The service is unbelievable slow, I went in for a drink while I waited for a bus, 6 people Infront of me, 1 of which walked out after 15 minutes, 25 minutes I was in there, for a drink. A few days later I went in for a sausage roll, again a handful of people waiting, almost 20 minutes, same lad who just wanders off at random moments. And today, 25 minutes for a breakfast roll. Maybe 5 people in front of me. Not Huge orders, maybe 2 items and a drink. Awful service and it seems it's like that regardless of who is allegedly working. I'm done with that branch. Probably Greggs in general. It's not as if it's anything special, salty pastries, awful coffee.

A lovely girl called Max served me today (Sunday 14th July 2024) and she was very polite and attentive. I asked for something and it had to be put in the ovens, so she kindly asked if I didn't mind waiting, if I wanted separate bags (I ordered for a couple vegans and someone who eats meat) and gave me my receipt and told me that she will hold off doing the bacon and sausage roll because she didn't want it to go cold waiting for my vegan sausage rolls. Promote this girl, she has a good head on her shoulders, is intelligent, articulate and her customer service is second to none! Absolutely lovely girl, Max is.

Knights Leisure Park, Longbridge Road
The staff that we were served by were lovely and deserve to be told that. As for the food and the experience, I haven’t been for years and the new branding just doesn’t work for us. The food is basic, no presentation in the dishes we had and the restaurant was quite dirty. The food was nice what we had tho and I would go back to try again if we were passing. Thanks to our server, I would mention her but she didn’t leave a name on our receipt (:

115 Saint John's RoadAfter many years of using Mister Chef I and the rest of my family will never order from here again due to the lower than 1 star customer service. Food has also being going downhill in quality recently. Tonight we ordered a takeaway, expected time from the call was 1 hour (not a problem for a Saturday night) 1 hour later we called again and were told 30-40 minutes. It was quite evident that the food had not even started to be cooked. 45 minutes later we called again and asked to cancel the order as it had still not arrived. We were told it was being cooked, but by that point we had been lied too several times and were just going to find something in the cupboard. I requested to cancel the order and get a full refund. Phone went quiet so I hung up. Mister Chef then called back and screamed abuse at whoever answered the phone, which wasn't me as by then I was cooking some eggs and toast. Food did turn up 2 hours 5 minutes after ordering, but TBH it will go to waste as by then it was too late. Previously I would have recommended Mister Chef as the food was OK. But with this level of poor customer service I encourage anyone reading this to go somewhere else.

Unit H6, Neats Court Retail Parkflies in the icecream and bird flying round in the store. hygiene is awful, you can tell this place is not managed appropriately at all. pricing is okay when using nhs discount.

Sandhurst RoadStaff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. Great menu with lots of choice for fussy eaters. We visit regularly.
