The service is unbelievable slow, I went in for a drink while I waited for a bus, 6 people Infront of me, 1 of which walked out after 15 minutes, 25 minutes I was in there, for a drink. A few days later I went in for a sausage roll, again a handful of people waiting, almost 20 minutes, same lad who just wanders off at random moments. And today, 25 minutes for a breakfast roll. Maybe 5 people in front of me. Not Huge orders, maybe 2 items and a drink. Awful service and it seems it's like that regardless of who is allegedly working. I'm done with that branch. Probably Greggs in general. It's not as if it's anything special, salty pastries, awful coffee.

A lovely girl called Max served me today (Sunday 14th July 2024) and she was very polite and attentive. I asked for something and it had to be put in the ovens, so she kindly asked if I didn't mind waiting, if I wanted separate bags (I ordered for a couple vegans and someone who eats meat) and gave me my receipt and told me that she will hold off doing the bacon and sausage roll because she didn't want it to go cold waiting for my vegan sausage rolls. Promote this girl, she has a good head on her shoulders, is intelligent, articulate and her customer service is second to none! Absolutely lovely girl, Max is.

Knights Leisure Park, Longbridge Road
The staff that we were served by were lovely and deserve to be told that. As for the food and the experience, I haven’t been for years and the new branding just doesn’t work for us. The food is basic, no presentation in the dishes we had and the restaurant was quite dirty. The food was nice what we had tho and I would go back to try again if we were passing. Thanks to our server, I would mention her but she didn’t leave a name on our receipt (:

Unit H6, Neats Court Retail ParkMissing ice creams to both waffles and milkshake they had added squirty cream when I didn’t ask for it. My kid don’t like it and Also missing straws.

115 Saint John's RoadVery disappointed. Have been loyal customers for years. I recently visited Mister Chef and became alarmed by the lady handling the food licking her fingers as she was handling food.Quite simply a big old disappointment, will never be ordering from there again. After the incorrect food was delivered the ignorant woman on the phone would not listen to any complaints insisting that it was not her fault and therefore not her problem.i found hair in the food & the lady over the phone was asking for the colour of hair rather than apologising & was saying iam lying. why will i lie for a food delivery ? i strogly recommend the council to take necessary action .This resturant needs to shut as its not maintaing basic health hygenine. RUDE STAFF & HOPELESS FOOD. Council Please take action.
