Quick and efficient service, exactly what I expected in Geggs. Very busy as always, but been served in a couple of minutes. Good atmosphere throughout.

Wouldn’t normally review a Greggs but this place has great staff who are efficient and friendly. Not a regular visitor but they deserve a mention

A great spot for a greggs store. Happy staff, full of life and banter. Some pies had lost warmth but it’s one way or the other isn’t it? Either lots to choose and cold or not enough to choose because it’s baking fresh. Poor employees can’t win! A really nice modern shop, great food, great atmos

Went in recently and there was a lovely young lady trying to take my order while a trainee staff member was singing so loud that I was unable to hear what I was being asked about my order. Not only was this trainee singing but when she started to serve, she was exceedingly rude to her customers and speaking rather loudly which once again meant I could not hear what I was being asked. Very disappointed with the actions that this employee felt was acceptable but to the lovely lady by the name of ‘Beth’, thank you for being so patient and kind as it really made up for the rest of my experience.

I pop in there from time to time and each visit, the shelves are almost empty and when asking the staff whether they have more coming they always say no. If by chance there is a bake on the shelf, always stone cold.

We all know Gregg's cheap good food but why oh why can't they keep the pies Hot! This is my biggest gripe about Gregg's everywhere How hard can it be to fit heaters to the display This morning I was hungry and this new Gregg's is just round the corner so popped in got a sausage rolls and a chess slice while their another customer was complaining his chicken slice was cold ,but I was in a rush and never thought to check mine But wish I had both done cold and it just ain't the same Come on Gregg's sort this out I am unlikely to want to come back to cold pies

This new outlet (as I write) is just off the A303 on Walworth Business Park near Finkley Down childrens play farm and to be honest it was the drive thru Starbucks just off the roundabout that caught my eye first. However, when we drove up it was still being finished and only the Greggs outlet was open. Plenty of parking, bright interior and outside seating area makes this an ideal stopover for a snack and drink. Usual offerings and meal deals you’d expect from this chain and there was a constant flow of customers when we visited. Young staff were cheerful but no rest room facilities (which you might expect being an out of town location?).

My daughter and I found this cafe by accident. Here are our thoughts. 1. too small to allow dogs indoors. 2. could do with a bit of a refresh. The chair pads were stained and there were grease stains up the wall by our table. 3. toilet was very clean but on the first floor which meant climbing some very steep steps. Not disabled friendly. However my daughter who is vegetarian had a really good choice of foods and thoroughly enjoyed her meal. The young staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The coffee was delicious as was my hummus platter with Greek salad. The prices were good and I would highly recommend but I think it could be even better with a bit of a refurb. Didn't get to see the garden as it was too hot to sit outside but from the photos it looks really nice.

Portway Inn, was the best place for breakfats for my family and I. we use to go each week. Todday we were turned away and was told they no longer accept outside customers only residents only. I have taken a picture of each of these. There terms and conditions, there website, their menu and when you walk towards the reception entrance from car park, no where does it say residents only can get breakfast. what a waste of time and fuel. I am so disappointed.

Failed to have a sign on the door that they are only catering for the hotel only. Waited half an hour with four children for them to open the door, had to ring them ourselves to find out what was happening and person on the phone didn’t sound apologetic at all.
