RE: GREGGS BURY ST EDMUNDS It is a shame that such a big chain is letting the exterior of this shop, in a listed building noted for its wood exterior, rot away. They need to fix it soon...or are they waiting to replace it with some nice glass and chrome?

Me and my partner purchased a ‘too-good-to-go’ bag which is the food that has not been sold throughout the day. We bought a Gregg’s ‘magic bag’ for £2.59 and received a great amount of good quality food, such a donuts, croissants, sandwiches and baguettes. If anyone receives the opportunity to get one DO IT.

I work around the corner and I go quite regularly. No exaduration, the past 6 times I've been in, I've been told they're out of Chicken Bakes and Custard Donuts. This may sound petty, but it's a bakery and they admit they are the most popular items, so why not do more? I understand if you go in at 4pm but I go in early, like 10-11am to make sure I get the thing I want, just to be told they have none. Unacceptable. At my work, if I said we have no burgers or chicken, it wouldn't be acceptable, so why should it be at a bakery? I wish we had a Cooplands on Flemingate.. what a joke.

What a rip off 75 p to eat in. Chicken and bacon baguette tasteless. Latte coffee cold. All in all rubbish experience.

Very handy bakery, with all the usual Greggs goodies. What makes this stand apart though, is the fantastic customer service. David is a superstar! I took my kids and they wanted toasties that weren’t on display. David was more than happy to disappear into the kitchens and find what they had asked for. Then he ensured everything was packaged safely, adding tape to prevent spillage. He waited patiently whilst my kids debated what desserts to choose, and then made me a superb cappuccino, which I ordered on a whim. All done with charm and a smile. Highly recommended!

Can not fault the watering can cafe and bistro. The food is great, have had both breakfasts and lunches and are always delicious. Quick service and friendly staff. Highly recommended

Queued to order, which was only 3 drinks. Took 15 minutes to arrive. No milk or hot water arrived as requested. Flies were everywhere. Settling on edge of cups and saucers, which were to be used... Dissatisfied and disappointed.

got overcharged for an ice cream when it should have been £3 and got charged £9.25 instead and when I went to tell a member of staff I was told to speak to the manager and got told she was busy so I had to leave my name and number and said she will ring me soon. I never got a phone call and it’s been 3 days now of the repeat so my advice to you is if you go there please do not make any payments on card as you may be charged more then for what you actually payed for

Served by Charlotte and Lucy, both very welcoming and chatty. Exceptional customer service and I would hope they get some commendation for their work!

Visited after swimming with the grandchildren. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. One item on kids menu no longer available, should have been crossed out as my granddaughter asked for this then had to rechoose at the counter, holding up the que, staff was patient about this but could have been avoided. Did swop beans for cucumber which was good Discount for members which is good. Food was tasty and hot and good value for money. Place was clean and tidy. Dog friendly in front bit of cafe.
