This place is soooo slow, have been on multiple occasions and it’s always the same, even worse if they run out of the food you want which is regular. An ignorant young lad there now with no manners and I am not sure why he is there if he hates it so much. There can be queuing outside of door and one slow person serving, others are preparing sandwiches etc, really gone downhill.

Food was okay, usual fare. Restaurant staff were very disinterested and make/made little effort to clean or clear the tables. It seems a common theme in a lot of places at the moment that the staff are not happy in their work: or maybe they don’t understand what their job is? Serve good food, keep the place clean and smile. Not rocket science

Chicken was dry to the point of being unpalatable and the half jar of mayonnaise that had been poured all over it, did nothing to disguise it. Literally disgusting. And it's all well and good replying to reviews but if you don't improve anything, it's totally pointless!

Clayton By PassEvery time I go there is never anything cooked and asked to park up which is a joke when I only ever order a burger & fries Overall macdonalds is great The Congleton brach is awfull Avoid and go to KFC when it finally opens around the corner
