long.

Horrible Place. Péri Péri wrap was disgusting and so was my mates « kofta Kebab » basically just a disgusting burger meat slapped in two soggy pieces of bun!

I had ordered from this restaurant today and the delivery guy dint deliver the order. when I called the restaurant, they told to wait, I waited for 20 mins outside in this cold weather, and when I called again , no response, such an horrible service and they aren't even issuing a refund. Will never order from here again !!

Ordered pizza through just Eat, worst experience, extremely dry pizza , overcooked, average taste , waste of money ( 20 pounds)

Don’t go here. At first, i didn’t plan on going here however the prices looked good so i thought i should try it. From the start it was a red flag, as we tried using the student discount but they claimed that the price is already discounted and we can not use the 15% off as advertised on the door. However we purchased a large pizza and 2 fries anyways and waited for the food. It took around 30-35 minutes for the food and we were eating in, which is quite long seeming it was only a pizza and fries. Once the food finally arrived, we began to eat, and at first it seemed alright however my friend was quick to notice that there was a hair on our fries as shown in the attached video below. We politely called over the manager and he aggressively moved towards us claiming it was a “ginger” hair however you can see it’s black and the excuse isn’t acceptable either way. He came to look at it where he picked up the fry and threw it over the counter to his colleague who immediately binned it; luckily I took pictures and videos beforehand so he couldn’t hide the evidence. We then told him we have proof and will be contacting the health and safety advisors and this is where everything went south. The workers aggressively moved towards us and told us to get out the shop and claimed to call the police on us however we did nothing wrong so we calmly waited outside for the police to arrive. After 30 minutes no police arrived and we understood they falsely threatened us, then we decided to call the police for an update where they claimed that we caused destruction to their property. We resolved the situation with the police as they know we did nothing wrong and hopefully they should be sanctioned for falsely reporting. I would advise everyone to stay away from this takeaway, and if possible please report this to health and safety advisors because this isn’t okay under any circumstances.

The food was very distasteful, the food had hair in it, I had taken a video and then complained and then they laughed and said “oh no it’s ginger hair it’s ginger hair” as if that had any relevance to the issue at hand and when I had asked to take a photo the worker threw it to his friend over the counter and laughed about it and they started getting rude to me saying I am disturbing his buisness when I asked for a refund and tried to call the police as if I had done anything wrong?

Absolutely love this place always my go to it’s also open until early hours of the morning which is ideal as I sometimes finish work around midnight. The chicken platter always hits the spot and the portions are very generous. Ordered from here a number of times using their app and find the food comes very quick and is always piping hot. Also the delivery drivers are always friendly and polite. Can’t wait to order again thanks guys.

Probably the worst presented pizza i’ve ever had, plus it was cold so had to throw it out. All the toppings and cheese had fell off the pizza, looked like an absolute state. Wouldn’t recommend

Great food and a good time with family members and a friend. They guy behind the counter was very friendly and the service was very quick considering how busy they were.

Normally they very good but when I got my delivery my fries were lukewarm but apart from that it was good.

The pizza is delicious. Got 15 inch Mexican hot, so affordable and yet massive portion size, ate half and was stuffed, so excited to eat the rest tomorrow 🤤 EDIT: Just ordered again, made a mistake on my order and they quickly rectified for me and I got exactly what I wanted for no extra charge. Quick delivery too. Great place thank you so much!

Honestly the place I’ve ever had food. No exaggeration. The Mixed Burger is what I would recommend but the grilled collection is always a good option too.

Always ordered and haven't had a problem tonight we ordered online order was accepted they kept changing the delivery times and then 1 hour and 34 minutes later they cancelled the order!!!! No explanation at all really disappointed and will not be going back! If they had no accepted the order or not long after cancelled the order I wouldn't of had a problem such a shame!

I found a lot of variety of chicken and I tried wings and wraps with extra hot flavours. The taste is awesome. But after having half of the I wasn't able to keep eating because, I felt the chicken needed to be cooked deep inside. But I found good taste.

Great Food, Ordered the loaded fries and a mixed burger and the burgers here might be the best in Nottingham. They’re fuller than other places and way cheaper. I would highly recommend going here over pepes or nandos as the food is so good.

The food was late by around 5-10 mins, the chicken and rice box was cold and the rice was slightly undercooked ( not its usual texture a bit more hard ) and the milkshake wasn’t wrapped properly, and there was dirt on my straw

I ordered there 2 times, the 1st time I ate at the restaurant, staff doesn’t know how to speak proper English which is quite bothering and while you are talking to them they literally take on their phone and start talking to people who just called for an order, where is respect here?. The 2nd time I wanted to give them another chance so I juste ordered from Uber eat, it states in the menu that you will get 3 pots of garlic mayo but they gave me only one which makes the rice dry and not eatable, this is so disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all.

I recently had a terrible experience with this restaurant takeout. The food was very delayed—over an hour past the promised time—and this isn't the first time it has happened. They always delay orders. The dishes were cold and tasteless, clearly suffering from the long wait. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value your time and taste buds.

Today I observed very bad communications between the staff members. I have waited for 15mins for my order and eventually the was order incorrect. They was laughing and taking the job very unserious showing lack of professionalism. They couldn’t provide a fair deal by giving me a discount on the order or getting additional meal for the incorrect order. Also they refunded the payment in cash when I have paid the order with my card and they couldn’t find a solution to send back the money to my card. If you want to get your order correctly with less wait time Grillos burger will not be the place to order.

Easily one of the best Peri chicken's I've had in Nottingham. And for the price, it puts places like Pepe's and Roosters to shame. Chicken wings are good and a decent size (nothing is more infuriating than a wing thats smaller than my toe), and flavorful. I've ordered them a good few times, and only once did I have an issue, and that was just that the food had gone cold on delivery. Even after reheating, the food still tasted as good as ever. Pizza's are banging by the way. Easily their best selling point. Most takeaway pizza's seem average, but these guys are on par with Domino's, Pizza Hut and Papa johns if you ask me. Students... rinse this place out because they are the best you'll get in your local area. Nobody can compare.

great food as always :) no issues apart from the sauce tub in the pizzas had popped on all the pizzas which isn't an issue for me but my daughter don't like the sauce it's only cus the pizzas are hot and it melts the small pots and it makes them pop lol but the food was amazing and friendly delivery driver as always :)
