Nice place, good coffee. Only criticism is the lack of plugs for charging phones.

Staff are always friendly , cheerful and helpful . It is always a pleasure to go in the Costa at Beeston Square , will be there again soon .

Slow wait for beverage and food. I had the pepper, pesto and mozzarella fast bread with Decaf tea whilst waiting for an appointment. The staff were lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is great. Very cosy for this time of year.

Great staff and excellent coffees, my only gripe is the cleanliness of the cups, glasses, knives etc. All had water marks on them and have seen better days.

Love the coffee at Costa, but I don't go regularly, as it can be expensive for food..... Called in here last Monday (11th July 2022 ) whilst out doing shopping, it was sublime, as the heat was oppressive outside, and the air - con was lovely.....☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ Had an Almond milk chilled frappucino, it was so refreshing...❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️. I love the artworks in here, and the staff are so friendly.....☺️☺️. I needed to use the toilet, but there was a sign on the door saying that it was locked , and a code was needed from one of the staff , so I could get in to use it. It's undoubtedly because 'random' people just walk in off the street to use it, without patronising the establishment. This is obviously, because Broxtowe Council decided to do away with the squares public toilets..... !!! They need to bring them back, pronto.....!!!! Came in today for an iced Latte , it's getting hot again, and it's only mid - may 2023...

Very nice place to sit down and have coffee

This Costa is in the square of Beeston town centre. First time I have been to this Costa. I managed to find it using the Google maps app on my phone. Staff customer service skills were fantastic. I visited this Costa after 17.00 pm so half of the store was closed due to cleaning. Nevertheless I managed to find a table straight away. I would visit this Costa again next time I'm in Beeston

Nice and quiet place for a drink in order to relax

Absolutely gutted as I do love this Costa but I felt humiliated in front of a full store. Fair enough that staff forget to ask if your eating in or taking out but after I realised it was my order (which wasn't what I asked for), I felt embarrassed apologising that I wanted a take out. The guy was clearly annoyed as he put the cups on the side loudly, huffing and puffing, I had to stop myself from bloody crying I felt that stupid.

Not my kind of place, but great for those who want to socialise in a pleasant environment away from alcohol. Food and drink seem pricy to me but I guess you pay for the use of the amenities. My wife loves the place, so perhaps it's my tight Yorkshire roots.

Met son for chat. My coffee was ok but my son had tea which was so weak, it already had milk in the mug, the tea bag was one of those triangle ones, couldn't squeeze tea out of it, he went to the counter got another tea bag, waste of time. Left tea in the end. I kept my coat on as don't think there was any heating on. Won't be going again. Will probably go next door when the de-lux fish/chips restaurant opens.

A decent cup of coffee served by friendly staff. Glad it remains open for now, and still keeps decent spacing between tables, and the air con cranked up.

The assistant At the counter [ Name badge " Abi" lacks personal Customer Service skills....Not stating an Appology after giving a takeaway cup for a sitting in request and needed prompted to give receipt...which is necessary to get code to access Toilet . However; other staff members like ' Amanda " are cheerful 😊

Whenever I visit Beeston Nottingham I come to this Costs twice a day. Clean and nice atmosphere. Very friendly and cheerful staff, the gentleman works there remember me as Lady from London and always make me feel special. Thsnk you all. Keep up good work 👏

Was a bit of a queue but they acted by the manager using the other machine at the back which soon speeded up. Coffees were good. Bit slow clearing tables

Sitting with my latte watching the staff patiently sit and help some of the elder generation setup the Costa app on their smartphones because Costa are moving away from the physical card. Great service going above and beyond

Great service and fast serve time. The drink I had was an iced caremel latte and it was the best one I've had from anywhere. The atmosphere in the costa was nice and the decor was to a sophisticated taste had a lovely time and I'll definitely be going back and recommending to my friends

Free wifi and can stay there for 2 hours

Excellent service. Queues for service well distanced and quick moving. Tables were cleared and sanitised promptly. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Our drinks were carried to the table as my colleague had stitches in the eyelid and eyebrow after an operation and was struggling to see properly. The help was very much appreciated. One of the best Costa establishments I've ever used.

Most of the times busy and a long time ago not very helpful like their Londoners colleagues. Whenever in London they bring my order to the table when they see me with the baby pram inside. Guess they have a lot of students self helping as customers. Otherwise same as any other Costa coffee shop.

Very busy today and I could see the employees was under pressure but they still dealt out lovely customer service and was very polite, great work from the 2 ladies working today (13th April around 9:30am)

No one asking at the entrance if sitting in or take out and if staying how many in party thus two parties moving chairs to sit at one table no staff to stop this service VERY slow and only a few asked if they had tracked and trace a very poor experience

The Only Costa outlet in Beeston

Went one Monday, it was a help out to each out day. There was 8 people in front of me, took over 30 minutes to get served. The lad who served me was so rude "Yes, what do you want?" The lady making the coffee wouldn't smile. I asked to speak to the manager but no-one could hear me? Head office didn't seem to care. Not going back to Costa

i would give this 5 stars but there is this one chubby lady with brown hair she’s extremely rude, seems like she’s sick of her job. she keeps rolling her eyes when you order more than one thing and she huffs and puffs at everything. the rest of the staff are very polite and welcoming except this one lady.

This Costa Coffee has become a regular! The staff are so friendly and the quality of the food and drink is consistently good. This place has kept me going throughout Lockdown!

We really enjoy visits to Costa for lunch on the weekend and it occurred to me I am yet to write a review for this cafe. The Costa in Beeston is pretty spacious with primarily indoor seating and a little outdoor. It has a good selection of sandwiches, cakes, drinks, snacks and other lunch food. The service is always good here and my 3 and 6 year old love visiting. We stopped by today for lunch and had yet another good lunch. Today there were covid measures in place to keep customers safe. To our surprise there was also 50% off some of the food which was a bonus. We will visit this cafe again many times I am sure.

Lovely Iced Carmel Latte! Enjoyed some cheese and tomato toast too. The customer service was great too. Great place and highly recommend. Although it's quite costly. But overall great food and beverages.

Social distancing measures were very good and the staff were extremely friendly and explained all of the processes. Amazing drink, would definitely recommend if you've been craving Costa during lockdown.
