Greggs in Stratford-on-Avon

They open at 7.00 A.M. but at 11.00 had a Chicken Bake and a sausage roll. The CB was stone cold and S roll was rule warm. Would forgive if they had a problem but unfortunately this is was not the first time. Won't be using again. The Maybird one is much better.

Thank goodness for Greggs. A sausage roll and a cup of excellent tea to take and sit by the river to enjoy. Always consistent, always served by a friendly member of staff and value for money.

Buenas tardes a todos. . . Admito que la comida era bastante buena, pero no había una gran variedad de pasteles. Además, lo que realmente me molestó personalmente fue el servicio. No estoy nombrando al personal, pero esta mujer no sabía lo que estaba haciendo, nos llevó unos 10 minutos hacer nuestro pedido y una vez que lo hicieron, pagamos nuestra comida y compramos una bolsa. Las mujeres se ofrecieron a poner nuestra comida en la bolsa, ella hizo lo que fue amable de su parte. Luego había una bolsa que se decía que estaba vacía, así que nos fuimos sin ella. Bajamos al río para comer nuestra comida y faltaba una galleta que obviamente ahora se sabía que estaba en la bolsa "VACÍA". El otro hombre que trabajaba en este día trató de atender a otro cliente justo donde nos estaban atendiendo, lo que no es muy bueno cuando este virus está circulando y se nos recomienda mantener la distancia de otras personas. Este cliente estaba literalmente tocando a mi hija y luego me acusó groseramente de robar su bebida y comida, todo porque el personal nos sirvió a los dos en la misma área cuando podría haber servido fácilmente a este hombre al otro lado del mostrador donde nadie más fue. Por lo general, este es un muy buen lugar de servicio, pero hoy me decepcionó a mí y a mi familia. Esto necesita una mejora importante y debe ser pronto gracias a todos .

We all like a Gregg's but last couple of years eg, price of Chick.bake gone from 95p to £1.50 plus other items. This is serious INFLATION and I now no longer visit Greggs bakeries.

I'm so pleased that I live not far away from this Greggs. My family is addicted to their sausage rolls and we will use the 4 for 3 deal almost every day. Staff work hard and are friendly.

Clean well displayed food. Sausage rolls ordered. Hot and tasty. Good service and plenty of products available

We popped in for a sausage roll and a sandwich, service was good and food was met usual Greggs standards.

Calling in at 2.30pm we found nearly all the shelves empty. We asked if there was any chance of any sandwiches but told "no". If this shop is so busy it sells out by 2.30, surely it would be in their interest to re-stock?

I find the whole chain is becoming worse in a time that sandwich and coffee shops open everyday. On the other hand I preferred it for a quick snack although most things were finished.

Just love Greggs sandwiches and rolls!Always freshly made with great choice. Also their cookies are also to die for!

There may be more than one.Okay for a plastic cup of coffee on bigger side and a hot pastie or sausage roll and maybe a bit more sitting space than usual. Busy trade the counter girls cheerful.

After touristing around the Bard's town and watching excerpts from plays performed in the garden of the Bard's home, the lovely hot chocolate at Greggs was just the refreshment needed to mull over it all... On top of which the cafe sold a bunch of beautifully packaged local sweetmeats - fantabulous plum cakes, bottled sweet cream, and other treats that delightfully rounded off the visit to Stratford-Upon-Avon.
