Greggs in Harrogate

When I was told I was not allowed to bring my puppy into Greg’s ( which I completely understand) but with all the dognapping, I didn’t want to leave him outside. Doris brought my food to me and took the payment. I cannot thank you enough for how kind you were, it was very appreciated!

Called in for a vegan sausage roll at this centrally place branch of Greggs, overlooking the market square in the city centre. Delicious food, friendly staff, fast service.

Good enough cheap food, some of it quite healthy, and good coffee. Like every other Greggs I've ever been to, and that is not a bad thing.

All these outlets offer good quality food at very reasonable prices and this one is no exception . Although mainly takeaway they offer a small seating area within the shop which is always clean and tidy. Staff are very helpful and usually manage a smile. No toilets in some shops but this one has larger seating area and has one. If you want good value cheap and cheerful, then this is worth a try. Never been disappointed.

You have to go to Greggs and buy a Yum Yum they are delicious, that much so that we went back the next day and bought lots to take way with us.

Asked for a loaf to be sliced- had to wait as the young lad didn’t know how to do it- then it was done so thinly it can’t even be toasted! What a waste of money

We purchased some eats and took them to the local park and had abit of a picnic. It was a nice day. The food was fresh and very tasty and filling and of course good value. Staff were helpful.

Decided to take a couple of hours away from all the building work taking place at home. We had cereal for breakfast but decided we were feeling a bit peckish. Saw the poster on the window..... bacon bap and tea or coffee £2. WOW ! Lovely, plenty of bacon and done to perfection. Bap was lovely and soft and we both had tea. Total cost £4 really ! Service was efficient and quick. Plenty of room to sit inside. Everywhere nice and clean. Can’t wait to come back.

Greggs in the market place in Ripon is a good place to pick up a very tasty pasty, either to eat in the shop, take home or eat "On the Hoof", their quality is generally always very very good and good value for money, we can highly recommend most of their savoury items, there is also a large range of sandwiches available. The shop/cafe is very clean and the staff are polite, friendly and helpful, worth a visit.

Still good flat bread. Lots of pastries, sandwiches, and slices of pizza. Only complaint is the pizza is stone cold and they won't heat it ( company policy the answer) even tho there is an oven right there which would take about two minutes. Really, how many people like cold pizza?

Wanted a quick lunch and got just that. Service was quite good at the counter- carry your own to the table. Nice assortment of local baked pies (pork and other meats)good range of desserts. Prices are on the low side. Nothing fancy; just delicious. Crowded at lunch time but worth perhaps a bit of a wait for a table....or on a fair day, take-out to a bench on the Market Square right in front.

Back in Richmond and another trip to Greggs. We are especially fond of their flat bread, I believe, called Scotties. Delicious. They also have a nice variety of baguette sandwiches, and lovely pastries. Just get there early as by closing time the shelves are bare.

Just ran into this little place while walking through Market Square in Richmond. Amazed at the selection of delightful pastries, fresh sandwiches, pies, pizza, fresh breads, breakfast items for order and beverages. It's a tiny little place and it is busy. Don't go in when you are too hungry or you will buy out the store. However, come early or everything will be gone. The first day we just looked and decided to come back before they close at 4:30. Not a good idea. Nothing left. They do say all sandwiches( and I imagine everything) is made for today and nothing left over will be sold tomorrow. So you are getting the freshest - and delicious.

Dropped in whilst shopping and found the place to be very clean and friendly staff who were very attentive.

Rainy day .staff were amazing . Extremely polite would recommend to everyone. Ordered 4 sausage rolls and a steak bake all fresh and hot and a busy shop

Nos gusta golosinas de Greggs pero nunca he visto un café de Greggs antes. Estuvimos encantados de encontrar este, entonces, justo en la plaza del mercado. Nuestra primera vez en Ripon y esperábamos la ciudad a ser un hervidero de actividad y repleto de turistas pero no fue el caso, tal vez porque era domingo. Nuestros cafés eran excelentes, mi marido dijo que su panecillo era precioso y de la experiencia, sabía que mi rollo de salchichas sería excelente y era. (Greggs hacen que los rollos de salchicha! ). No había muchos en el café, pero el servicio fue excelente y la música de fondo muy agradable.
