Staff are clueless idiots, food is average at best, shocking drink selection..

Nice atmosphere inside pub, very friendly, good choice of drinks, needs a little tlc outside

Really lovely restaurant. Very quaint and quirky inside. Service was excellent. They went over and above to accommodate one of our party who is gf. Would 100% recommend and will definitely return.

We visited The Norwood for a family meal. Fantastic food and service. Johnny was great and really went out of his way to go that extra mile. Will definitely be back again soon 😊

This place has an amazing atmosphere, with awesome staff that cannot do enough for us. This is our venue for #CheltenhamBuzz and the staff welcome all visitors with a smile, mingle in the group and organise drinks - and remember who ordered what even if that person has moved since the order was taken! The staff are so friendly - We cannot rate them highly enough. The Greenhouse area is stunning with its green wall, the perfect place for a photo! We look forward to our visit!
