Where do I start, late coming, no salad no sauce, I did order!! Dry food, was really hungry threw over half away, just to confirm will never order again!!...

We've always had our food from here. Tonight was the best ever! The garlic bread was on another level

Ordered a special kebab times 2..couldn't possibly chew the lamb meat .the vary small amount of salad was soggy wouldn't order from here again

Eaten here a few times was ok but tonight wasn't nice at all and daughter found hair in her food

We order from here every so often and it's normally ok but last night was shocking. Made my wife violently sick from about half an hour after eating. When we rang today they were so rude on the phone and said we should have rang up straight away. When they was told we couldn't because of how bad she was being sick they put the phone down! Will never order from here again and would advise nobody to!

Great food & prices staff are brilliant & friendly

not being funny they didn’t cook my pizza properly and my chips where cold i order loads of times before and sometimes the chicken was pink and sometimes tasted horrible , we phoned today and asked to place an order for pick-up and one of the staff shouted down the phone and ever since that i feel terrible i’m sweating and i feel absolutely sick i do not recommend this take away.!!

Absolutely disgraceful chicken was not even cooked properly burger bread was moldy the kebab was too spicy my mum couldn’t even eat it and we phoned back up to get a refund and they had the cheek to turn around and say order from a different place next time then and it’s absolutely disgusting how they spoke to her

Bread on burgers was mouldy chips tasted horrible and donner meat was to spicy and horrible and didn’t give us a refund and when rang the person spoke rude

Food cold front of house had attitude saying food wasn't cold ask a member of public to try and confirm it was cold chicken not cook in middle wouldn't recommend place trying to get a refund is a work of art

I get kebab and well... big portion, a lot of meat so they not cheating with portions by adding more salad than meat... I really like it

ecclesfield grill made a mistake twice and tried to and rectified it efficiently and did so very complimentary and apologised sincerely would recommend anytime.

Usually our go to takeaway but we recently decided to order directly rather than via JustEat and they ended up cancelling my order, without anyone telling us, we waited nearly 2 hours and after being told it’s on the way, on my 3rd phone call they said it was cancelled and I’d get my money back… I’m still waiting for this refund 3 weeks later..

We have been going hear for months and they have allways been delisous but we oderd monday cheese sause was off we rang them up and they said they would send a replacement and was really rude towards my partner but we told him to send it next time but he suppoasbly sent it anyways so i checked my cctv cameras and no delivery driver turnd up so we oderded today and i asked for cheese sause when odering he didnt send none out so i rang up and asked for it and he got really mouthy over the phone to me and i told him i had cctv to prove that the dilivery driver didnt bring the cheese sause that he had sent out and still had the audasity to ask me for payment of another this place has gone down hill really fast

We have just had Pizza from Ecclesfield Grill, we haven't had pizza from here for years but I'd like to say it's one of the nicest pizzas we've had in a very long time. I asked for thin base and it was just perfect, plenty of toppings and freshly made. Would highly recommend 👌

Got to be the worst food ever, chicken over cooked and dry(rock hard). Scraps of salad (if you can call it that) very greasy cold chips, tasteless chilli sauce. A very bad end to a very good evening. Definitely will not be going again

This must be the worst place ever to order from how many times can they get your order wrong, they clearly don't know what a nan bread is and when you order a kebab in a nan bread they give it you separate what looks like a chapatti, phone to Complain they supposed to send another nan bread and send a pitta bread won't be ordering from here again. Useless place..

DONT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered a margarita pizza , turned up as a garlic bread with cheese and mushroom (no similarity at all). They finally sent out the correct pizza when the delivery driver asks for the wrong pizza back and stud arguing with me and he only walked away when I said he shouldn’t be taking food back cos of covid. He still wanted to take it back even after I said it’s been in the bin (after it’s already been touched) to take it back to shop. All food was horrible anyway and probably come from someone else’s house.

Fresh hot chips , they were delicious.. peri peri pizza was rubbish I ordered extra chicken and onions they hadn't been added but I was charged for them. garlic bread was very overcooked went in the bin . Such a waste of money .

My wife ordered a kebab tonite for me .she says the person who she spoke to was rude. When the food arrived the kebab meat was old and warmed up 20 times . When you are running a business it's a joke reputation is king could not believe the shocking quality of service and food what a joke

Rang about my order to check where it was and I got told I won’t be getting it as I didn’t leave a address which I did, then he changed it to the Uber had attempted to drop it off 3 times but I ordered on justeat. Was very rude and I was confused because I thought they just weren’t bringing my food and when I then asked if I could have a refund they said no ? They then realised the delivery driver hadn’t even brought my order yet, even though it’s only across the road. Not happy and very dissatisfied, have to find a new local.

Macains chips? Tasteless Pepperoni pizza? Bits of, not slices Garlic bread, tasted of garlic. Delivery quick tho. Won't use again.

Order took and hour 15 minutes after chasing it it. Order came to £19. No free garlic bread which is basically what I order for. Second time.weve had a poor order from here. Wont be using again.

Always a great takeaway. Think it has been taken over by new owners as all of our favourite staff have gone. Still nice food though, they just forget to put sauce on.

How hard is it to make a mushroom garlic bread? Obviously too hard, I don't like tomato on garlic bread, but I got it, it's got a really funny taste, fried chicken was cold, soggy, chips were good tho, when you order through just eat you can't pay cash, and what's with the service charge? I don't order much from here, so I'm no big loss to them, they've gone down nick, don't know if it's changed hands , it used to be lovely, so tonight, dinner really is in the dog.

Ordered, had to wait an hour and 30 minutes after being told it’d be ‘45 minutes’. Then the completely wrong order came. Sent the man back for it, came back an hour later with the wrong order again. Stupid and ignorant man on the end of the phone didn’t listen to anything I said.

My favourite take away, for everything except pizza. They seem to mix their parsley with their mint...not a great taste on pizza.

disgrace of a company 45 min no food so called them for them to say its too far to deliver even tho iv ordered from them before and the order i did tonight was accepted. so been left with out no food and everywhere is shut. this is the last time im going to order from here no matter what. stay clear of this takeaway.

First time experience. Ordered at 4.30 pm and food delivered on time. Very good pizzas and service. Will try a kebab next time tho I very much prefer nan bread to pitta.
