Whilst this business is new and developing our dinner was a huge success. There were 19 of us and spirits were high. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. We were waited on beautifully, no one was left without food or drink. There is a very high chance of a return visit. I believe they plan to decorate to give the place a bit more atmosphere which will be good. Nice to be treated so well.

Superb meal with mates in this new restaurant. The decor is lovely and very Cotswold-y. Great waiters and there’s something different about this bangladeshi cuisine. Firstly the menu isn’t that big, which we liked and they clearly cook everything from scratch and is so fresh. I had the beef patia, and other the beef Naga and railways lamb. All dishes great flavours and the rotis are sensational. All reasonably priced, great drinks, food and service. A welcome addition to the town. Will definitely be back

Friendly welcome and great food food from this relatively new restaurant to Witney. The Lamb Railway curry is highly recommended, absolutely delicious. The Peshwari Rotis are devine. Will definitely be coming back again very soon.

Having had some rather awful customer service in another Witney Indian restaurant recently, it was so satisfying to be served so well in this genuine family run new restaurant. There were four in our party and we each had different main dishes and shared a range of starters. As traditional Indian restaurants go The Grand Bangla holds its own with any in West Oxfordshire. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and will return soon.

My family and I visited the Grand Bangla for a relatives birthday recently and had the most wonderful time. It was a pleasure to meet the team and support a new local restaurant. The cuisine was truly a stand-alone experience and superseded our expectations! We loved the Bangladeshi touch and the presentation of our food - and now much prefer a roti to a naan! If you haven’t visited yet and are looking to try some authentic - high quality Bangladeshi/Indian cuisine with a twist, we highly recommend a visit here. We will definitely be returning! Thank you once again to the talented chef, friendly front of house staff and the wider team. We had a fabulous time!

Amazing - best curry I’ve ever had! We had starters and mains and we were too stuffed for dessert! Food was amazing and the staff were lovely!

Pretty good but had a bit of a problem when waitress dropped glass of wine in my lap. Soon cleared up but sat there with soaking trousers, jumper and shirt for rest of meal. Thought there might have been some recompense, but no! Not even a glass of wine. Anyway, apart from that, nice meal and attentive staff. Will go there again when my clothes have been dry cleaned.

Picked up a takeaway for the first time from this restaurant. When I picked it up the inside/decor of the restaurant looked amazing- will definitely be returning to eat in. Also the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Food was hot and fresh and so tasty! Great Indian food with a slight twist! Would highly recommend.

Went here for a meal. WOW! Great food and amazing service. So friendly. The food has some old favourites on but they had a little twist to them. Cannot wait to go back again. Looking forward to when they start doing a Sunday roast with a twist. They are currently waitressing for their drinks license to come through, so it is BYO. But that’s ok. Wish them every success. Great job lads ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Habibs was amazing; it is such a shame it's closed down now. They should be proud of the food they were making.

It’s the go to restaurant in Burford. As locals to Burford, we have a great choice where to go. The Spice Lounge is one of our favourites. On our door, authentic Indian flavours and a lovely chocolate when you sign the bill. Thanks to Sam And Taz for looking after us. 🙏

We were staying in the area for the weekend and ordered a takeaway from Cafe Le Raj. The food and flavours were really good! High quality food . Good portion size!

Visited Chipping Norton for the weekend, ordered a collection an hour before, arrived and still had to wait another half hour. Got back to our accommodation and they had forgotten a dish. Food was watery and not good. Poor service and poor food quality. Do not use.

Disappointed last night with very small portions of very bland food. Shame as a similar meal last year left us feeling very looked after
