I visit Greggs at Wetherby jcn 46 A1 regular. I have found the staff to be very pleasant & good at their jobs. It is a busy shop & they always work hard. One young man in particular, named Nikhil (please forgive me if spelt wrong) always takes the time to ask about my day. This really gives me faith in human nature. Thank you all for making my journey more pleasant Barb

They were extremely slow with no sense of urgency, and spent more time chatting to their colleagues rather than serving their customers. The food was undercooked and of an extremely poor quality. Safe to say we will not be returning to that Greggs in the foreseeable future.

This Greggs was poorly signposted in the service area. We thought it would be in the main building but after looking all around we found it outside tucked away between the hotel and the main services. Better signage would help us Greggs lovers! Worse though was the really poor quality of the coffee. Perhaps they were trying to squeeze more cups out of the beans but the flat whites were un drinkable as they tasted like dish water. Unfortunately we only discovered this once we were driving back on the motorway. To finish on a positive the iced buns were delicious.

Haddock, Chips, mushypeas and gravy. Superb fish and chips, the batter was so light and crispy, not greasy. Highly recommend

Bland, small, overpriced basic food. Dead atmosphere and very inattentive service! Don’t waste your money or time if your just visiting here there’s plenty of lovely places down the road!

As an Indian, I disapproved. I got Veg red curry with rice. It's just Tomatoes and rice.

The most disappointing place I’ve eaten at in a very long time. The subpar food and lack of attention to detail does not meet the premium prices. I ordered a bacon sandwich - it was £8. I hoped that given the price it would be amazing, however it wasn’t. It was literally 2 slices of average supermarket grade bread, with 4 rashers of bacon inside. There was nothing else on the plate, just a basic sandwich all alone on a cold plate. And because the plate was cold, condensation formed between the sandwich and the plate. This made the sandwich soggy on one side. After it was served I had to wait before I could flag down a member of staff to ask for some brown sauce. The sauce I was given was the cheap unbranded type in a small sachet. We’d also ordered 2 bottles of still water. They were £2.50 each for a small bottle. Not 500ml, but smaller. The bottles arrived first and the glasses shortly after. When the glasses arrived they were mismatched and dirty - No ice, no lemon, no straws, no napkins. One of the glasses was soaking wet and also dirty, like it had just been quickly rinsed under a tap and re-issued after the last customer. The chips, what a joke. I can’t remember the price but it was crazy. Literally less than a handful of supermarket oven chips in a cereal bowl. The latte and the cheese toastie was average - No real complaints other than the toastie was not commensurate with the price. Both in terms of quality and portion size. Finally, the soup of the day arrived probably 15 minutes after everything else. It was very watery, flavourless and ridiculously hot. Again way over priced and appeared to resemble something very cheap out of a tin. I know it’s tough at the moment for small businesses, and I was in 2 minds whether or not to write this. However I just wish someone would have told me how bad it was beforehand, because it almost ruined my afternoon. In the interest of fairness, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was pleasant and the place was fairly clean. They also had 2 high chairs which were clean and in good working order. I’m clutching at straws here on their behalf. Just save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.
