I found staff to be welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. It was very busy when I called but service was prompt and good. I noticed several times tables being cleaned and high standards of hygiene. I would not hesitate to recommend Greggs in Louth and would not hesitate to go back there next time I am in the area.

Lovely food, but when it's so cold outside now, and you go in to buy a hot pie or sausage roll etc, they are cold!!! Several times now, I have bought their vegan sausage rolls to warm me up, and they are always cold. I have asked them to please warm them up, but they say they are not allowed to re heat them. All it takes it literally 10 seconds in the micromeal, OR.....turn up those heat lamps that they sit under which gives the 'false' impression that they are lovely and hot. I doubt very much I'll buy anything else from them during the winter months..... We all need NOT food!! Brrrrrrrrrrr

This was the first time I had been into a Greggs. It was a Sunday and near to closing time but they still had a fairly good selection of sandwiches etc. The staff were helpful, it was clean and had all the facilities required so it is what it is.

Greggs to me is like home. The workers are like my family. Home is where the heart is, or in my case where the sausage roll is. Every single worker makes my day! Especially the oldies ;) love u all sexy beasts x

Siete quería un aperitivo el almuerzo y nos recomendó ir a Greggs. Sin duda no nos decepcionó. El personal es extremadamente servicial, la comida buena, el servicio rápido. Hay también un buen cuarto de baño.

The steak was so nice and the mash to accompany was insane!! The carrots made it that little bit nicer along with my trifle as desert. The starter of fish cakes were a pile of rabbit poo and dreadlocks got in my food

I often call in for coffee and a snack when shopping in louth. The food, staff and service is always above average maybe the only complaint is the tables and trays are not always as clean as the could be.

Well i feel the place is grubby, place were trays are placed looked like they had never been cleaned! My egg sandwich had pieces of shell in it, and my husbands cheese and bacon wrap was over done and cold, first time my husband has had a cold one, not nice

Very disappointed in the way our cakes and biscuits were served, all on a tray, no plates, no napkins. I'm sure this company can afford to put cakes on plates with a optional folk. Rather than hunt some napkins to place your cake on

Had lovely tasty sandwiches and good coffee. Best of all, I accidentally left my purse behind and the staff took the time to look up my phone number, let me know and keep it safely for me. Great friendly staff, well done.

Bog standard greggs bakery. The shop front was a little untidy with scraps and litter in the front. Staff did not really speak to me or say hello but i didn't expect much to be fair. Food was nice and prices reasonable. Maybe would of got another star from me if staff actually said hello to me.

I came in with my 2 young children intending to sit down, picked up a pack of four sausage rolls (i didn't realise were only for people taking away, which I think is forgivable considering I'm a customer not staff) but instead of politely informing me of this the man serving me was snappy and intolerant as I tried to order the other pastries for us, he gave me this baffled look as though i'd deliberately confused him and snapped "So what do ya want then.. to take these away or eat in 'cause you can't take these if you're eating in." As though it should've been obvious,so I put them back and paid for the food, I'm guessing the boss wasn't about and a private joke became apparrent because while we ate, a young female member of staff was laughing like a hyena - for want of a better description, which is always unsettling for customers who just want to sit with their kids and eat what they paid for, without feeling like a potential candidate for a childish roudy cackle between unprofessional staff.

Greggs always good to stop by for a drink and a bite. Reasonably priced, seating good and staff friendly and helpful. Happy to know that the consistency and standard of the Greggs chain is alive and kicking here. IT IS NOT THE IVY. But you get what you pay for, and here - I am happy to do so.

We popped in for a drink and a pasty. The tables and floors were not clean at a time when it was not particularly busy. I would prefer my food to be served on a plate rather than a piece of paper.

You certainly can't beat a Gregg's pasty and their quality is consistent to whichever branch you choose to visit. The cheese and onion ones are original and the best but their steak bakes are also a very tasty choice too.

We visited here at different times--both eat in and takeaway. Food and drinks are what is to be expected from a chain bakery store, but the staff really brought it down even lower for us. Their ability to make everything seem like it was such an effort (ie. retrieve a pastry from under the glass, make a bacon sandwich, bring a cup of coffee, or even make change for a £20 note) is what truly made the experience memorable. If you don't mind this, and you don't want the greatest cup of coffee, then by all means try this place.

I'm not one for food chain stores but I must admit Greggs is one of the best chain bakeries with really nice food however I do feel it can be overpriced on many different things that aren't as nice as local bakeries or family run businesses. For example cornflake cakes are much nicer from Lakings but Greggs is in a more convenient place.

Greggs is well situated being right opposite the twice weekly market, this is not a massive Greggs but because it is a major high street bakery chain the takeaway department is always busy. The restaurant part is quite long and narrow and it is counter service,my advice would be grab a table before going to the counter, they do have a large range of hot and cold snacks as well as special offers,my personal favourite is a pot of tea with a large iced Belgium bun.Toilets are avaiiable but are upstairs. You might however have to fight for a seat on market days.

The service has declined since we last dined here. Little touches have disappeared. The wine is now plonked on the table and initial glass no longer poured. I had the lamb wellington, and was somewhat disappointed to receive 2 small cubes of meat. It was very nice though as was the rest of our meal.

Tucked away between the large venue's across from happy days club but if you do spot it well worth a visit, next door to a chippy. Run by working class folk with a friendly attitude and friendly prices. Our favourite is the Sunday carvery with generous portions and to top it all comes with a pudding included in the price. A good extensive menu at affordable prices for families and couples. Large table's, good seating but what make ginghams our favourite is the helpful friendly staff and atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

There seem to be bad reviews about this Costa but I like it very much.this time I was alone, usually I am with a friend.the barista pointed out to me that I had a complimentary drink on my app so I had a strawberry frappe entirely free and o nly had to pay for my cake.staff are friendly and the place is clean.

Have had the set Sunday lunch on several occasions. Quality of the meal has been fairly consistent. Today however, the experience was overshadowed by some very nasty custard! It sounds very picky, when the rest of the meal was fine, but watery, lumpy, tasteless powdered custard with the crumble, took the edge right off...
