Greggs - Midland Way in Nottingham

Called in for a sandwich and steak bake, told the bake would be done in 8 minutes. I bought the sandwich and said I'd call back. Called back 10 minutes later, steak bakes still in the oven. Stood there for 2 minutes, only customer in there, not one of the 5 members of staff I saw even acknowledged I existed. Totally rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely useless here! Never any vegan options! The place around the corner at Beachdale is so much better :(

I know it’s not a restaurant and can’t expect too much but it’s by far the worst Greggs I have had food in . Staff very friendly but food was disgusting.

Ordered the sausage roll and latte morning special for under 3 pounds. For less than 4 USD, the coffee tasted great, the roll wasn’t to my taste but filling nonetheless. 4 stars because the queue was pretty long after I finished. Seems understaffed. The girl upfront was wonderful. But probably could use the extra hand.

Disappointed! Popped into Greggs this morning for breakfast, the site was dirty, with the work tops not wiped down. The lid of my drink wasn't on properly, so when given the contents went over me. Had to mircowave food and what was left of my drink when I got home-as both were nearly cold.

Erm.... Pop in after night shift for a coffee and a baguette or cob.... Left with coffee and... mince pie as nothing else available to eat (sausage rolls just run out, no pastries, no bacon!!! On breakfast time) the only positive thing over there was traine guy. He served customers quick and with smile. Anyway, next time for a breakfast I'll choose different shop. Good luck to you guys as you need massive improvement.

Went in to get one of the new festive bakes. After a 20 minute wait was told they don't do them only the vegan ones. Absolute disgrace.

Never nothing there went today was a vegan sausage roll in the whole counter and after quing for 20 mins I got to the front of the queue and the women said next please and went to serve the person behind me worst greggs in Nottingham will not be returning.

Twice i have been now for breakfast cobs, and both times the bacon had been hard as nails and dry and thats 2 differant places, come on greggs ya letting the side down, big time , not bother again........poor show greggs, poor show

Now opens at 6am! Friendly staff, good prices, decent range of food and ample parking. Pleased with visit, will return.

There is a saying "know your customers" and Greggs have it bang on with every shop having huge double doors so there target clients can waddle in and out with ease.

It's a Greggs, just where I needed there to be a Greggs. But then again, they are everywhere!

Advertise hot food but col food just poor staff aren't bothered

This store hardly ever has anything left in stock. I have always bought breakfast cobs from Greggs but this store for some reason wont sell them, the bread is awesome but the sausage and bacon they use is cheap so I don't like to buy them, rather make my own using their bread. It is a small store so maybe I just need to get there earlier, but for now, bad score.

Found it small but effective with full of sweeteners and multiple collections of drinks and snacks!
