Greggs in Rotherham

Ate in here a couple of times and food at Greggs is always good and don’t usually rate chains but staff at this one were really good and spent a lot of time helping a group of people with learning difficulties ( sorry if not pc correct) with their selections before us which frustrated a few customers behind us but I just watched and though good on you. Would have got five stars but my colleague had to keep getting up to close door which people kept leaving open due to faulty door closer. Please get door sorted

Staff are accommodating... nothings too much.. friendly and clean environment.. fresh food! 2 members of staff in particular Lawrence and Leanne are a credit to the store... I visit regularly and always satisfied.. 10/10

Bought myself a granola and yoghurt breakfast pot. No spoons given, went back to get one, staff too busy to give me one. Why are they not readily available? But besides that the Mocha I had was beautiful!!

Called in for a quick lunch with my husband. Purchased our food ( food ok ) and because it was a beautiful sunny day we planned on sitting outside on the tables provided. Unfortunately a female member of staff was stood outside smoking over the tables. Not good. Will not be going again. Staff look dirty.

Friendly staff who served good food for those on a budget . Hot and tasty cheese and ham toasted sandwich with coffee. Very clean premises too. In warmer weather, try the oval bake sandwiches as part of a meal deal.

We come to Greggs fairly often as we work down the road and it is always a joy coming in. The staff are the friendliest out of all Greggs I have been too and the festive bakes are wonderful! Would highly recommend.

The customer service at this particular Greggs store is frankly quite disgusting! One staff member in particular is rude and blunt and doesn't entertain any queries about promotions on offer! Won't be visiting again!!!!

I visit Gregg's on a regular basis to collect lunch for work colleagues. Recently went after the refurbishment and must say the layout is much better. Having said that i would suggest a review of the price of boxed salads is needed as I feel that compared to competitors close by they are not value for money and Gregg's are missing out on revenue. Have Gregg's every thought about a self service salad bar? A bit of inspiration at the onyx, not yet ventured by other competitors and I am sure a welcome treat for working people on the run.

Bread was frozen, food handled with bare hands no gloves. Staff were rude and dismissive ... absolutely disgusting.

Went in today had to ask for tables to be wiped and the floor needed sweeping bits everywhere very disapponting probably needs extra staff

Disgusting! I found an artery in my steak bake. Contacted them 2 weeks ago, still no response! Website states '100% British PRIME steak', I don't believe an artery counts. Customer care is disgusting.

Depending on when you go your selection may be very limited. Having complained I am told they're always baking. But have Greggs staple sausage roll and it's not what I have at home by a long shot, and sometimes when I have been in I can't even get one or its cold. At home they're always hot which is the best way to have them. I enjoy their coffee. I have added a link to their supposed menu but good luck on always finding all of that available. Their cold sandwiches are often limited which is why I have started looking elsewhere when am in the area and only get Greggs when in the North East. Sorry not the same quality sadly. I noted this supposedly had an award but customer service left a lot to be desired - definitely not what I would describe as a friendly welcome
