Didn't get the second baguette I ordered

Been here a few times. Mocha was great. Muffins were soft and deliciously baked. The store was a bit unclean, but hey I can understand because I work at a busy coffee shop as well.

They forgot my drink now I’m sat here with the driest mouth

The driver was going away from the delivery point. I tried to message him but he did not reply.

Delivered on time as usable. There orange hot chocoloate is delicious!

asked egg and sausage, had 1 sausage the egg was cold on mine and friends cobs but only offered £3 something refund absolutely ridiculous, had bin and re order else where

My main problem with this place is its dirty. I've even told Greggs and the sent me a voucher but.nothing changed. It needs a good cleaning routine

The staff here are so lovely I had an issues on the app and I rang them so professional and helpful, food was hot and arrive on time. Best Greg’s 💜

Got the wrong pizza order, wrong dips. Wedges and not chicken. Food was cold. Tried contacting store but no answer.

Rotten food was delivered. Two items past the use by date, one visibly rotten. APPALLED!

the firsts delivery time was 11:55 the food was delayed till 12:35 took way to long the food was cold

It was delivered on time bu th coffee was absolutely rubbish. There was almost no milk in it at all. It was watery. I ordered baguettes and i got pillow bread instead. I have to put my own milk in the coffee to make it drinkable. Highly Disapointed

food wasn't delivered. one missed call due to an elevator being a far-away cage. driver not present in carpark. cannot call driver back. refunded.

This is my closest Greggs and ordering from here the food is cold, ordering further away the food arrives hot

No till recent the staff did not have a clue and the manager was rude I don’t pay for my food when at work so this cost me poor service

pizza is never cooked properly

Called in for a sandwich and steak bake, told the bake would be done in 8 minutes. I bought the sandwich and said I'd call back. Called back 10 minutes later, steak bakes still in the oven. Stood there for 2 minutes, only customer in there, not one of the 5 members of staff I saw even acknowledged I existed. Totally rude and unprofessional.

Delivery time changed 4 times, so can't say it was late. But later than first listed. received the wrong pizza order, no pepperoni. I'll try a different gregs next time.

Absolutely useless here! Never any vegan options! The place around the corner at Beachdale is so much better :(

Hot and fresh even with delivery

I know it’s not a restaurant and can’t expect too much but it’s by far the worst Greggs I have had food in . Staff very friendly but food was disgusting.

The driver left my food at greggs, only brang the drinks and told me to just report it? No offer to go back and get it and no money back

Ordered the sausage roll and latte morning special for under 3 pounds. For less than 4 USD, the coffee tasted great, the roll wasn’t to my taste but filling nonetheless. 4 stars because the queue was pretty long after I finished. Seems understaffed. The girl upfront was wonderful. But probably could use the extra hand.

Food was fine, but would have been better, presumably if hotter, if the delivery was faster - took some time from the location to my address.

Ordered a Mexican pizza which they never bothered to ring and tell me that they had none in store just sent what they liked instead

My hot drink had spilled all over and was leaking through the bag. Lost over half the drink.

Delivery driver very polite and nice but normally Greg's put tape over the drinks and didn't do so there leaked also bread for cobbs tasted stale

The pies were alright but some were deflated.

So delivery driver didn't ring me just sent me a message saying was outside and he was outside the wrong building I had to go out and walk down the street to his car but he's been sat outside for five minutes so my food's gone cold

Turned up late and cold and no caramel sauce

The new vegan turkey baguette is delicious. Prompt delivery. Pleased as always.

It was no as hot as expected, just more cold then hot. Would prefer not to have it this way. And I struggle eating the food when it's like this.

One of my items had to be replaced so they called me to check and gave me a free item for the hassle. Everything was perfect, including delivery! Will be ordering again for sure!

Wanted quick and good food, and greggs always does it well. Food was early and hot, and the free doughnuts were very much appreciated by my siblings. Perfect all round.

Never have I had such an experience delivery drivers attitude and customer service was absolutely shocking he proceeded to ring me personally and ask me where I was multiple times when I was at the place I ordered my food to, he went to the wrong place 3 times and also requested I leave my place of work to meet him when I ordered a delivery service. By time the food did arrive it was cold and partially inedible I’n my experience. Such a bad experience I pray no one else has to go through this

When the driver arrived he had delivered us the wrong order. Had to chase him to give him the food back as it wasn't for us. We never got our food.

I haven't touched it as it was somebody else's order not mine and not what I ordered now have to order again and hopefully get what I ordered

So unhappy with my order. We ordered a box of 6 pizzas, meal with a sausage roll and a latte and separate sausage roll and a drink. Spent about £15 then we recived a cookie diet cola and ham and cheese toast and a coffe. The coffe is cold also spilt all over the bag and this is some joke. I'll never ever order again. I also Tried to ring the restaurant they didn't pick up. I want my money back !!!!

Warmer than Mcdonalds but then thats not hard. The bakes let it down on temp and quality. Especially the chicken one.
