Grill Bites in Reigate and Banstead

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had from just eat. Usually really enjoy the service, never had bad customer service until this experience. One of the items I ordered was ice cream and I received a call that they didn’t have that flavour. I was given the option for other flavours but I said I’d rather not have it. I waited until 15 mins after the expected delivery time until I called the restaurant, to which I received a very rude reply. They put the phone down on me twice until I was told “I’ll cancel your order if you want” to which I replied “no. I don’t want you to cancel my order, I’m just calling for the drivers number to check if he is close” and then my order was cancelled. I had been waiting in total for almost an hour, never had anything like it. Such bad customer service. If they needed me to order ice cream for the order I would have. The total amount of the order was 23 pounds and I was going to pay 30 in cash. It was Christmas Eve and I understand the pressure of it all, but I was prepared to be very understanding. Such a shame they were so rude.

Una verdadera joya escondida detrás del mercado y en la misma calle que el famoso Mama tailandés. Sirven un mismo plato de pollo piri piri piri piri inspirada rústicas con patatas o arroz con verduras. La relación calidad-precio increíble y los chicos que trabaja allí es muy amable y muy servicial. Voy allí más a menudo de lo que debe para almuerzos descarado con sus colegas de la oficina. Parrilla picaduras ha obtenido tan leales al siguiente al que he tenido a establecer un "Chicken Club" en la oficina, así que puede controlar el número de personas que van allí en cualquier momento para evitar el lugar para conseguir llena!
