Very impressive left me defeat the salt and pepper chips have very spicy and the best one from any other takeaway in Crewe. Will mostly definitely coming back too U

Food arrived over an hour and a half late, was Luke warm. Order was placed 2 hours before the original delivery time. Phoning the restaurant proved useless with updates saying it will be 10 minutes away. (it was not) AVOID HERE

Accused mum of lying when she called to say some of her order was missing. Mistakes happen, but how you deal with it is important. Food took over an hour to arrive, arrived cold, and missing the pancake rolls. Called to tell them they were missing and she was accused of lying. Over an hour after calling and the pancake rolls have never arrived. Food was average, but cold. Crispy duck was good which is why it gets two stars, not one.

I can’t rate the food as it never even arrived! Waited two hours for my food after calling the shop 3 times for an update just for them to cancel it. Every time I called them they’d say “it’s 10 minutes away”, when it clearly wasn’t, and claimed they called me and blamed it on me for not getting the food. Clearly I didn’t have issues with my phone as I managed to get in touch with the restaurant easily enough. Very unimpressed with this service and will never try and order from here again.

Absolutely disgusting food. Waited over 2hrs for just eat to deliver. Food was disgusting and luke warm. Id never eat here again. Also dont use just eat they’re just as bad as this take away. Avoid at all costs

Some part of the Food was extremely salty while some part was extremely bland. Won’t be patronizing again.

Food took 1 hrs 45 to arrive. No help from shopkstaff on location or ETA on delivery. Food sloppy and wouldnt feed to the dog. Waste of money

Food was delicious and a good temperature when it arrived. Order notes were listened to as well with the salt and pepper box adjusted to our taste.

Food is just 'meh its ok'. It's an embarrassing amount of food for the price. I had the salt and pepper chicken - the smallest amount of peppers, onions and chillies. Not really worth the money or wait.

There was black hair in my ribs !! Disgusting !! and other food was not good at all. I’m very disappointed. It was my first and last order for sure.

Crispy orange duck is literally inedible,it tastes chemical and bitter.

What's happened? Used to be my go-to Chinese, food was great Last order was a total mess, struggled to take the order then gave me the wrong order on collection Food has gone downbank too, undercooked and ultra salty Will try somewhere else next time

The meat in the special chow main was chewy sn watery, my parents chicken curry was tasteless and flavourless

Disgusted 1.5 hr wait then I found a peace of wire in my curry

Missing a Curry Dish and when attempting to contact them on the phone about it they just ignore the call and dont answer! I will not be using Great Wall again and advise other people look else where!

The food is brilliant I’ve gotta say but unfortunately I won’t be using them again as they consistently take forever to deliver the food. I questioned it with the last delivery driver (just eat) after the food took 1 hr 45 mins. He said he had only just picked it up and the delay is with the take away as they only have 2 chefs. I believe him because it’s the only take away where it gets delayed.. always. It’s a shame coz the food is great but I can’t be waiting over an hour every time I order. Oh and I live half a mile away so it’s not like they have to travel across the country to get to me

Ordered the crispy wonton, pork curry and pork chop suey - Everything was absolutely delicious! Very happy we decided to try you out and will definitely be back again! The young gentleman on the till was very polite as well :)!

Is absolutely delicious, food was on time, frindly driver. Food was just soo nice and hot, with a generous portion. Bbq sauce was a lighter colour, but its still taste like bbq, could be stronger in colour but it's still tasty. Would order again

My partner ordered food from just eat, it was a single dish and they live 6 minutes away, 2 hours later nothing!!! Tried calling them multiple times with no answer. Ending in a cancellation and refund , absolute joke of a place . Stay clear

Neither of the 2 dishes in sauce were even fully submerged in the sauce and was just dry. Worst Chinese I've had, they literally threw the chicken into the container then the sauce. Chow mein was alright but not worth the money we spent.

Terrible service. Meals took nearly two hours. Two meals were thrown, chilli chicken was slimy and BBQ ribs had zero meat. Singapore Chow Mein was big but slimy meat too. £40 down the drain!

just had our meals of chow mien, absolutely to die for and piping hot, would recommend but only if you are hungry as the portions are whoppers.

They don't understand about allergens when asked questions. Do not order from here if you have any intolerance as they won't know themselves

I was ordering in a rush through just eat and found this which isn’t our “normal” Chinese. It arrived quickly, still nice and hot and apart from the fried rice which we weren’t keen on, we were extremely impressed with the quality of the food. If I can start making fried rice at home I’d definitely order from here again rather than the usual.

Delivery was delayed so well over and hour and half. Food wasn't that warm. Hair in rice. And a bowl of what looks like dish water came with the food??
