The customer service from Annie is phenomenal. She is so bright, happy and genuinely cares about getting the drink made as you would like. Thank you for being so brilliant! You are an asset to the company!

Bald employee with glasses and nose piercing, extremely rude and has 0 customer service skills. I have been in the multiple times and he has made the atmosphere cold and unwelcoming. It’s a shame as some (not all)of the other staff are a delight (lady with dark hair and blonde hair). Let’s just say the role might not suit his skills within customer service!

My favourite major coffee chain. The Beeston got good mix of students , professionals and locals chilling out in the cafe. Barista got good skill and made nice mocha with pattern on top.

Love it here , nearly as much as my dog does , he always drags us in . Great products , service and atmosphere 👌.

I don't know where the old staff went, the bald man with glasses is ridiculously condescending, as are a few other new people. The quality of coffee has also worsened. Sad to see this change, it was my little weekly spot.

Coffee was fine. Service was fine. Only downside was the grubby outside seating area. Dirty tables and an overflowing bin with no lid.

I arrived at a shop to pick up my TooGoodToGo order only to be told that it was cancelled, though they forgot to send me a cancellation notification through the app. This is now the 12th consecutive order they have cancelled, last minute and it's a annoying and inconvenient. The staff weren't even apologetic.

Can't not be better coffee and any coffee shop than Coffee Nero in Beeston! Love it!! Amazing staff work here too! I feel sometimes that they are my family!

Unpleasant and uncomfortable experience visiting this cafe nero. A couple of the barristas I believe are prejudiced and racist. A bald man that works there's definitely speaks down to you if you are asian or chinese and treats white customers differently. I've heard him yell at a group of Chinese people yet he couldn't do enough for some difficult white customers. Seen this on numerous occasions. Unbelievable in this day and age people like this still exist. Shameful of such a big coffee chain to employ people like this. The staff need traing in equality and in humanity.

Bit of a rubbish experience today. My wife and I wanted to settle in and read for a while, but it was 5.15 so we checked the closing time online on the website, which clearly stated it's 6pm on a Sunday. We purchased our drinks at 5.15 and were not warned that the store was closing soon. I'd barely taken a sip when one of the staff stood up at 5.30 and announced: "Everyone, just to let you know we're closed now." Not "we'll be closing soon" or something that might give us time to drink up. It felt like being kicked out. The person who'd made the announcement stood in the middle of the floor, clearly expecting everyone to leave immediately, which they did, while the another staff member began clearing up. Perhaps the online time is incorrect, but even if that's the case, a gentle warning that closing time was approaching would have been more respectful, as would being warned when ordering our drinks. More likely this local franchise doesn't follow broader company guidance. I observed the surprise on other customers' faces, including the girl who then asked for her in-store coffee to be poured into a takeaway cup. Rather disappointing. If the store officially closes at 6 then it should stay open till 6. And staff shouldn't announce the place is closed and then stand there till you leave.

Nice size cafe. Lots of seats indoors and outdoors. Usual selection of Caffe Nero food and drinks. Very helpful staff.

Made me and my girlfriend really sick. We both had iced coffees so I think the milk was bad. Really disappointed as the food tasted good but I can't risk going back now.

Great coffee every time I've been there. Friendly staff. Only downfall is the number of seats, not that many. But still a great relaxing place to visit. Cakes are brilliant.

Dirty, dirty and dangerous.....I had already ordered and started having a quick look around, WOW!! The back of the bar looks like its literally never been cleaned?? What's going on Cafe Nero? Where are your standards? I didn't want to be rude so I paid and left but I couldn't bring myself to drink the coffee or eat the cake so in the bin they went 🤦‍♂️ it costs nothing to be clean guys, surely one of you has an idea that keeping an area so unclean with food and drink to be sold to the general public is dangerous to the publics health? Not to mention your reputation.

The disabled toilet down stairs had so obviously not been cleaned at all on Friday morning. Filthy floor and toilet, this not the first time either.

Coffee nice , bacon sandwich very small and bread rather hard. Tables dirty and sone chipped with sharp edges Didn’t look like the floor had been cleaned or swept from the night before. Ladies toilet out of order so my wife had to use the disabled toilets which were dirty as well Won’t be back

Nice cosy place with a very friendly staff all smiles and quick service. Small patio in the backyard. Recommend their cinnamon swirl & Milano chocolate, my personal fav. Dogs friendly place and as you can see she loves her puppuccino as well.

Male staff member that was cleaning tables was making patrons feel very uncomfortable. Just 20 mins after being there, had only just finished our drinks and he very rudely advised we’d have to top up our drinks ASAP or get out. I understand when places are busy it’s difficult, but there’s ways and means of going about things and he was extremely rude - absolutely no customer service skills. There should be a policy for busy times if they’re going to go round harassing people. Very anxiety provoking and I will not be returning. As a separate point, when I was queuing to order drinks, the trainee barista was looking down scrolling on her phone whilst there was a queue of people waiting…

Passive aggressive staff telling people to buy anther round or vacate tables. 20 minutes after arriving and having finished my drink was told the same. Make it a policy so there’s no ambiguity and people won’t feel as put out when bluntly told by staff with zero people skills to leave. Won’t be visiting again and would recommend revisiting this as a policy and telling people up front.

Tables dirty and needed clearing whilst staff stood chatting - I had to ask for my table to be cleaned when the food was brought to me otherwise they were quite happy for me to eat at a dirty table. One waiter patted a dog but didn't wash his hands afterwards.

Great Nero branch, lovely staff. Can feel a bit crammed during peak times but otherwise nice little place.

Good enough coffee but no gluten free sandwiches, I bring my own and sit and eat them, nobody seems to mind.

There is a lovely friendly ambience combined with great coffee makes for a place where you can relax and have fun. Sam and all of his team make the experience of conversation between the regulars and staff a great place to be in. Thank you so much for making the place feel homely and inviting.

usually love this place, but got my uber eats order wrong, handed out the entire wrong order to the delivery guy, and now when i’m trying to contact them they can’t pick up their phone???? i’ve called the establishment 12+ times and it’s rung out each time.

Very disappointed. Used to enjoy visiting but now quite scruffy with dirty walls and bad customer service. The two staff were focused on talking to each other, got our order wrong and then one was munching on a bag of crisps. They then stroked customers' dogs!!

This is a perfectly nice branch of Caffe Nero with outside seating out front and even a garden at the back. The staff are friendly and efficient and the place was pretty clean and tidy. There are now plenty of good coffee choices in Beeston. But try as I might to plug the independents I always find this place has the best vibe.

Since when have dogs been allowed inside Nero's. I must say I'm not keen on this. Beeston Nero's could do with a spruce up, it's not that clean and is in need of redecoration. Toilets down stairs were smelly today too

It is what it is. Coffee was alright, service was OK, place was clean, it was Caffe Nero

The last few times we have been in and the cleanliness of the place has not improved. Cobwebs on the walls and ceiling, dust you can write your name in on the daydo rails, display cabinets filthy. When was this place last cleaned !!!. Today we were served the wrong drink, didn't have our usual pastries and had to ask for a spoon and sugar, napkins not available. Safe to say we won't be returning anytime soon.

Staff are always pleasant, gets busy it times and it is quite small but really good early morning.

Not a good standard No soap or TOWEls in toilet also the lady Didn’t even Close my cup which made me spill it all over the table not even sorry was said. Tables dirty loads of crumbles on and piled up cups

Very friendly staff and speedy service. Usually very busy so difficult to find seating indoors (important during winter) but there is room in the front area usually. Location also has toilets on the ground floor and a good selection of food and hot and cold beverages.

Staff wonderful! All through lockdown have always had a smile on their faces time for a little chat even when very busy. They are wonderful to my little dog who talks to them all in his own way. To the point loads of their customers laugh and talk to him whenever hes in there. Love the coffee and so does Charlie always have to save him a share (always have paper cup). Lovely food and always clean and tidy. WELL DONE TO THEM ALL AT BEESTON CAFE NERO they've done you proud. X Medals all round. From Pat
