During the hours between 11.30 -13.30 there are simply not enough staff on the counter to meet with customer demand which leads to confusion as to a persons place in the queue and people spilling out of the shop and onto pavement area outside.

Lonely ladies, very nice service was so early and i ask for sandwiche and i was rushing with time and the lovely ladies make it very quickly just make my day hope they have amazing day xx

I bought a coffee, friendly staff, that's all I know, I've only used it once.

Bought the chocolate cookies 🍪 they were soft and undercooked. Pizza slice very burnt but still serve them when they should be binned. And why have mayonnaise on all baguettes when there clearly should have a choice as the staff won't make one up without. Poor choice of sandwiches either tuna or egg no ham or cheese salad without mayo as not every one likes baguettes especially with spinach and not lettuce awful service at all greggs nowadays.

The cashier guy was very nice, which is the most important thing when it comes to customer service.

I like Greggs they serve great food. I especially like their pasties and doughnuts.They sell delicious jam doughnuts, fresh sandwiches, sausage rolls and delicious pasties!!! Yummy!!! They are the best!!!

Greggs on Clumber street, Nottingham is one of the nicest places I've been for a while, the staff are polite and you don't have to wait long for your order 10 out of 10.

It's Greggs and it's on the way to work so it's the perfect place to stop at for a quick breakfast and coffee. Love the coffee from Greggs always good and would always go back. Never had a problem with the service either.

It's a small Gregg's and they do sausage rolls and steak bake, not much more to say

Cold food think was from day before

Bad customers . Visited this store on a few occasions in the past no problems . But tonight service was really bad , bad customer service skills bad people skills . Tomorrow a complaint will be made about the service given .

Popped in for a coffee with my daughter, genuinely wish we hadn't bothered! When we got to the counter, I ordered a Mocha and an Americano, emphasising that I required soya milk for the Americano. The assistant didn't seem to understand what I was asking, even though it states on their menus that this is an option. Also, there was a box of soya milk sachets right behind her! She actually had to ask one of her colleagues how to "make" an Americano with soya milk. When we finally resolved the matter, we went to sit down at a table. We noticed that some of the seats had bits of food on them, and the floor was absolutely covered in various food wrappings etc etc. There was a guy in the eating area slowly putting bottles of water into a cabinet, why on earth wasn't he cleaning up the area? They certainly were not short-staffed, so there was no excuse for the place to be such a tip! Absolutely would not recommend this branch of Greggs to anyone.

This is a lovely place. Decent prices and good service. Their coffees are pretty good too. They also make very delicious filled doughnuts.
