When into greggs this morning 7/6/22 for some lovely breakfast, which ended up ruining my morning and my partners, I had gone in and asked for a bacon and egg bap, a breakfast baguette with egg and a sausage roll, I was being served by a trainee, he first made a egg bap and then proceeded to make some other type of bap, when he passed me the egg bap I said “is that with bacon?” I excused the first mistake because he was training, then when I re told him why my order was, we made the bacon and egg bap, and then went on to make a Egg baguette and I said to him as he was making “ that with sausage and bacon, yes?” And he looked at me and said “ no. You wanted egg.” again I repeated my order “I said I would like a bacons and egg bap, and a breakfast baguette with egg” he then proceeded to become ruder than he was already being “ you want egg with sausage and bacon?” He replied with disgust on his face, I couldn’t believe he was being so rude, another member of staff came to help him and I agin reputed my order and then both faced away from me and started talking and he started shaking his head, and then proceeded to throw my food at me, I was not happy at all!!! I wouldn’t have been bothered if he hadn’t had been so rude to me.

Amaizing staff , fast and friendly service , clen store. One from the best Greggs. Amaizing visit. Great price.

Hi I work at Wilkinson and I went to Greggs yesturday and the young gentlemen that served with was brilliant and outstanding and he gave a service with a smile would definitely recommended Greg's market Yarborough and will be going again

Best place for food in harborough town and thats saying summing i tell you. Easy access no steps straight in from street

I walked into the shop not knowing that only two people where allowed in the shop at one time. The way he spoke to me from behind the counter was vial.So rude as I didn't know this was the rule and with no sign up to tell the customers this was the rule.When it came to being served I asked for four pre packed sausage rolls which he pointed to me was in a stand in the middle of the shop. I picked them up and asked the price. He replied "£3.00" so I put 2 - £1 pieces 1 - 50p 2 - 20p pieces and 1 - 10p = "£3.00" onto the counter and said thank you.Without a thank you or an offered of a receipt I left the shop. When I returned home I said to my wife just how rude the chap was in GREGGS as she usually goes into GREGGS for the sausage rolls and asked her how much the 4 sausage rolls where. She said "£2." This is why I have written this review. "SO RUDE AND LIED TO ME CHARGING ME THE WRONG PRICE"

After visiting greggs in market Harborough this lunch time would just like to say the women who was serving was so extremely rude to myself my partner and my son, she called us into the shop then told one of us to get out in a very harsh tone! Not exceptable how she spoke not at all! Rude bad manners and I would advise this women to have customer training as she clearly needs it!

We usually pop in when in the area to get a cake or something after eating out.There is usully a good choice of products available and the service is always polite. The only issue is that the shop is so small, usuallyt the queue is out of the door, even avoiding lunchtimes!

On my way to collect my children from school around 3 pm I popped into the shop and ordered a steak slice which I was given and I left the shop. A minute or so later I opened the bag and found the slice i had was soggy and cold.Upon collecting the children we returned the same way and stopped at the shop as the children wanted some food. On entering the shop I mentioned that I has been in the shop recently and that the food I was given was soggy and cold and could they make sure that the "slices" this time were fresh and warm.As I spoke to the assistant a woman, which i assume was the Manager interrupted and said: "We do not sell hot food"! I challenged her over this and was told that the "slices" had been cooked freshly an hour ago!?Now I cannot but notice that this was a time of school ending and many children going into the shop to get some food.Now a person might expect that at a busy period the food served would be fresh as possible. But with Management saying the food was an hr old! It is very clear that produce not sold earlier in the day is served up at school ending time as they are very unlikely to comment on it.

I popped in on Friday Morning and was Served by Chloe, what a lovely, polite girl she was and really helpful. Its lovely to see friendly & polite staff. Keep it up Chloe you are a ray of sunshine - oh and my breakfast was lovely too

I attended a meeting at the weekend & the food was supplied by Greggs Market Harborough All of the food was excellent & really well presented

For hot, fair value food on the run Gregg's is sound. Staff are always polite and obliging. A great formula - no wonder Gregg's is a raving success all over the UK.

We were staying overnight in a travel lodge and needed a breakfast before driving on to our daughters house. We just wanted a breakfast bun and had a double bacon and a sausage and bacon with coffee. Wow what a bargain breakfast. Just use Greggs again and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Well done staff B

Staff are lovely, one particular member can be rude though. Selection of sandwiches can vary but alot of the time they hardly have any hot stuff and if they do they never seem to be warm not as great as it use to be

Excellent pre - packed meal choices now they have introduced a more healthy eating range. Always very popular. Good, tasty value for money food. On this visit the pizza slice and vegetable slice were only just warm when brought .......which was disappointing.

Called in for a chicken club baguette and bought a coffee as well.The baguette was filling and tasty and the coffee was hot and strong.Would call again

The servers there are always lovely. It is what it is, cheap grub mostly pastry, but real comfort food. I wish they brought the mutton pies down here though. Love them I do.
