Gregg's in Gloucester

Rude and aloof staff member slammed change down rather than being polite, sausage roll was stone cold. Clearly was not qualified in customer service whatsoever.

Very rude and patronising maleolder member of staff. Only wanted one fresh cream cake of which there were two left. Both differed noticeably in size and filling and I very politely asked when being served could I have the one to his right. Didn’t listen talking to another member of staff when serving me and bagged the other one. Again asked for the other one to which he replied on a very patronising tone “Well they’re both the same,”, they were clearly not and I asked for a particular one so why be rude about it? Then as I left he turned to a colleague looked straight at me and said “it’s going to be one of those days today”. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by this individual and one he needs to rectify. I was courteous and polite to you I expected the same in return!!!! I visited on Saturday 14th December.

Short man with tattoos opened the store late, was saying to his workers he should keep us waiting outside another half hour (loudly as we could here through the door) once inside he was complaining that we should all be in church or something and not there on a Sunday morning (I work Sunday mornings and was getting breakfast for my team). He was then berating a colleague he was training for not knowing information about hash browns which was really uncomfortable as clearly his first shift or something as he wasn’t even in uniform. His attitude is gross quite frankly. Not the first time he’s been rude as he’s complained about customers being in store and not wanting to work before when i have been there.

Went into kingswalk and a member of staff was having ago at another member of staff in front of costumer. Was very uncomfortable

Good food although the service was appalling. Short man with a neck tattoo ranting about how lazy people are nowadays, swearing every other word, infront of my infant daughter. Would far rather go to the store on Southgate Street where they seem much more professional.

Standard Greggs fittings, and décor with the bonus of a good attractive seating area. Usual sandwiches. pies and pasties. Excellent staff who know what they are doing.

Sabes lo que obtienes con Greggs; impecablemente limpio con una buena línea de productos de calidad simple, servicio rápido y ahora un café útil adjunto (sin embargo, sin personal) Fácil, rápido y agradable. También muy buen acceso fácil para usuarios de sillas de ruedas y personas con carritos de niños. Un gran lugar para detenerse entre tiendas / conocer amigos.
