I would not recommend going to Kingswood Greggs, I walked in today asking for a steak bake, the lady bluntly replied with ‘haven’t got any’ i said oh okay how long until the next batch are ready, she replied with ‘not got any for the rest of the day’. To me personally, this is not how you go about the situation as i work in a fast food restaurant myself and understand that they may be out of stock from a late delivery, but this is not an acceptable way of speaking to customers as it was very rude and unwelcoming, instead i had a very enjoyable dining experience at Subway.

Visited Gregg’s today while waiting in the queue I noticed a lovely offer … Any Pastry + Any Drink £2.50 so I ordered 4 coffees + 4 pastry’s thinking £10 well it was when I went to school .. when asked £11.30 plz I questioned the price to be told .. The pastry I chose was more expensive than the offer ?? The manager TOLD me that if I chose a Steak Bake it would have been more expensive??? So I asked what pastry can I have with the £2.50 deal (Which says any drink with a pastry) The Manager replied!! You can have a Sausage roll with drink… LOL What an unorganised System Gregg’s False Advertising…

Not sure about the food, but need to tidy up the back of the shop! Rubbish regularly on the roof, exposed extractor piping that was meant to be covered up with panelling as per planning permission, and poor management of rubbish bins. Since moved house and this was a big reason for the move

32-34 West WalkAwful - Over an hour to be delivered. Food was ordered at 18:03 but wasn't delivered until 19:10 - ice cold food, tracking system didn't display correct information, tried to call 5 minutes after it was actually delivered to be met with no answer 20 calls and 25 minutes later still no answer
