Rare finding such a great breakfast place. I had the world cup breakfast, and this was perfectly cooked and very filling. Amazing variety and you can also customise your breakfast. Amazing freshly squeezed orange juice.

Fantastic good - I've been here once before. This time I brought my partner who's quite picky about his good and he loved his word cup breakfast. I had toasts with avocado and scrambled eggs and it was fantastic. We will defo come back - yummy 😋😋😋

We’ve always had good experiences here as it’s our local cafe. We rang up at 7:45am to order for pick up. The opening hours on Google say open from 7:30am. I asked if we could order for collection, she said we don’t open until 8am, I apologised and got half a sentence out before she just hung up on me. Quite rude customer service to be honest. We bought our breakfast from the co-op and made it ourselves. I think we’ll be doing that from now on. You may always be busy, but a little politeness wouldn’t go a miss. Please also update your opening times to reflect the correct information.

Visit this cafe recently! We come for brunch. I had steak and onion baguette meal, and my friends had breakfast. Food was absolutely delicious, And stuff friendly. We will definitely come back.

The best breakfast cafe I have ever been to. I live 10 minutes away so most morning I get myself the full house. The best. I couldn’t recommend this place more. The staff also super friendly. My friend who lives in Peckham has travelled multipe times just for there spaghetti bolognaise. The chef is good at what he does and everyone there always bring a nice atmosphere to the place 😁

Very friendly staff, good prices, great customer service, WIFI. Service was a little slow, but it was a busy lunch time.. Always go here every weekend and the food is always good quality and the staff are always accommodating. When it gets busy the ordering process gets a little slow, but we still love it..

Always friendly and great food. A great place to get an all day breakfast, and they also do great jacket potatoes. Their bolognaise is wonderful, I usually have one of these but I’m sure their other options would be great too! There is so much to choose from, I think it would be difficult to not find something that you like! It’s a strong 5 stars from me!

Just spent £59 for 5 breakfasts, and was disappointed with the experience. Some of the eggs were overcooked and had to be sent back, the staff were very unwelcoming, and the atmosphere was dead. The “steak” was dry, and even after trying to complain to one of the workers, the communication was very limited and they proposed no given solution. Considering we’ve been coming here for over 20 years, it’s a shame to see the downfall of this establishment. Would not recommend!

I am so disappointed. I had the corn beef hash with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce. I had to send the hollandaise sauce back because it was freezing cold. And was basically left with a a lovely presented plate of undercooked new potatoes with a little bit of corn beef mix throughout and no seasoning. Didn’t eat hardly anything and sent it back. No apologies, nothing. My partner had the early bird breakfast and said it was ok. Shame as this establishment has always been a favourite of ours.

I made a visit to this Cafe which I have many times before, I would've put this at five stars 2 years ago,I would probably just struggle to give one star.. this is because the quality of the food has gone down. Eggs Benedict is my favour so I quite regularly have it when I go out for breakfast . today when I ordered it advertises gammon ham it comes with wafer ham which I complained about so they swapped it for bacon reluctantly and I was charged extra. I asked for extra sauce as the amount that I gave with it was minimal and you couldn't even see the sauce on it and I complained about the portion sizes with the sauce , eventually they did bring a pot of sauce over to me. when the lady that served me relayed the message back to the chef he shouted at her in front of the whole kitchen and the whole restaurant this is not professional. We are customers and if we're not happy with the quality we should be able to make positive criticism or complain within reason without feeling victimised. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and a real letdown on food won't be using this place again..

Our family has been using this cafe regularly for at least 20 years. We were always very happy with the excellent food until this week. 4 days ago we had lunch there and it was not good at all. We decided to give it another try today for one breakfast for me and lunch for my wife. The food has gone down hill and my fried breakfast was dreadful. So sadly after so many years of using Greedies we will never ever waste our money by going there again So sorry and we will miss the good times there.

A spur of the moment decision to have breakfast here - good idea! Fresh food, cooked to order, in a clean, welcoming place. Very tasty!

This is my go-to breakfast spot 🍳 🍳 the tables are grossly sticky but the food 1000% makes up for it. Highly recommend.

A hearty meal for a decent price.

Mediocre food. We ordered the eggs royal and it came with so much salt (and I normally like a bit of salt...) They have no baby changing facility so I asked the staff (who wasn't that friendly) where I could change my baby. One lady told me at the back and when I went there, another lady had "a go" saying I couldn't. So we left. Would not recommend!

Very disappointed with the time it took to receive our lunch & the quality when eventually it was served. I have been to Greedies before ordering a breakfast which was delicious. On this occasion I took my daughter & mother-in-law expecting the same level of timely service & delicious food. Sadly, this was not the case. We ordered a tuna jacket potato, ham, cheese & onion ciabatta & club sandwich. The jacket was very lumpy. The ciabatta had too much onion & tasted of almonds. The club sandwich was all bread, mayonnaise & cheese. We couldn’t eat the 2 sandwiches, feeling rather sick part way through eating. @Greedie’s - perhaps you should stick to breakfasts in the future.

Quality of ingredients not as good as last time I ordered the exact same meal and was £2 more expensive. Disappointing and won’t be ordering again unfortunately

Ordered a coffee this morning and realised after drinking some of It the milk used is bad. Do not recommend

I've been coming here for years now as I work close and it's convenient. However, the prices have shot up dramatically almost over night. My favourite sandwich was £5.50 before, now its £.7.30! I doubt il be coming here again as many other restaurants beat that price. It's a shame.

Overrated Eggs always undercooked

Just looked at my review from 4 years ago. Said that "over the last year prices have gone up while portion sizes have come down, so the value is nowhere near as good" Well, went in today and prices have shot up since Tuesday. My usual breakfast has gone from £9.50 to £11! Exactly the same contents. I'm starting to believe that Greedies is now referring to the owners approach rather than just the cafe name!

Disappointing from greedies. Usually can't fault them but today food arrived cold and looked like it had been thrown in the box. Also missing items.

Lovely cafe style restaurant, great for breakfast ( yummy scrambled eggs) or lunch.

Served raw chicken...twice! Ordered the chicken kebab and when I first cut into it I noticed it the center was raw. I asked them if they could cook it and after a few minutes the plate returns with some of the chunks still raw in the middle. When I pointed this out, I was told that this is served every day....and what I was seeing was food colouring...it wasn't, it was raw chicken. I was asked if I wanted something else but after this experience I couldn't trust them anymore. I've been coming here for a long time and it is unlikely that I'll be back

Greedies by name and greedy by price. Food ok, not great. I cannot believe the prices in this place. I recommend The Noshery. It’s a few minutes away from greedy greedies.

Wrong order delivered, driver back with partial order and speaking in foreign language. Finally second order arrived way too late.

Food from here always tastes great. Most of it was just about warm enough today but the eggs were stone cold. I get that some heat will be lost in the delivery process and they do try to help by wrapping things in paper but cardboard just doesn't keep it hot. The only thing that works for that is foil containers.

They got my order wrong. Ordered a plain omelette and it came loaded with cheese which I didn’t want.

Good and pleasant staff works in the hall! What unfortunately I cannot say about the chef and kitchen there. Pre ordering a meal they a charge full price, when brought the order, some ingredients were missing, which are included in this dish from the menu! Then service on the hall 5⭐️ Shef and kitchen 2⭐️

My son and I were looking for somewhere for lunch on our way to the fantastic Gtech Community Stadium when we came across this absolute gem of a place!! I had Corned Beef Hash and I have never had one before that came anywhere near this one. If I'm ever passing this way again I will definitely stop again.

Great food, outdoor tables in front and conservatory in the back. Prices are also ok.

Ordered breakfast 4 times via Ubereats. First 2 we’re great. Last 2 we’re terrible. Badly packed. Baguette broken in half. Filling not in the baguette. Sauce all over the outside of the bread etc…

Nice café, but gets very busy at the weekend and kitchen gets overloaded. Waited 45 minutes for two sandwiches which is crazy. Several other customers were experiencing the exact same problem too. Food was great, when it arrived.

Excellent local cafe... been dining here for years doing all-day breakfast, foods not as high quality as it used to be... but it's still top-notch compared to everything else locally.

Greedies used to be a fav Sunday lunch spot but sadly seems to have gone a bit downhill. The lack of customers should have been a giveaway. Much fewer lunch menu options - nothing you would call "Sunday lunch". 2 members of our group opted for lasagne - lukewarm, lacking flavour & very little meat. The Moroccan lamb burger was tasty but dry. Whilst their breakfasts still look good we won't be going for lunch again.

Stopped here for breakfast as I wanted to get myself a proper full English for my first real day in London. Came in here because the vibe of the place seemed quite nice. Breakfast was lovely.

Really gone down in quality since new ownership. A couple of years ago Greedies food was high quality. Today, April 2023, it is bland and average, at best. So I won't be going here again unfortunately.

Ordered a jacket potato with melted cheese to takeaway for lunch. When I got home, I saw there was a tiny bit of cheese that had been spread over the top of the potato and was melted to disguise how little there was. Paid nearly £10 for this rip-off lunch. When I smiled and thanked the lady who gave me my order, she avoided looking at me. Now I know why! Also know why you've called your establishment Greedies! Shame on you!

Tasty food, only ever had one of their breafasts which are brills. Uber will deliver their breakfast rolls which are a treat at work.

Lovely always nice food reasonable price

Delivered 15 mins early, which would be okay except I specified a time because I was in a meeting and got interrupted. Maybe just deliver when requested? Food still managed to be cold and a panini "served with wedges" came with THREE wedges! 3!! And they looked like they'd been sat in the bottom of a tub for weeks. I don't know why I still bother ordering from here, the food is good if you actually go to the place but they don't give a **** about their delivery customers!

The food here is rubbish, they can’t even cook a simple cheese burger and chips. I ended up throwing it all away! Do not eat here ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Foods good but it was stone cold. It's about time all these services use foil to wrap food and insulate for delivery. It's the only thing that keeps food hot.
