Small Greggs with only small seating tho there are bench out can get busy certain times Foods always been OK and good price

I really can't complain. The food's pretty good, the staff are amazing... it's one of the smallest Gregg's in the country probably. You can't even sit down nowadays because they've covered the chairs up; it's takeout or nothing. Still, I'd recommend it.

went in and got a mexican chicken baguette a drink and a sausage roll in my student meal deal . food was lovely and tasty . young man serving me was kind and respectful and quick. one of the best greggs experience would come back again

Terrible service. It wasn't busy but the chap serving me seemed to struggle with basic instructions.

This is one of many in the centre of Wakefield and my first goto as my son has special needs always want a slice of pizza for lunch. I find that the other Greggs in the area are either slow to stock up or have longer queues.

It's a Greggs. You know what to expect. No more, no less.

Same as all Greggs, not as much choice as they used to have, prices have increased quite a lot but handy for a quick snack

Can't beat their breakfast and cappuccino for a small sum of a few pounds. Beautiful.

Called for pies. But not keen on cold pies.why carnt you pay a bit extra to have them warmed up.

It was ok but Louise (manager?) at the Trinity Walk centre, needs to crack a smile at least once & be a bit more welcoming. Told my wife to stand to the side, not would you mind standing to the side. Not impressed with her, busy or not...

The staff in this Greggs are amazing! Always make you feel welcome, quick service and a bit of banter to make you smile. Always a great start to my day! Claire the manager lady is very efficient and friendly

Went in store to ask for a Mexican chicken wrap.None were on the shelves. I asked an assistant if she could make me one and she said no as no wraps had been delivered today. How strange that when I went to order it online one would have been ready for me within my chosen time slot!

Love the food. Do not like the fact you have to pay extra to eat in. Also very disappointed at how unfriendly one member of staff was towards customers..

It's a typical Greggs lol. Grub and staff are as lovely as every other. Still hit and miss with the amount of chocolate you get on a cappuccino though

Only does fresh food not hot, so don’t come here if you want anything hot to eat. Staff was short with me when I asked if I could warm up the pastie I just got. She refuses and just kept saying we don’t serve hot food only fresh food. Cheers love could have told me the pastie was as cold as ice.

Cracking little Gregg's ,great service

Visited this Gregg's today and it started as a very traumatic experience. I thought I had lost my wallet whilst in the queue and was quite vocal about this!!! Luckily when I discovered this was not the case, as it was in the other bag I was carrying, my relief was vocalised too!!! Ordered the sausage roll and Margherita pizza slice we wanted and the amazing Claire gifted this to us as a gesture. I promised to pay this forward and donated food to Wakefield Food bank whilst in Sainsbury's. Great service and humanity all round here.

The staff are nice and very polite. I had challenge with my card once and they showed empathy. Very fast in attending to customers in the queue.

I had a bacon roll with ketchup on it was yummy.

Same as all the other Gregg's clean and tidy with all the stuff that you would expect from a Gregg's.

The staff in greggs are so nice and polite it does get busy the que does goes down quickly when there is 2 staff on I like there sarnies and the vegan sausage roll.

Just called Gregg's at trinity as I'm working nearby but, I cant leave the building a nice lady called Justine took my order and actually brought it to me along with correct change outstanding customer service.

I go to the Greggs in ridings pretty much every week day but the other day I went to the trinity walk one and got talking to one member of staff called Martha I think. She has really stood out for me, she’s easy to talk to and extremely polite. Would definitely recommend going to trinity walk one over ridings one no offence ridings

Stocks vegetable pasties which not all their stores do. Other than that it's no better or worse than the majority of Greggs

Warm steak bakes, top notch service followed by excellent customer care. Side note my fav cashier is Claire.
