Costa Coffee in North Norfolk

A wonderful place where I always like to come back to drink my favorite coffee in peace. There are no electronic boards, which also allows you to enjoy your favorite coffee in peace. Wonderful peace in contrast to many other places.

Great Costa with some brilliant service, very friendly, tidy and staff willing to help and have a nice conversation with you.

Coffee machine service in opening hours only 1 box of twists a day sold by 10.30 rubbish customer service

The people are very sincere and friendly. Makes the difference over some other of the franchise coffee shops. Highly recommended.

Just went for drinks, staff pleasant. Was not overly busy when we went. Lovely little niche in Wroxham.

Staff prop open the main door on a freezing afternoon 35 mins before they close so to get rid of people to make their clean up quick and easy. Not nice

Friendly and efficient coffee shop. The location is good for take aways to go and sit by the river, but also nice sit in options both inside and outside.

Lovely coffee, but quite a small costa coffee.

The only decent place I could find to get a good coffee in 'Roys Wroxham'.

I've never had any costa anywhere try to charge me extra for a splash of coconut milk in my TEA. ..except the Wroxham branch To try and charge the same as the amount of milk used in a latte is unacceptable.

I just had coffe latte before going on a boat trip but my latte was lukewarm and there was no froth. My friends had cappuccino and didn’t complain so it was only me who had no luck. We had our drinks in paper cups as the washing machine was out of order. So generally not a pleasant experience.

Good coffee, great breakfast croissant.

Always like to pop in and have a cuppa and cake with my son or husband. The staff are always happy and friendly, makes such a difference.

Went in for a too good to go bag personally felt there should have been more but overall good

Busy bank holiday but staff were friendly whilst working hard as usual 😉 and wishing customers a Happy New Year! Cappuccino was good and Tuna Panini good lunch time treat. Couldn't fault the visit, the staff are a credit to the Costa brand. 👍🏻

Lovely staff and great coffee/mince pies. I wish there wasn't music playing, as coffee machine noise and people's conversation is quite noisy enough. We'll still visit though as we love the coffee and the staff are always excellent.

Hello, I was visiting a separate attraction in Wroxham and had time to spare before my booked Steam Train on the Bure Valley Railway. So I walked along the River Bure to Costa and enjoyed a Sausage Roll, Cake and Coffee. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. What more could one ask for (apart from the weather as it was raining.

Nice place for a coffee and cake. Staff full of life and make you feel very welcome. View from Costa not great as in a precinct, but inside clean and pleasant.

Only place on my 80km loop from Bacton. Very nice service, friendly staff, clean, good coffee & cake (cinnamon bun of course!) - forgot to collect my Costa points 🙃

Needed a break from wondering around Wroxham/Hoveton and called in here. We had a couple of coffees and two Bakewell tarts. Service is a little slow but the coffee and cakes were good. £9.35 for the two of us was good value

Poped in for a coffee break whilst on holiday, have used previously so knew it was there. The drink and cake were just what was needed. The Gentleman in the shop was very pleasant and was very cheerful throughout, the lady unfortunately wasn't as pleasant, we received a very pleasant good bye and thank you for coming from the gent, but nothing from the lady, the gent was outside and the lady was inside, so it wasn't a case of someone acknowledged us as they were in two locations. Will use again.

Would of been nice but a gobby teenager that works there was standing out back smoking told us not to park there...he didn't realise we were going to go in and get 12 coffees for the covid centre staff up the road to say thank you after we got cash from barclays cash point...lost our custom...went to roys garage instead..

Lovely clean and friendly costa

Small venue offering the typical Costa experience. Too many tables and too little social distancing. Most tables were less than 1 metre away with no screens between.

Very good service clean cafe ..toilets needed attention . Too many smokers sitting outside .

Nice coffee. Staff were polite too. Didn't use the toilet facilities so can't comment on those.

My friend ordered a cookie the lady with brown short hair forgot to give us it , also we ordered 2 strawberry infuision drink they tasted like blackcurrent not strawberry the service was slow :( p
