I echo the views on here. The food is extremely disappointing. Cardboard would taster better.

It doesn't specify anywhere that the pies DO NOT contain meat. I ordered one with vegetables and inside the puff pastry there were only pieces of chicken and some kind of pasta or puree; no vegetables. The potatoes couldn't even be eaten. Pot beans. They didn't have classic Coca Cola, only Zero or Light. I don't recommend it.

£9 meal deal (low quality sandwich, crisps and a drink) is a joke.

Waited 20mins for service 3 people behind the counter only one serving never again avoid!!

Had breakfast for 3. Came to £37. Was ok, but nothing exceptional. Not a bad choice of food.

Unbelievably slow service! Cannot work out how 2 people take soo long to serve a mediocre breakfast! New staff or better training required!

I wish I would have read the other reviews before I bought 2 bacon rolls and 2 Teas for £16!!! The worst bacon roll I have ever had. Was a cheap dry white roll with 2 slices of dried up bacon. No butter. Utterly dreadful.

£17 for a very sub-par Full English and a mediocre coffee...I would say avoid the place but they have a captive audience and so I don't think they care. And how are the tables already so sticky at 6am, given that they only open at 5am?! They're clearly not ever cleaned, not even after closing / before opening, which is a grim prospect...

£7 for a cold bacon roll?! Not even served with warm bread and butter! Service from the older lady was awful as well

Disgusting food and coffee at extortionate price. We ordered 2 sausage batches with our coffee which were uneatable. They went in the bin... The coffee was hot water with a hint of coffee. Don't waste your money.

Don't waste a penny here. It's basically the worst drinks served in mouldy cups

Hopeless. Closes at 5pm. What use is that when Ur trains delayed? Tables and floor filthy, half eaten food everywhere. The whole place just isn't set up for the quantity of travellers

Listless service from three staff who could not raise a smile between them. Cheese and mushroom ‘toastie’ barely toasted - warm soggy white bread with slimy interior.

stood at the bar with other customers and was waiting for 5 mins to be served 2 women come along and the simpleton behind the counter tried to serve them I say i was here first been standing here for ages he says the que starts here there is no where that says stand here and que he knew we was first never use again and the food was overpriced and disgusting they can't even make a tea properly.

Very disappointed! Charged me 5.40 for a drink that is half full! Plus took over 38 seconds to be served! 😤😤

Possibly the worst bacon sandwich I've ever had. Advertised as a white bread roll when in fact it was a brioche bun, which was so sweet. Who wants a sweet bacon roll. The hash browns were soggy and fell apart so didn't add the crunch a bacon roll needs and the tables were sticky. Not a fan but it fills a hole while you wait for your train to be announced and the seating area was completely empty

Latte had barely any coffee in it, just hot milk, sausage sandwich had poor quality sausage, lots of griddle and dry bap with no butter. Staff made no greetings or eye contact, not pleasant at all, and not cheap on price either.

Slow service, bad coffee and extortionate price for a small bottle of water. Crossant was nice, however.

Terrible coffee - taste like bitter milk, hot chocolate basically brown water, had breakfast rolls … undercooked in a hurry. Just save your £/€s and don’t bother / get something from WH Smith / Starbucks.

Website and adverts at the Chunnel say it's open until midnight. It wasn't even open at 19:30 on a busy Friday night before half-term!

June 2019 - Serve a good Bacon & Egg roll, before joining 2.5 hour queue for French Customs... :-( (Get the impression the French government don't want the British to Holiday in France come Brexit..?)

Good coffee, unfortunately the staff were rude.

Nice place to drink and wait for depart. Cleaning tables and couches could be better. Drinking glasses were nice and clean.

Beer, wine, spirits, nachos, hot dogs, baked potatoes and some sandwiches. Hot food comes in a plain cardboard box, nothing too special. Pork and chilli nachos come with much more sauce than meat. Baked potato is cheese OR beans, 90p extra if you want both. Seating at the back of the cafe has some comfy chairs, bar stools and tables.
