Awful place, coming from an ex employee. Certain staff members don’t wash their hands and touch the customers food with dirty hands and thick dirt under their fingernails. I also caught a certain staff member drop food items on the floor but still put them on the tray to cook and serve. These staff members are disgusting! Not to mention their attitude and behaviour. One of them threatened to go to a customers house and smash her face in. The manager didn’t take this seriously and let her get away with it. Days later she proceeded to threaten me and yet again the manager and area managers didn’t do anything about it. The staff in the craven arms greggs are unhygienic and disgustingly rude.

Opening hours displayed (in store and online) as until 7pm on a Friday we’re shut at 5pm. Not good enough when we had planned a stop there. No explanation displayed.

Called in for a snack on the way up tp shrewsbury, the staff were all friendly and helpfull. The food was good, and the meal deals made it good value.

Stopped in Greggs this morning to get lunch for the staff and family this morning. Shelves not fully stocked. The guy behind the counter was very unhelpful. No multi packs of Sausage Rolls. Would not go and make up any packets (2) even though no one else in store. Eventually got me eight sausage rolls separately, but in his anger dropped a tray of them on the floor. When asked if he would sell me a loaf, which I have bought three times in the past two weeks, he arrogantly told me no and if we sold bread we would have a display counter. This was a terrible customer service experience and to cap it all he then told me he wasn't taking cash only card. No where in the shop did it state this. Fortunately his you female assistant was pleasant, let me choice a roll she was just putting and said thank you. No social distancing either..

Very friendly and exceptionally helpful. My visit was early this morning, not all the pastries were quite ready. I happily waited and enjoyed a coffee. The girl who served me struck me as unusually refreshingly competent. I wish I could mention her name here. *note to Gregs*, this young lady is a true asset to your name. Enthusiastic, polite and capable. A joy to have been here. Thank you.

I hate giving poor reviews but despite receiving a refund the way the fish fingers were supplied as dry, tough and over baked not only mine but my partner’s as well left us both very disappointed as we were expecting a nice meal after a pleasant walk. Apologies were received but a simple cook for fish fingers appears beyond the abilities of the “cook”. Mind you the roll was ok. We expect better on our next trip.

Dinner was different class - stupendous food. Highly recommend the shin of beef with a caramelised parsnip puree and roast vegetable jus

Had breakfast yesterday morning, food cold, scrambled eggs had been microwaved, mushrooms where disgusting, the price £7.00, definitely not worth going back again. 1 x male staff member running around like a headless chicken, he didn't know which way to turn.

Been for lunch today and ordered the soup carrot and butternut squash which was OK, I asked for a brown roll but instead I got boring sliced brown so i asked for a roll and was told they didn't have any but could get me seedy one, that came straight from the freezer I think and was the so dry it would of made good bread crumbs .not worth £7.45 for the tiny bowl of soup 😡

What a find we were staying at Ludlow Touring site and booked Sunday lunch at The Wheatsheaf . The pub was really welcoming warm and comfortable. We were two couples who went for Sunday lunch and we all agreed it was the best Sunday lunch we had had at a pub and really good value . The beef and lamb were really tender and there was a good selection of vegetables all cooked perfectly. The service was good and nothing too much trouble. Thank you for making our first visit a success
