The manager was rude! She served me and the spoke to her staff without any respect. Sausage roll was also like warm! No need for rudeness, don't do customer service if you can't be polite and treat people with respect.

Greggs New Romney, go often in the morning, all staff always friendly, professional and organised. Greet with a smile, great service and fresh tasty food. Nice hot breakfast rolls including vegan sausages. Pastries are hot or warm if you go early, later they may be cold, although still tasty. Great manager Farheem efficient in keeping queues short and who reminds me to use the app! Farheem also recommended the curry bake, glad I tried it spicy and tasty, will be purchasing again. Good vegetarian and vegan options. Great location, plenty of parking in the layby opposite.

Went in for lunch. Chicken Goujons and wedges. Serviced by a lady who could not understand me. Could not work out the change. When I got to my destination 5 mins down the road it was all dry and not eatable I will not be returning and will make a complaint to greggs head office was not worth going back to the shop she could Not understand me. Should have known it wouldn’t be good all the bakes looked dry and burnt. Come on greggs sort this shop out

Member of staff walked out today.Manager disrespectful lede to look after your staff otherwise you won’t have anyone already lost good hard working people wonder why.
