Griller in Medway

Ordered some food online via their website. They took my money and said the website had crashed. I never got any food or my money back

Used them before, food was nice. Most recently they cancelled the order on just eat for no reason whatsoever. Sorry guys, no more orders from me. Ordered from M O R L E Y S instead.

The grilled chicken bucket i ordered was nasty due to the lime and herb sauce. Th chicken would be nice if it wasn’t soaked with that nasty sauce. I normally expect grilled chicken to have crispy skin.

Are you guys still open for business or have you shut up for good?

Great service, great food, great atmosphere. The place is just relaxed. Customer service is great and they will look after you. Plus a hidden shisha lounge @ the back

When it comes to Piri Piri its the best you can get. (Yes better then Roosters and Nandos!) Staff are nice food is good looks clean inside, chicken looks clean and good too! A must try prices are a bit high though but if you like Peri Peri its worth it once in a while chicken inside the burger is very thin so that is nice becuase it is tender but it means theres little chicken inside the bun

Asked for 2 thighs in my meal didn't even get 1 and the chicken was dry like desert

the people here are very attentive and welcoming, and the shisha is a bonus💯

I have no electricity or heating and i have waited over 1 and a half hours the food is cold

The service from Griller is usually really good, but the past two times I have used them, there have been issues. Last time, there was food missing from the order. This time, the order was over an hour later than the first estimated delivery time. I also notice that the portions of fries have shrunk considerably. The Chicken however was still as fantastic as always.

I ordered at 8:30pm, 11:15pm - order still not received. Staff at restaurant unhelpful and say to contact just eat to complain. £50 order!

There was wrong. Sauce they’ve didn’t put the right order I called the. Restaurant and they where unhelpful I do not recommend theses restaurant at all I would like to leave a review in google so they other people won’t waste money on this restaurant

Completely changed the recipe of the air fried wings. I doubt they are even air fried anymore. Gone down hill. Changed the garlic peri sauce too. Vile cheap corner cutting from what it used to be

Disgusting shop not worth wasting Youre money last 3 visits I've had to be discounted due to burnt chicken cold chicken like it's been in a fridge over cooked or re cooked fries today I ordered a whole chicken half bbq half lemon and herb they told me it's ready before I paid I asked to see it and they done half lemon and herb on top bbq at the bottom on the same chicken they do not understand English always mess up Youre order this place has gone downhill it is complete trash

Driver made me walk across the business estate to meet him and when I told him where the office was to drive around he told me to carry it myself and was very rude about me asking him to actually deliver the food to where it was meant to be, not acceptable, also didn't receive drinks

The bossmans here are certi. Always giving top customer service. Wait time can be a bit long especially if you’re a big group. The food is always good though, you can’t rush good food so that’s probably why takes a bit longer.

If you’re looking for quality grilled chicken in Gillingham Griller is the best place to try out!! You have a whole variety of different sources, I would recommend the Medium source, Lemon and herb, got a great kick to it! Also if you’re looking to have a smoke of shisha along with your food, there’s also a shisha lounge at the back of the griller entrance! Absolutely amazing for Gillingham. The customer service is brilliant all staff members are friendly and very quick and sharp on preparing the food especially when it gets really busy. Should deffo try it out. Won’t regret it!👌👌🤝 Dave.

Last two times I’ve ordered from here I’ve been so disappointed, the food used to be absolutely mouth watering with the chicken so soft and tender and smothered in the beautiful sauce but now each time the chicken has been so over cooked it’s crunchy and hard to bite into and there’s hardly any sauce at all, completely dry! What’s changed??? Please sort it out Grillers!

Little bit delayed but was expecting this as ordered on a Friday night. Food was delicious, great portion sizes, well wrapped. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely scandalous, ordered over £24 worth of food, only to be sent a wrap meal. And when I’ve questioned the just eat driver about the bag being so small before I’ve opened it, he’s said it’s fine it’s fine everything is in there, couldn’t wait to get away quick enough on his bike. And when I called the restaurant, they palm me off by saying “you’ll have to contact customer support” this is out of order. I’m sat here £24 out of pocket with a wrap meal I didn’t order!

Beautifully cooked chicken and the chips were crispy and delicious, some of the best I've haf. It's the first time of ordering and will order again, so nice.

if the world ends tomorrow and im the last person on earth, im booting down the door of Griller and bathing in that lemon and Herb sauce. honestly that stuff is the best thing around. I would name my children after it.

So called Double wrap was maybe 6 inches long and very thin and they charge £9 for it. Not great.

Excellent service, we ordered online then called the restaurant to tweek a few things for us which they did and nothing was missing unlike other takeaway places who always get the order wrong. The food was piping hot, just how we like it and the flavour was divine, definitely recommend Griller to all who enjoy flavoursom food. Griller definitely does not disappoint, always a great experience with them. Thankyou to the team in making our Saturday dinner most satisfying. Thumbs up!

Regular customer but tonight the driver went a detour to Medway Hospital for 20 mins with my order, and then when it eventually got here the peri fries were missing. Will order again but as they are normally great, but missing items again and I would stop ordering!

This is my new favourite place to order from. Food is always hot on arrival and tastes amazing every time. I've been recommending this delicious food to everyone xx

I was very disappointed with my food when ordering my wrap was no option for salad or how spicy it could be and when I took a bight blew my head off didn't like it at all vert frustrating and the wings went straight in the bin as were cooked for about a day rock solid couldn't even take a bight not ordering from here again

Let's start on a positive,the fries was great. That's it my one positive. My shish rolo was actually 2 thin kofta, was dry and overly spiced. For the price we paid it was frankly a rip off. Will not go there again as I was expecting something far better than received.

Food is always really tasty and decent size portions. Only thing I would pick at is that I would like the option to remove garlic mayo and salad from burgers. Consistently brilliant food though 👍

I never write reviews but I am just a little frustrated. Ordered a peri burger with chips and a garlic dip to just receive a burger and coleslaw. Must have phoned the restaurant about 6 times and there was no answer to let them know. I love this place but i cant beleive I paid 14 pound for a burger with a pot full of mayo and cabbage?

One of the best grilled chicken I’ve had so far. Ordered for extra hot half grilled chicken. Was superb since then, I keep coming for more🍗

My 14 year old son said he rates the food a 9/10 and said “this is better than KFC”. Do I need to say anymore? Lol Our food arrived hot, was all fresh and cooked to perfection. The chips from this place are something else! Exactly how fries should be cooked! Delivery was on time, driver was polite and the restaurant staff are exceptional. The prices aren’t even too bad for what you get. Well worth a try if you haven’t done yet.

The food is OK at this branch when it's not busy but we have had a few problems with this branch like the food is always at least 30 mins late and missing items or cold chips it's a shame the one from borstal don't deliver to my area as that one is perfect every time

I buy grilled periperi chicken with several flavours. Which is included spicy or non spicy. Very tasty 😋. One day they didn't take payment cards. After that they taken. Very good service Very friendly staff. Good food.

Disappointing had few times before but last night was rough, wings were so dry and shrivelled there was barely any meat on them couldn’t eat them just so dry, burger was dry too was expecting a fillet of chicken but just got a flat dry chicken burger, Mrs said the strips wrap was good though and can’t really go wrong with peri peri fries so they were good. But yeah chicken burger, hot wings and piece of chicken were not good at all and for the price of the wings too, really poor.

The chicken rolo is a rip off. Not worth 6.99. Nothing in the order was nice except for the peri peri fries
