Food was cold and not up to scratcg

Most of it barely warm nuggets mushy donner meat was ok

Only place i go to for fish and chips. Well priced for the portions and the team’s customer service is impeccable.

All the food was coating in spices and was spicy hot!! This should be mentioned in the description

Regular customer these guys were awesome Not sure whats happened recently but delivery took over an hour 20 and food was cold and stiff and genrally unpleasant to eat these guys used to be top notch now they are letting themselves down

My best chip shop I've ever been to also the kebab meet is one of the best around.. I eat here often. I rate the staff aswell as they are always friendly and smiling.. See yiu again soon. Food is excellent.

Simply the worst fish and chips I have ever had… soft and chewy batter with a thin dried out piece of cod in the middle… chips tasty but freezing cold, mushy peas are basically one mouthful… this is not how we do fish and chips

SMALL PORTIONS. Wether ordering in store or by Uber. This place is very inconsistent with its portion sizes. Lamb Shish and rice meal is a total rip-off, barely any lamb. I paid the extra for the meal even though I didn’t want it, but because there isn’t an option to pay for extra lamb. I made a comment on the app/order asking for extra lamb but this was not actioned. I got an ocean of rice and fries with minimal tiny pieces of lamb. No salad this time although I got salad last time. I ordered BBQ wings and got half BBQ and half plain fried wings. Their curry sauce is basically just daal (lentils). Which isn’t even very tasty anymore. Very inconsistent. This placed used to be so good.

the service is amazing ! Same with the food , the atmosphere is good tho there will be some roadmen/chavs if you go around school closing time, that isn’t there fault tho!

The fish was so over cooked like rubber the chips were coverd in oil and was like bottem of the barrel scraps and the curry sauce was like water would not recommend

Use this shop all the time, food is always well presented and hot, they slipped ip on this occasion by delivering 30 minutes early, which meant I had to eat before I was ready to do so. This will no deter me from ordering from them as normal.

Really friendly staff, good fresh food, family owned shop. They can get busy, so more chance of human error but been very consistent with me.

Order 2 doner kebabs and chips when we got home found out it was donner meat and chips not what we ordered it was smothered in chilli sauce didn't get asked if we wanted to salad we wanted will definitely never use again

Frankie’s Food allways Fresh I have been using Frankie’s since 2014 that’s 10 years now produce allways fresh and perfectly cooked staff friendly as are drivers

As a regular customer of Frankie's we are always happy with our food. Portion sizes are always large and nicely cooked. Would recommend.

Food was great, I love it but there's one problem with delivery driver. very disrespectful. I received my notification that the driver is on the way at 16:15-16:20, 2 mins later driver calls and I got shouted at he will bring the order back to restaurant, and he said he waited for me 10 mins outside on front porch. Please have a chat with this guy.. indian nationality I think, big belly.

Fantastic service, received a call from the restaurant and was asked if I would like salt and vinegar on the chips or to have it separate. Food was ordered for 20ppl and arrived with all the condiments and was piping hot!!! Food was delicious. Thank you to the team. Very happy customer 5starts******

Chips cold so wasn’t the best, asked for no chilli sauce and they put it in so kids wouldn’t eat the food pizza was very nice

Magnificant a great meal at a fantastic price, with wonderful delivery service. All around top-notch on all accounts.

Picked up a large chicken donner pizza to-go. Asked for it to be thin crust and for them to add green chilies to the pizza. They didn't charge for the extra chilies (which they were generous with!) and the pizza was absolutely loaded with chicken! Perfectly crispy thin crust and very flavourful! Definitely gonna be a regular!

I bought Fish and chips today (27/06/24 )and I can't eat it, fried in old burnt oil. If it weren't for the fact that I'll be traveling soon, I would give it back, it's inedible. Never bye in this shop again

Lovely fish and chips, we have them regularly on a Saturday night. The accompanying pitta bread and humous are also good value for money.

Ordered cod & chips as well as two other meals. I was left disappointed with the cod, there seemed to be more batter than cod on here with the batter falling off the fish.

Ordered medium cod and chips . Got 3 tail end pieces of fish . Fish very thin mostly grey and so much batter . Very disappointed as had frankies before n was lovely . Chips cold and lots of broken edge bits . Hard

Did not get what we ordered no salad with anything . Order Dr pepper got cola . Got chips under meat . Mayo to much on one . Little mayo on other . Kebabs was not good .

Cod was dry and batter was thick and hard. Scampi was all same shape and size and mostly breadcrumbs. First time ordering and wouldn't repeat the experience again.

I bought 6 wings for £ 3. The guy told me my payment by card did not get through if I could pay again using the other terminal. I came home, checked my internet banking and he charged me double as both payments went through. so instead of £3 I paid £6!!!

Food came cold ordered chips and cheese and they send chip shop chips with minimal cheese. Chip shop chips are not OK to use for chips and cheese not that should need to be explained to someone who owns a food business..... shocking avoid

We ordered 2 kebabs both with salad. Both came with no red cabbage and no jalapeños. The food was cold. This our favourite kebab shop and we are very disappointed.

Ordered large cod and chips £9.00 had to wait 10 mins while they cooked it which wasn't a problem very good without being fantastic.

Well worth a 25 min bus ride from Heathrow. Huge portions at a great price. 1 min away from the bus stop.

Always go here for mainly fish and chips and the fish and chips are good and the kebabs are not too bad either.

Since management chaned here the food here has gone disgusting and lost all quality. Chicken now always smells and tastes like fish. They don't follow instructions on order and send random items when they don't have what was ordered. I would give it a 0 star rating if I could.

Just had an order via uber and was really disappointed. Kebab meat dry. Chicken strip tasted of fish. Chicken skewer kebab weird texture and sour flavour. Garlic bread pizza has huge lumps of garlic on. All was utterly disappointing.

First visit, lovely staff, awsome food, fast and friendly service, very happy! Well recommend.
