Ordered a takeaway mixed menu and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Ordered a mixed menu, pizzas, garlic bread and a mixed box of sides. One of our pizzas had to be made without cheese and all meat and it was excellent as was everything else we ordered too. Fast delivery and friendly delivery driver. Excellent. Would definitely order again!!

Really disappointed. I only ordered because I wanted one last bit of chocolate gateaux before the diet starts in new year. IT WAS MISSING!! 😭. Even worse. The box I thought was it was a box of salad. Got all prepared with my spoon to eat my yummy chocolate cake, opened it, and it's salad. Literally the most disappointing moment of 2023. The salad had clearly just been washed but not drained as there was a cm of water at the bottom of the container that my kebab was sat in, so that was all wet and gross. There was so much water that all of my table was wet. Thought I'd spilt a drink but it was coming out of the kebab box. What a terrible way to end the year! 💔

Even though the meal was only a little bit late, they called to apologise very politely and to say it was being cooked that moment. My food then arrived very promptly and with a free complimentary bottle! A very good takeaway and one that cares about those they cater to.

Use Grillers quite often, last nights order was a disappointment. Lamb shish was burnt and diy chip bake was missing half the toppings.

Just love Grillers! Totally recommend. Always delicious always hot and always super friendly. Our fave ❤️❤️

Food was 2 hours late.rang up multiple times and was lied to about it being on the way. By the time is finally got here it was cold and the pizza was rock hard. What a waste of money. Safe to say I will never be going here again and be telling everybody I know how awful the service was

Honestly one of the best takeout I have ever had in my life.

Stumbled on this place whilst visiting the area and needed a takeaway. Unbelievably good value for the food you get. Food is also very tasty and large portions. Friendly service too. Cannot fault at all. Excellent, wish they were my local shop!

Aziz is an honest and inspiring business owner. His food was amazing and the portions given were truly fit for a king or queen. But what stood out was his friendliness and hospitality knowing I was from abroad without cash. He went beyond being a casual dinner encounter to an outstanding act of mankind. Highly recommend his doner kebabs, pizzas and everything in between!

Can't comment on the food because I wasn't able to pay for any. Cash only. 2022. A card machine costs about £30. Having owned a business I know it is cheaper to take card payments than bank cash nowadays. Why is this service not available in that case......?

Ordered meal for family. Got part of order slightly wrong, but not a huge deal. Certainly not enough to get something redelivered. Called to let them know for future. Wasn't asking for anything. Whomever answered phone was very apologetic and insisted on bringing us something to make up for it. The food itself was on time, hot and very tasty. Good portion size too. Was impressed with customer service! Not first time ordering and always been happy.

Their kebabs are the best I have ever eaten. The staff are excellent and the service and speed in delivery are second to none. Love it

Disgusting pizza last night been off work today , constantly on the toilet and being sick , knew something was off with it , thank god only ate one slice , won't be using or recommending to anyone , suggest you look at your food hygiene .

Great fast food and very reasonably priced one of the only takeaways in the Fulwood area open 7 days a week with friendly staff!

We live local to Grillers and thought we would give it a go, rather than our usual takeaway. Wish we hadn’t bothered!!! We ordered a 14” chicken tikka pizza and a 9” garlic bread with tomato. The pizza was of very poor quality, the base was poor quality and the pizza had very little topping. In fact we had a competition to spot the chicken tikka on the pizza because there was so little on it. The garlic bread did not match any we have had previously and again was very poor with a funny taste to the tomato topping. We definitely won’t be using Grillers again in the future.

Ordered, got a text saying the delivery was on its way and would be with ne shortly. A good while later, phoned as the delivery hadn't arrived, and was told they had only just set off, and the text was nothing to do with them (it's sent by the company who deals with their orders, so that's an odd claim!). Food arrived, eventually. When I opened it, the contents were between cold and lukewarm. I called the shop, and eventually - despite saying the driver knew the food was hot (how? had he put his fingers inside the package?) - they agreed to a refund. Two weeks later, my card still hasn't been refunded. Don't use these, not the first time the delivery has took a ridiculous time, and clearly they are happy to lie to customers.

Food arrived cold and over an hour late (over 2 hours from putting the order in) when the restaurant is literally less than 15 minutes away! I phoned the restaurant only to be lied too and told a replacement would be sent, still waiting on that! Pathetic service, terrible food, please do not waste your money here!

Food took nearly 3 hours to arrive and when it did it was cold and items were missing. Refund was refused, even for the missing items. Food was disgusting! £30 in the bin. Would not recommend to anyone.

Took over two hours to turn up, barely even warm and it wasn't anything special. Really disappointed to be honest.

Stay away!!!!!Absolutely disgusting food and presentation. The kebab came like it had been thrown against a wall and tasted like a piece of cardboard and as well as the burger and chips I ordered it was all stone cold. No sauces or salt were provided as asked just to top it off. Inedible garbage. Highly recommended staying far away!! Owner was very confrontational and unprofessional when I called to complain personally requesting a refund.

First of all waited 3 hours for our food. We rang up 3 times politely and was told it was on its way when it wasnt. The kebab we ordered was pathetic!! it was was a childs portion and the meat was well over done. We also ordered a pizza which was so burn we had to bin it. Ive never received food like this before. Would not recommonend ordering from here!

Ordered a couple of large lamb shish kebab and a garlic bread with cheese. The garlic bread with cheese was really nice but the large lamb shish was really disappointing. For £7.50 a portion, it was a really small portion. I had small portions in other places that is bigger than the large portion of lamb shish.

Wonderful fantastic taste of all food, reasonable price and delicious food. Since they are open one of my famil daily meal comes from there.

Recommend by a friend we ordered three grill special kebabs and wow, stunning quality food. So fresh, beautifully cooked to perfection and by a country mile the best kebab I have ever tasted. 10/10.

Forgot a pizza we ordered, then overcharged us for everything (didn't realise till after they'd gone). The food was ok I suppose, but it's more of a shame to know that the owner's a money grabbing Asshat.
