Great Sutton Pizza & Kebab in Cheshire West and Chester

I had food from here and was amazing taste and service definitely recommended it to everyone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Top nosh ,not a bad word to say about this place , never had a bad meal from here , staff are really friendly and the food is great .

Best kabab house in the port by a country mile. Just been in service and food is on point as always. If your going anywhere else in the port you need to get to the doctors

Love the food there and big portions which is a bonus but makes you feel very uncormfortable when staff speak in their own language and seem a bit disorganised at times

Very poor quality doner meat and it was burnt. However came before estimated time and garlic bread was lovely. Disappointed for the amount it cost

Ordered food yesterday evening at 7pm for delivery. I completely understand there can be a wait and expected up to 1 and a half hours as stated on website. After this time had well and truly passed I rang to be greeted with not only a lack of apology for delay but utter rudeness by a female on the other end. I was then told My order is only just gonna be started. The food came after 10 pm which is ridiculous when I was told 8.30. It was cold. Not pleasant and wasn't cheap

Not as good as it used to be.food warm salad was small no lemon as requested.will not order again due to didn't get my order right plus I asked salad instead of chips think they were running out salad as it was so small they never asked if I wanted a sauce plus delivery driver left my gate open after I asked him to close it he got out struggled to get him in due to disability

I don't know how they do it. Their pizza base is so thick but also so light. A great pizza shouldn't need a dip. Their's doesn't 👍

Use the place regular. Delivery times can be erratic at times but food is pretty good. Staff are friendly

We recently moved to the area and this is a gem of a find! We’ve tried the kebabs, burgers and pizza . Everything is super tasty, very generous portions, always arrives hot and the sides are amazing too!

Most professional customer service I encountered in ellesmeare port. They will make sure your taste buds and stomach are happier than you thought they will. So far we ordered all kebabs they offer and few pizzas. Honestly, I can't fault any of the dishes. Keep the good job gents and keep the customer service on a proper level like you are now. Best combination ever Calzone with chicken doner pepper and onions on garlic sauce and drizzle of chilli.

Oh my gosh! Best food ever. I visited this amazing establishment today to order some food. I came back with a free pizza and my usual order. A free pizza! The staff were very nice to me - even though I’m a child. Definitely going for some food again!

Ordered from here for the first time as my usual place was closed. Nicest kebab I've ever had and even the salad was great quality. I'll be ordering again.

Placed the order at just after 10pm, it was accepted and payment taken, the order was acknowledged and gave an estimated time of just after 11pm but never arrived. I don’t why you’d accept an order, give a time and not deliver. Waited an hour and a half for nothing. Terrible company.

We left Derbyshire 5 months ago and have been staying in New Brighton temporarily, where I've tried numerous pizza & kebab places and still not found a decent one among them! Now we've found a more permanent place on the Cheshire border & have discovered lots of new places to try in the neighbouring towns but this place ticked all my pizza-loving boxes! We tried a 12" special-type pizza, added a few extra toppings and opted for the standard crust. It was perfect depth, loaded with toppings and cooked to perfection! We also had a large lamb shish kebab, which came with plenty of salad, hot pickles & loads of delicious char-grilled, melt-in-the-mouth meat. The fries were nice too, which is a bonus as some kebab/pizza places get the fries ending up like cardboard, but ours stayed crispy & hot despite a 10 minute drive home. The only slight negative was that the pizza could have been hotter, but it had probably been boxed before the other stuff was done & sat a minute, and I did also have to bear in mind we have a few miles drive home too, and overall it wasn't an issue as could be easily warmed in the oven if needed. To be honest, it was even lovely cold when we ate the leftovers later that night! 😂 The girl serving was friendly and efficient too, and the shop looked clean & tidy (as we went in to order (like the ancient people we are! Lol) but they do deliver judging by all the takeout bags stacked inside ready to be filled. In summary, excellent food, service and decent prices. Looking forward to my next visit already!

Ordered two pizzas, one chicken sandwich burger, one chicken sandwich burger and chips, portion of chips and two sauces. Sauces didn't arrive so tried calling and couldn't get through so did a live chat with food hub and the store said "they had sent them". Whilst talking to foodhub I tried my pizza and chips and both were cold, my daughters chicken sandwich and chips were both cold and the chicken tasted funny, my husband made the same comment about his chicken sandwich burger so I asked for the food excluding the one pizza to be collected as they were inedible and my money back. Next thing the delivery driver arrives with my sauces and apologised because they slipped behind her sea. Store has refused a refund but said I can get a new meal next time. They denied ever sending cold food and denied not sending the sauces when we received no sauces, cold food and chicken that tasted vile. Disgusting customer services.

Had fried chicken pieces last night, usually really big pieces of succulent chicken, last night's offering was very poor, two pieces were just chicken wings and the other two were all bone, chips were hard and undercooked, all went into the bin, very dissapointed.

Hi ..my review...i ordered a small Donner kebab 3 pieces of chicken for my daughter..chicken was piping hot and delish ..my donner was sadly tepid . I didnt mind the waiting time ..but my food ..sorry had to give you a 9 rating xx sorry

Never had bad food from here. Always fresh and hot even from delivery. I asked for separate salad which they did without charging me (on this one occasion!!) keep up the good work guys.

We order from here every week as it gets the family together (Family Friday). Food is always delicious, hot and on time. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I can't get enough of the chicken donner kebab. Kids love the burgers as a treat.

My chicken kebabs are always done the way I ask , the garlic cheese bread is the best. Staff are always polite and friendly male/female. For years I used another in little Sutton, but since these guys opened up I go know where else. Luvley jubbly. 😊

If after 10pm you choose to go in and order from here don't bother my husband and my daughter in law went in and said he felt they didn't really want our custom acting oddly the guys who were working that night not very friendly either

Always hot and always happy and wouldn’t buy a kebab from anywhere else. Portion sizes are a little on the large size, even when ordering a ‘small’ but you won’t hear me complain! Chicken cooked properly and also hot. We don’t order that many takeaways so when we do we want it to be right. Thanks guys 👍🏻

A £14 pre paid order through there own app cancelled over a 60p pot of chilli sauce even though it comes with the kebab. Absolutely shocking, will never ever use again.

Great food and delivery service

I’ve ordered two kebabs with grated cheese on the top, the cheese has missed on one of them but still have been charged. Also left a note on my order to ring my phone up if food arrives and NOT ring the bell or knock in, during the delivery as our little one was sleeping, but it has been ignored either. The food was ok but not that much as it expected for a large portion. Wouldn’t order here anymore.
