Lovely cosy pub with good prices and friendly service.

Really nice experience. Good food and service. I've been before and wanted to try again after visiting a lounge in Cornwall. This place in beeston was really good.

It's a Costa. The staff are always lovely and helpful. Probably the best Costa I've been in to date. I like the coffee and the paninis. The millionaires shortbread taste a lot better than they look. Always a favourite for me. It has a nice friendly atmosphere with plenty of space sitting inside. Some seating outside which nice if the weather is good as its in the pedestrian square. Toilets as clean as they can be, but you need a door code from your receipt, or ask the staff. It's always been busy when we've been in so shows its popular.

Coffee shopp in need of some repairs lights around the shop not working, and behind the counter all the cupboard doors are hanging off and looking terrible, staff are lovely

Manager with a beard is extremely rude! Simply saying to a customer “you want any food” and rolling his eyes at me is just not acceptable. This is not the first time we have had issues with this particular member of staff either! He is just down right rude!
