I wish I I could give zero star because of one lady working on till she always try to be smart and very rude , think she is supervisor and she ware glass please try to behave with costumer

The lady wearing glasses wasn’t that nice. Also we were been drinking like 2-3 pints ready but later the beer we ordered tastes very weird and when we approach her about that issue, it does not taste the way it should be.

Back after a couple of years, some great, "Today's Specials" food deals. Clean and tidy, fast service. Update, I've been back a few times since, this really is an excellent Wetherspoons.

It’s been 2 times beer smells so weired second time they refused to change even it was full glass of 4 and one of the lady working on till was so rude and she refused to replace other member was very nice but she always try to be so smart I don’t know why ..

Had a really good breakfast here at a reasonable price. The place was clean, including the tables and toilets, which is always a plus. Everything was well-prepared and tasted great. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a solid brekkie!

ALL I CAN SAY, THAT COFFEE MACHINE IS SOMETHING ELSE, 5 COFFEES IN 30 MINUTES IS WHAT I CAN SAY, TRULY AMAZING, food is pretty good as well but nothing compares to the coffee

Very good food and a great selection of drinks at reasonable prices. We'll definitely come back again to enjoy the atmosphere.

My family's favorite place for an English breakfast is simply perfect. The menu offers a variety of options, and I usually choose the Vegetarian English Breakfast. This time, my kids decided to try some new items from the menu. They opted for the Fiesta Brunch, Mushroom Benedict, and American-style pancakes topped with bananas, strawberries, and blueberries, among other things.

Great staff, well run, service fast

A great pit stop before the rugby pipping hot breakfast very friendly staff our go to pub before and after the match.

I left my food at the table and my bag at the seat with my jacket as well. The server cleared my food which was still left to be consumed . On bringing this to the notice of the manager and he was rude and replied that I shud have informed them that we are going for a smoke . On asking the manager's name they refused to give that and rather than apologising they behaved very indifferent because we are not from here in the UK and we are tourists. I condemn the behaviour of the staff and the have no right to be rude to us rather they shud have done service recovery. Not coming here anymore ever. They can't do this to someone who had paid 10£ for the food . Totally ridiculous.

A nice place for a quick bite or leisurely lunch. Refillable hot drinks are worth going for especially in the cold weather and a rainy day.

Xmas drink, nice and busy, good bar staff

We sat by the fire. We really enjoyed our time. I had a really good pizza. Great range of beer. Great atmosphere between all sorts of people. Devizes was a right mess due to still ongoing building works and scaffolding, and fire damage, really causing many businesses to close. Witherspoon giving you relief from this sorry tail in a wonderful historic town. Avoid the infection of the Turkish Barbers which a happiness killers across the country.

Called in for a beer and lunch...fish and chips lush....

Busy place, but very quick service and tasty food. Drinks are good as well. Nice for socialising with friends. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is trying to go out, but keeping low budget 👌

I was served with a smile by a wonderful barman named Ben. He was attentive and made sure to check if everything was okay with my order shortly after I settled down to eat. I ordered a breakfast, which was cooked exactly to my specification – hot, tasty, and perfect. Ben provided 5-star service, something that is rare in hospitality these days, and in industries in general. Keep up the great work, Ben!

Returned on Nov2024 New items added to the menu and Christmas menu is available. Hot & spicy grilled peri-peri chicken was very well marinated and served in good portion. Service has improved and staff are attentive. Worth checking out their special Lunch deals between 2-5pm Mon-Fri. Previous review Been here many times over the years and happy to return again this evening, unfortunately we were served by a sad and pathetic girl behind the counter. Definitely felt unwelcome for spending money here!

I was there last weekend for the England Japan game . Had a great breakfast but the booth next door. Complained the whole time . His wife / girlfriend had more baked beans than he did . One hour later he was still complaining. The Staff managed it very well. I would ok kicked the Yank out . But it made for a very entertaining meal . Well done you girls

This is one of the best kept Wetherspoons in London. Prices as usual are great, service too and they clear the tables quickly and keep them clean. Which is not typical for a Wetherspoons. Well done and keep up the super service!

As a seasoned Weatherspoons patron, I have to say that this venue is probably my most rewarding experience. My wife and I had friends visiting, so we were a party of four.The staff, all of them, were outstanding in terms of friendliness, professionalism, and service. This reflected in the general ambience of the place, many more smiles than frowns amongst the clientel. General cleanliness throughout was of a high standard, and the food came quickly, and was very tasty. A special mention for Christina. What a delightful young lady she is. No hesitation in recommending.

I recently visited Moon Under Water bar and had a wonderful experience. I enjoyed a glass of wine while my friend opted for a beer. The service was excellent, and the ambiance made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing outing

I enjoyed an hour here on a Friday evening despite the unpleasant walk through the town. Quite busy on my visit with limited seating. I had the 3 small portions of chicken with a side of siracha sauce; a pint of wainwright's, Hobday plus a craft beer in a can for under £15. Definitely recommend if you're in the town.

Highly disappointed ! I went to Wetherspoon Hounslow first time with my friends for breakfast on Tuesday and was really disappointed with the service. We chose this place as pub is great friendly place to go and chill with friends and make new friends. So what happened was one of my friend who was vegetarian asked for vegetarian specifically and the staff suggested option that she can swap items from the menu but they served her with bacon on plate and when she asked to take it off they just returned with same plate. We repeatedly said that because it is religious purpose she can’t eat from plate that had non veg could you bring right food but unfortunately not the staff or the manager was supportive and refused to serve the table. Also one friend got no bread with her veg breakfast she ordered and other friend got completely burned toast. The staff and manager would had resolved this in polite way but were very stubborn. You can see picture of same item ordered with bread, but one with no bread and with burnt bread. Also when my friend asked for hash brown swap they replied how do you know hash brown has no meat😂Not expecting this when you pay money and not even get what you ask for. So 3 unsatisfied customers walked out.

I went to The Moon Under Water last night with my wife and after downing two bottles of wine 🍷🍷 and indulging in alcohol battered chicken we returned in the morning for an extensive imperial breakfast . What can I say? We were extremely pleased! The attitude of the employees was impeccable, friendly and attentive to every detail. 👏 Breakfast was a real treat – generous portions, quality food and a relaxing atmosphere. 🌟 If you are looking for a place where you can feel like a king in the morning, this is the place! You pay what you get beers are good food not so good cocktails have no taste

Waiters they don’t know the proper measurements…. I had ordered for double Courvoisier.. but just gave 30ml.. when I ask can you measure it properly they found their mistake and still they are very rude.. literally saying that you got what you want and go and take your seat in a very rude manner

I have ordered 6 gallss of brandi every time i asked to re mesure i got less every time one or two is common but 6 is not common u can check cameras as well. Thank you

I had some southern fried chicken strips basket with fries and Coca Cola and it was delicious I recommend coming here and I will definitely come back here

The Bar staff do clearance by inserting fingers in dirty glasses , clean toilet and never wash their hands. Management must train their Bar staff.. Otherwise hospitality is excellent...

This morning l had a steak, and it was delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked, and the service was friendly and prompt. Thank you very much .

My son and I had a Wetherspoons breakfast this morning at The Moon Under Water in Hounslow. The staff were so lovely! The food (I had the mushroom eggs Benedict and ) was delicious and you can’t go wrong with refill hot drinks (they had decaf lattes on tap!!). The alarms were being tested and the manager went to every table to let the customers know the man was only testing that it was in working order so we could continue to enjoy our breakfast. We were inside but the back outdoor area looked like a nice spot to have a meal. Thank you ‘The Moon Under Water’ for the lovely experience. It was so nice to see the outside looking so welcoming with all the beautiful hanging flowers (we spotted them a mile away 🫶🏽🎉🌺).

A good cheap weatherspoons well looked after by the staff

Decent food and drinks before our flight from Heathrow the day after. Bar staff excellent, friendly locals and only downside was the lack of ambulance for almost 2 hrs 15 mins. Bar manager Pete (iirc) kept calm whilst dealing with the emergency services on the phone. Hope Colin is okay. Best wishes Wayne and Michelle

Love coming to this pub in Central Hounslow every visit. Pints are much cheaper here than any other locals around and can sit here for hours drinking and eating comfortably. Bartenders are friendly and prompt with all orders. Great atmosphere including the beer garden in the back.

Visited twice in August 2024. This pub is frequented by many middle-aged local men and has a wide variety of menu items and beers. The music and people's voices are moderate and not too loud, so even foreign tourists can relax and drink. Actually, I wanted to come again and spend about 2 hours lazily drinking. We highly recommend that you visit!

Went for breakfast, was a very relaxed atmosphere in a fairly nicely decorated spoons. Service was great, and the breakfast was good too.

This is the best wetherspoons I have been. The staff are really quick and friendly even when under pressure. This place had a great range of reals to offer at really low prices that date back to the late 80s and early 90s. Also a great range of lagers on tap and craft beer, all at these are at a cheap price for London. The food is cooked absolutely perfect and I recommend the brie, bacon and chilli jam panini. A great selection of food with some including a drink, this is the cheapest wetherspoons in London that doesn't hold back on great customer service, hygiene and fantastic service.

horrid management with how they treat their staff, alongside with how horrid the food is and the agreement of how horrid it is from their own workers, who knows what's going on back there. have heard from multiple people they hire younger people so they can fire them during their probation after making them do the jobs the senior staff don't want to do. one of the worst spoons ive ever been too or heard about.

Met with friends who took me here was lovel, settled and nice atmosphere. Enough variety on menu.

Bar manager is TOP notch, very impressive. I watched EUFA 2024 quarterfinals there, so it was SRO but I never had to wait to order a very reasonably priced 1.99£ Worthington's--very nice. Good craic too ... loved it (despite having a couple of bad days previously), much appreciated!

Wow …..The manger was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. I’ve never under any circumstances had such a horrible Unpleasant service in all my life . She then went on to tell me she was Refunding me my money back for the meal we didn’t even Receive. Very shocking indeed and totally unprofessional. Think the moon under water need a new manger A.S.A P . Or company could be in trouble due to bad vibes

Good spot to start of the night, This bar is a good place to start the night, with friendly and helpful bar staff. However, it can be difficult to get a seat, and the atmosphere is not great. But vintage. The food is good and the value is great, but it can be busy. This bar has a great location, a decent range of beers and ciders, and a friendly atmosphere. However, the staff are not very friendly, and it can be expensive.

Typical English pub restaurant. Very popular among the locals, and difficult to find a seat at 6pm. Food is decent, steak could be better. Requested for medium rare but turned out to be medium. The Mediterranean side salad was surprisingly good. Fish and chips are standard, nothing to shout about. Ambience is ok, there are dark spots and not so dark spots, depending on what you prefer. Apparently very popular among retirees that order beer after beer to hang out there. Service is alright. I came here for dinner 3 nights in a row because it seems like the best bet for western food in this area.

I don't normally frequent pubs as I don't drink alcohol. However, I was in the area for a few days. With most other eating options being Asian, this had a better variety from salads to steaks, pizza and more. Huge menu. If you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, then you will be well catered for. Staff were warm, friendly and pleasant. Clean. Nice space and not rowdy. I had a lovely dinner. The jacket potato with tuna mayo (comes with a small side salad too). It was delicious. Felt healthy too. Potato was soft and melted in your mouth. I don't drink alcohol so I had an apple juice which was a big glass. Cheap too. Would recommend.

Some items on menu are better than others, likey you can find something on the menu that agrees with you. The staff is great and efficient.
