Lovely nice and warm and hot latte all items ordered were delivered fantastic service thank you

I ordered a pan au chocolate meal and the pan au chocolate never came! I also ordered 4 x jam doughnuts and they only sent 2 - they sent 2 items what I didn’t order and then the final

Pasties weren’t put into marked bags so had to dissect them to find out which was which even though your bags have a very simple way of checking off which is which. Pizza was borderline frozen. They clearly grabbed pieces that had been sat on the counter in store instead of making it fresh so we just threw it away. Also it was burned but not really an issue as we never ate it! Seems like the staff just took the easy way out not caring about quality. Please do better Gregg’s

Do NOT go early in the morning if you need to catch a train - woman who works there Monday and Tuesday open shift is awful - she is as slow as anything - was waiting 15 minutes while she dithered about making the slowest coffees - no multi-tasking skills at all. Huge queue and no other staff (who were on and I could see) were helping. The only good staff are the ladies over 40 who work there. Missed my train to work because the woman took so long on others’ orders and my own. Waste of time. All for a not very good drink and cold pastries.

No sandwiches in store all week due to a fault 🙄 Opening hours are not adhered to. In store shows they close at 6.30pm during the week however most days they are locked up by 5pm and only open the doors for the station staff!

The baguette had hardly any filling

I asked that the delivery man comes to my front door. Instead he knocked on my back door then proceeded to shout hello four times even though after knocking on my back door I immediately asked him to come to front door. My kitchen window was open so he heard me but carried on shouting hello hello I’m absolutely fuming then to top it of the sandwich was missing

Small Greggs, convenient location at the train station, staff seems to be nice, but very SLOW service. This must me a Greegs theme in general. A lot of staff at this and other Greegs are quite slow. Usually one person serving, 2 at the back and a long queue. It supposed to be quick, bash bash and go, especially at the train station where you are most likely rushing to get the train.

My bacon sandwich wasn’t undercooked and it wasn’t too well done it was just how I like it.

What a joke just to get a coffee. I waited 13mins and there was me and 2 others waiting and then when I did get served the man got it wrong. I can’t drink milk so I asked for oat milk and he didn’t use it now I have stomach problems. Avoid avoid avoid

Received all my order. I spent over £15 and I didn't receive any free sausage roll. I am still happy with the food and drinks. It was all nice and hot.

Really nice, however the new packaging they use takes all the cheese off the pizza.

Great store, very friendly and helpful staff and food was all served fresh with some items put on specifically for order.

They also have prepared cold sandwiches, wraps etc. This Greggs is located inside Wakefield Westgate Railway Station (outside the ticket gate). Indoor and outdoor dining available. There is also a seating/ waiting area for the station outside this place. It's clean and tidy. Service was efficient. Staffs are friendly.

Great food, great service and lovely staff. Couldn't ask for much more. I'd recommend the pepperoni pizza, they're so juicy and yummy. I often find myself having bad days more than often due to the fact I can't stick to my diet as I know this greggs will provide delicious food!

I went in to Greggs looking for something to try as it’s my first time being in the UK and wanted to experience the taste of the famous Greggs. I came in on the 19th February and a lovely young lady I think her name is Amani. She had such a lovely smile and great service and I told her it was my first time here in the Uk and trying a Greggs. I’m also Muslim and she gave me some great suggestions and recommendations based on what she liked as well. I was so happy with her service and making me feel so comfortable. My pasty (love that they call pastries a pasty) was nice and fresh and she suggested a drink from the greggs range as well I think it was raspberry and it was so nice. My first experience at a greggs a 10/10 and can’t fault the service

Sadly this review comes as a result of my negative experience. On 19/01/24, I arrived into Wakefield station just after 15:00, went to Greggs as I was hungry. I was deciding upon which ‘sandwich’ to get, hot or cold, so I asked more about the hot options. I believe the ladies name was Amani (she was a young trainee), initially the service was suitable as she let me know and even said that the cold ‘Mexican sandwich could be warmed up’, which I didn’t know. So I asked ‘if I opt for this cold sandwich but it’s warmed up, do you get a drink with it and it’s for the same price as the meal deal advert as it’s in the above section, not with the hot items like southern fried chicken baguette’, she said ‘no’. It was after this the experience took a turn for the worse, I then said ‘oh that’s strange I thought you’d still get a drink because it’s located with these sandwiches’ and turned around…I looked back and Amani pulled a face which can only be described as judgemental and disapproving, it made me feel like I’d asked a stupid question as though she wanted to turn around and laugh with her colleague. And for that reason, the experience was poor. I did however enjoy said Mexican sandwich on the plus side.

Stored well during travel, polite driver and hot when we got it open to eat. Very impressed all round on this order!

Can’t go wrong with greggs cheaper than any other big food company and just as nice if not nicer depending on what you want

Usually always brilliant but I don’t know what I received because I didn’t get cheese and onion inside my pasty, it was something else like big chunky and chewy bits. I am extremely disappointed and would like to know what it was as I am not allowed to consume meat but it tasted chewy and when I broke the hit the texture was like that of fish or chicken.

I just watched a customer panic after ordering her food because she realised she had forgotten her purse. She was about to walk out of the door when a Greggs employee (a lady called Collette) called her back saying "please come back, you come in here every day, you can have your food on us today" The customer smiled, I smiled, I looked around the room, and the other 6 customers were smiling too. That may have cost Greggs a small amount of food but what that act is worth to the reputation of Greggs and the kind of people it employs, well that really is priceless. A beautiful moment of human kindness to start the day.

Elaine the Blonde lady who works there was so rude towards us, telling us to move, even though we bought some food, she was getting really funny with us, my friend went back in to buy something else and she started getting cocky with him, so he just left and didn’t bother buying anything, very rude

I was served by Tori this evening, she was absolutely lovely and so friendly, still had a good selection of food which I didn’t expect given the time, but I was really impressed.

Cold drinks in with warm food so all food arrived cold.

The bacon sandwich was placed on top of the cold drink? Maybe cold items should be in a separate bag

Everything was good this morning

Not impressed with my Oder because when it arrived it was wrong when I opened the bags and it’s the second time I’ve ordered from this greggs and not been happy with my food. I ordered a bacon and sausage baguette and two bacon rolls came the bacon was really under done for and. hardly any brown sauce on very small amount which didn’t look appetising and just feels like a waste of nine pound.

When I got bacon sandwich came it was really cold and tasted like it had been sat there for ages. I asked for brown sauce on both mine and my mums there was hardly any brown sauce on. I can honestly say I wasn’t happy at all with my order. I think £11.00 is a lot of money to keep wasting on food that arrives cold and I don’t think there is a excuse for it been cold. I would rather make my own bacon sandwich in the future or go somewhere else?

Delivery man was ok. I thought the sandwich was cold and one was too well done and my drink didn’t come I ordered a Diet Coke with my food.

It’s an ok little greggs. The prices are more expensive and they often don’t have many bakes in. Good for a cheap coffee and a sandwich though.

The food wasn’t even delivered to me.

They put my hot coffee in the bag with my food and the coffee leaked and wet my food which was then soggy and tasted of coffee

Contacted me to say some items were unavailable, unfortunately I missed the call so by time I had checked my phone and listened to the voicemail, it was too late and the order was on the way. No fault of the shop, luckily Just Eat refunded the missing items. Rest of the order was spot on

Food flat cold and wet for some reason.

We wasn't really bothered it was 7 minutes late but the order was missing a normal coke and a diet coke. Tye drinks were included in a package meal deal and there was no option on the app to pick separate items out for a missing list

They sent all 4 meat sausage rolls when two were stated vegan as they were for a vegetarian, luckily notice before eating them!

Received Bacon Breakfast Baguette instead of Bacon and Sausage Breakfast Baguette.

Driver was incredibly rude and hung up on me when I was trying to give him directions and help also spilt my drink everywhere in transit and my order now covered in coffee as well as missing items

I’ve ordered bacon rolls twice from two different Greggs and they have both arrived cold. I would prefer my sandwich , to be warm not cold.

Ordered for breakfast with a initial delivery time of 10.20. they couldn't/didn't assign a driver until 10.50.I then watched on the app tracking map as the driver went in the complete opposite direction to my address. A 5 min drive turned into 20 mins. The food and hot drinks was cold on arrival. Both orders were missing extra sausage I'd paid for and one order was completely wrong (bacon sandwich instead of sausage). Finally the driver had spilt our drinks meaning we half cups of luke warm hot chocolate which had stained the side of the cups. Pathetic

Absolutely ridiculous, ordered a breakfast roll deal, an extra drink and a pasty.. only the drinks arrived no food. Literally £3.50 worth of a £12 order is a joke! Always problems when I order from here always items missing etc! Just getting worse.

2 wrong items and when drink came the cap was busted and leaked everywhere

asked for something that they have done before for me that would have cost them less. ie, a double esspresso instead of a latte but i think the "leave a note " bit isnt read as much as it should be.
