Excellent little coffee shop , dog friendly, although we didn't have our two with us. Friendly staff with pleasant service and the best caramel latte I've had whilst we sat outside waiting for our daughter to join us. I know where I'm going next time I'm in Sheringham.

Coffee was so good and place so lovely that we went back the following day. Popped in on a rainy Saturday and enjoyed delicious coffees, plenty of seating space and the queue was out the door when we left. Good decaf options as well and they made a yummy babychinno for my toddler too. Worth making the effort to go!

One very friendly staff member The baked goods really weren’t great unfortunately, either under baked or with a weird metallic taste. Coffee is average and quite expensive for the size of the coffee. Also extra cost for non-dairy milk and this feels non-inclusive to those who cannot or chose not to drink dairy.

Great little coffee shop that does a great Flat White. Sit in or if its warm, sit outside and just watch the world go by! It's a great little coffee shop with their own Roasted coffee! Plus it's a 1%organisation that gives back a little! Definitely worth a visit.

We try to support independent coffee shops so visited twice this week for coffee and cake , dog friendly inside and out is a real bonus in inclement weather . Reasonably priced flavoursome coffee served by friendly staff makes it our go to coffee shop in Sheringham .

The cafe is situated just up from the sea front. Their coffee is excellent. Didn't try the cakes but they looked good. The service is polite and very friendly. There is a very interesting bookshelf, with some unusual authors. A great place to relax for half an hour. We'll definitely return next time we're in Sheringham. The branch in Cromer is very good as well.

My wife and I were about to grab a coffee from a high street chain but saw this place at the end of the road and thought we’d give it a go, and I’m glad we did. Great coffee, friendly staff and great service.

My flat white was outstanding....a nice smooth coffee hit and a pleasant flavour. But, and it's a big BUT for me, was the siting of the gluten free cakes. In a display cabinet there were two different gf cakes - each on a separate shelf next to gluten containing bakes and cakes. I explained the dangers (as a Coeliac) of eating cakes cross-contaminated with gluten, to the batista, in the nicest way possible. His response was that it was difficult. Difficult? Really? He's obviously not been made aware of the need to separate the different products and certainly lacking in training on allergens. Needless to say we did not return.

Covid restricts a bit. Small, but had vegan sausage roll! Coffee good.. friendly service.

We came across this brilliant little cafe by chance whilst cycling through Sheringham. They let us bring in our ebikes into the cafe. We both LOVED the veggie sausage roll and it was the best i have ever tasted and you don't need to be a veggie to enjoy this delight! After the roll we scoffed the cakes too. Fueled with their hospitality and yummy food, we carried on cycling.

Every time I stay here, I treat myself at least a few times to a Grey Seal coffee and cake/pastry! You simply cannot beat this coffee - it was a revelation to me the first time I tried it (when in Blakeney a few years ago). Coffee so good, you need no milk and no sugar.

Best coffee I've had in Sheringham

Absolutely love this place, ethically and environmentally responsible and great produce right in the middle of a small fishing village/seaside town. Cracking! And my husband and friends, who are not vegan, said the vegan sausage roll was the best sausage roll they've ever had!!

A very nice looking cafe with good credentials but I'm afraid that's what you're paying for. Prices are above average and their vegan opens are markedly over priced £3.25 for a small sausage roll( which was nearing burnt) . They also advertise that 1% of profits will be donated to conservation fund, 1p in every pound is not a lot to shout about. If you like to be seen at 'hip' places then you'll like it.

Good Covid-secure measures, and good coffee. Showed promise when we arrived that we could choose our coffee for filter coffee. Sadly, the experience declined from there. Initially the three of our party of four arrived and ordered three filter coffees. A short while later our fourth party member arrived and ordered same. We waited for over 20 minutes before two of the four filter coffees were provided. We were told it would be quicker to have the remaining two filter coffees as americanos... which we took as we were on a schedule. shocking that it took 20 minutes for two filter coffees.. we were the only people in there. Sadly, will not visit again.

Great coffee! Their espresso has a bit of bite and acidity, and is not bitter or burnt. Went here every day during our short stay in Sheringham.

I love Grey Seal- all of their locations in Norfolk provide excellent coffee. They also do excellent beans to take away to have at home. It's marvellous to see a proper coffee shop rather than the bland, bad-coffee chains that blight most high streets. Grey Seal gives Sheringham a boost with its presence, and I really look forward to going there every time I'm in Sheringham visiting my parents.

OK today I waited about 7min in the line to bye 7 coffee to be told thay won't accept my cash :( never again I will go to this cafe never to be turned away and not accept my cash how how how rude you turned away business.

Came here yesterday for the first time during our break to Sheringham. Staff/service was alright, good coffee and my fiancé even bought a bag to take home. They’re also dog friendly which worked well for us. The only downside was very limited seating.

What a hopeless crew! Only myself waiting to be served with a cup of tea for 2. It took the chap nearly 20 minutes and the cup was chipped. A man who came in after me waited ages as well and eventually demanded his money back!!For heaven’s sake get a woman in who can show you how to make a pot of tea in a few minutes or you will go under!’ I know it’s Norfolk and we don’t do rushing but for heaven’s sake wake up and smell the coffee)even if you have to walk to the cafe across the road to do it)

Dog friendly, autism and sensory friendly. Gorgeous hot chocolate. Great coffee. Loose leaf teas. Cakes were fab too. Friendly and welcoming.

Had some time to kill on Saturday morning, so had a Mocha and some cake at this establishment. Good quality products, attentive staff and WiFi. What more do you need for a good coffee shop...eh?Would visit again, if I am ever in the area. See my pic of the products purchased.

We popped in while visiting Sheringham. Had a lovely tea and cake including some excellent vegan cake! Such a great selection for me to chose from and a really good range of tea. I am informed the coffee was really good too.

A thoroughly unique place, modern yet homely and low key. Basic interior but friendly welcome, good coffee, lovely looking sweet goodies and pleasant young staff. Sit here and watch the world go by. Enjoyed a decadent mocha in peaceful surroundings.

Going inside, you are immediately feeling you are in a lovely cosy cafe with lovely views of Sheringham. We had latte, hot chocolate and Earl Grey ( real tea leaves), all of which were lovely. The lady serving was really lovely, and made us feel at home. With it getting dark outside, it was just what we needed. Will be going back.

We went here a few times to have coffee and work on a few things. The cool thing about this place is the choice of coffee which they roast themselves. They even have some reading material on coffee. They also had really good hot chocolate.

Had a superb cup of decaf coffee today - was really tasty. My partner rated highly his ordinary coffee. Service was excellent too! Sitting outside was a great place for people watching!

Nice little place. Coffee was lovely, and not your usual big brand "posh" coffee taste. The tea was nice, and the hot chocolate one of the best. Friendly staff too.

We visited with a four-year-old and a one-year-old. Coffee is excellent, with their own roast, and pastries tasted homemade. Right near the beach.

Near the sea front this is a small and friendly little place. The offering is high end coffee, tea and soft drinks, also snacks. There coffee blend is not very distinctive and would suit lovers of the bland Costa brew.
