Ordered chicken shish and a drink. They forgot the drink, and the chicken was completely black and burnt. Tiny portions, but it wasn't edible anyway.

Best fish and chips I have had in a while.. definitely recommend the battered chips!! My wife had the kebabs and she enjoyed every bit of it and I had the cod and chips and finished it all!! Staff was amazing and polite

I have just been in a bought cod and chips twice and other bits including 4 gherkins and on returning home the gherkins are mouldy and the unfit to eat

Absolutely awful. My fish was disgusting and mostly black cooked fish skin, I didn't eat it and ended up throwing £9.50 in the bin. Will not visit again.

Food portions for price was absolutely terrible. Fish was tiny and chips... Well what chips... Had about 5 all together, worst fish and chips I've ever had, showed up and hour late too, do yourself a favour and save your money, not worth it, you'll thank me later....

Went to this chip shop today got 2 burgers and 2 cod all with chips cod was very greasy and very small not that hot either the burgers were deep fried no salad like you get in other shops the only plus was the chips nice for the price they charge I would expect a lot better will never use this chip shop again

If the large cod I had on Tuesday was fresh and battered on the premises then I’m Elvis Presley! I can’t decide if I’m more put out that the served up a flat, Brake’s Brothers style pre battered frozen fillet and thought I wouldn’t notice or that they had the cheek to charge £8 for it. Like most of you, I’ve eaten enough fish shop cod in my life to know what it should look like, and this wasn’t it. Non existent flakes and unpleasant batter. If you can’t provide the goods, don’t bother. I won’t be returning.

Paid £15 for a bit of cod without chips and took 50 minutes to get to me when I literally love 3 minutes down the road.

No wonder people from Canterbury drive here for their chips. Chips in batter! Genius

We ordered through Uber eats and were given a time slot. Driver called 44 minutes after the time they promised the food would come. He couldn’t find us despite being 5 minutes drive away and us giving him very clear instructions. We then called the restaurant to say that we request a refund as we haven’t received the food and it’s extremely late. The restaurant sighed and hung up on us.

If I could have dine a minus score I would. Ordered from just eat, large plaice x2 batter soggy fish thin terrible taste chip worst I had in my 50 + years kn this plane, large it was not, dissatisfied I was, will not ever go again

The Best fish and chips in the town. Been trying them from 2 years. They never compromise on quality and service. Always Fresh chips and Fresh Fish with proper battered. The staff inside very welcoming and friendly. Keep up the good work Guys👍

Very disappointed been a loyal customer for a long time but put off going back again i ordered a large piece of cod and chips but when I got home discovered it was very small thin cod . I phoned to let them know how disappointed I was but was told by the very rude unprofessional lady it was large and it had been weighed! They will lose alot of customers as I always recommended there but not again so their loss and someone else's gain!

Wonderfully cooked food, just what was needed.

Ordered large plaice and a large rock. Shocked when it arrived. I'm glad I didn't order a small portion as a fish finger comes to mind regarding the size! There were a lot of bits in the chips and the batter on the onion rings was soggy. The only good thing was...it arrived hot! Won't order from them again.

Popped in for fish and chips (plus chicken, curry rolls and a battered sausage) and it was most delicious! All cooked fresh to order while we waited and cheaper than expected. So lucky to have this right on our doorstep.

Freshly cooked chips - plenty of everytime. Fish is on the small side but lightly battered and tasty. Steak pie a little over cooked on occasions. Staff are always friendly.

Chips are ok at best. The Chicken Burgers are too basic. The Fish (Cod) is it actually is Cod is horrendous. The batter is Orange not a nice fresh batter colour. There are better chip shops around.
