Had really bad experiences this morning subway in cheriton branch.The male person who was served us didnot have any customers service manners. We went to get our wrap so close to paying he was like, you can only have three different sauce of your choice. I said,Well didn't know we can only choose three sauce if so why you didnot mention that when you ask , which sauce would you like? Rather mention you can choose only three different sauce. Or write where customers can see ? He was like we can't do that? So you cant do that but you are happy to offend customer? No apologise nothing he starting laughing in such a irritating way. Clearing he was enjoying that that clearly shows with his laugh. I was like wgy ate you laughing it's not funny? He was like this is how I serve customer. Clearly Didnot see smile on his face or hi, How can I help? nothing at all at first. And he didnot give us all our wrap and he start typing up? I took the ones I can reach and there was one wrap and hash brown behind till so I had to ask him to pass it to me. Worst experiences Worst customers service Lack of manner. Will not visit again. He was very irritating

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a steak sub when I visited today and it was awful, I just couldn't eat it, after complaining they changed it for a different sub. Avoid this place if you want nice tasty food, I will not be going to this place again. The tables were dirty and littered as well.

Worst service I’ve had at a Subway What is Subway if you can’t even choose the salad? Bought one of those ‘preset’ sandwiches which already has a salad choice and was told I couldn’t even tweak it. The guys were grumpy about removing a single ingredient I didn’t like. I get it when it would be asking for a completely different salad on one of these, but just tweaking it to take a single ingredient should not be a problem. Either way I get that these are preset to a degree so not a massive issue. On a separate occasion though, I popped in for a breakfast mega melt and was told that I couldn’t even choose salad or sauce for that! All I wanted was a bit of onion! Totally ridiculous, especially given this isn’t one of these new ‘preset’ sandwiches and there is a dedicated all day breakfast sub which I didn’t order 😂 Never ever had this kinda service at a Subway before, just feels like the guy running it wants to be on a power trip and tell you no for the sake of it. If you want good service and to actually be able to choose what you have in your sandwich, use the Park Farm restaurant. Been going there years and never ever had to deal with anything like this. Always friendly and helpful. Will not be returning.

Worst subway experience! I have tons of points stacked on my phone, and every time i try to use them, the give me an insulting look and then deny for me to even use the points in their own app!! I do the survey in their bill and get the free cookie/Drink, and they literally refuse to serve me??!! it is their own bill, and their own website voucher , and they refuse to give me anything!! they need to change their staff immediately! I have been nothing but a friendly and loyal customer (Bonus: They always lie to me and tell me that their coffee machine is broken, when it is clearly working)

Awful subway experience. Ordered new sub experience thing. Tried to choose some salad just got grunted at that I can't change it. Slapped sauce on I didn't choose and wrapped it up. Tried to ask please can I just change it I don't want it. Grunted at, no idea why I paid, british manners I guess. I later investigated it, all he had to say is you want a create your own. No customer service at all I feel ashamed I didn't just walk out. Never going to that one again, staff are yobs. Also to all subways, why the hell can't you do half and footlongs for same price, it says be picky!

Very quiet. No other customers. Tried margarita slices for a change. Just cheese and tomato sauce on limp bread 🙄 . Cheesy bites not like they look in picture , soggy and limp. Disappointed. Shall stick to subs next time.

The worst customer service ever- woman didn’t even look up when I Came- I asked her and without a courteous word she told another to deal with me. None of them eve smile except the thin short lady did today. This woman Fatima- claimed to be the owner and being owner somehow leads her to think she can be rude, shout and be dismissive of whomever she chooses. As a just east driver I only asked if get a discount as we do in other subways and her response was beyond credible. Too many times I’ve hear dissatisfied customers, extremely slow service, sometimes I wait for 45 minutes and am patient with them but today this woman has topped the list of the worst customer service I’ve ver. Shouting at me and ride for no reason - they should no better.

Ordered on multiple occasions via Uber or just eat. Usually they don’t toast the subway or leave the cheese out. Usually that’s not enough for me to complain. However this time they got it completely wrong, the subway ordered was a mega eat with extras & they got the order completely wrong and gave me a plain meatball marinara. Secondly I had nachos ordered with it which didn’t even come with the order either. It is clear to me after numerous mistakes and errors that the staff lack competence & care. They either need retraining or a change in better more efficient management. I give up with subway

Breakfast wrap ordered, sausage egg and cheese, they put ham in it? Person serving could not wrap it so kept moving food around, sat and started to eat and it was disgusting, asked for black coffee but told they only do latte or cappuccino

My god could the service get any slower? we had 3 people in front of us and it took 35mins to finally get our subs, the ladie making it couldnt get any slower, the food was ok but the lettuce in my sub had clearly been there for a while. would recommend walking to another store, it will still be faster then waiting in this one. A little update, decide to try again and this time got my sub fairly fast, but the smallest amount of filling, i honistly couldnt taste the fillings over the bread.

Food as expected, and staff knowledgeable, but service can be very slow. Unfortunately they often only put one member of staff on so queues can get long at busy times. A few tables available to eat in if needed. This is part of a Shell fuel station, and the forecourt is small so parking is limited.

the staff that work at the subway are absolutely horrible and mean in every way possible. Every week i go there and weekly probably spend about £10 however the service doesn’t seem to be improving and i feel attacked even at some experiences at this subway. Although the workers are completely trash there is one worker who is very nice and helpful i’m not sure if her name but she is always very nice when i visit however i have to rate it a one star due to the other staff being so bad. They can hardly understand what i say and when i say what i want they look at me with disgust and treat me with no respect or manners. If the service doesn’t change i might stop going to this subway or only go when the nice worker is in because this is the only time i enjoy my time here. Please can you try to be nicer or if not i will actually make a proper complaint!

The subway is lovely but unfortunately the service is so slow. You have to keep an eye on when they're adding the salad in as almost every time I've asked to not include something I've ended up with it in there. The staff are also not very happy which is a shame.

visited on 24/12/17 and it took a little longer than expected to be served as I was here for 20 minutes (this was including serving the family of four in front and me). I'm sure it would be quicker on any usual day though as the lady who served me seemed to be the only one working.

Sadly not the best experience. Not her fault but the waitress had no clue what she was doing and had to get kitchen staff to help with the making of drinks. The latte was more like a cappuccino, and the chai latte, I have no idea what that was but it tasted vile with some kind of film on the top that looked like something scraped off the beach. We only went for warm sandwiches and just wanted a bite to eat, and frankly it looked like something i could do (and as simple as that) at home. Very disappointed. For an Italian New York Deli I expected more. Won’t be returning.

Super friendly service and the food was delicious! Highly recommended. We had the chicken strips and fries and my husband had the pulled pork roll. Really quick and staff were really helpful. We will return.

Went to the goods yard with my family. Ordered a vegetable Pad Thai. Asked if this could be made vegan, i was told they would do this. Got my order and it had egg in it. My daughter returned the food and was polite saying they had made a mistake. The lady behind the counter proceeded to tell my daughter that i should have asked for it without egg!? She was clearly very ignorant and questioned my daughter saying that she had got it wrong and vegans can eat eggs. Would not mind a mistake but to be questioned in such a manner was just rude. Will not visit again.

Very rude staff who gets annoyed bc you asked for ice in your drink but they never have ice here (been before) So you get a tepid coke. Burger was cold and full of mayo actually gross . Think this the worst Burger King I have ever experienced. Also someone was waiting for their food and it seems it was stolen by someone else!!! Euro tunnel should shut them down. I think McDonald’s would be better.
