Food was lovely, service was excellent seeing how busy they were, and the atmosphere was electric. If you are in London and want a little libation then head here. You won't be disappointed 👍

Food was good. Had steak and ale pie with mash and peas, merlot wine gravy. Very nice. Friend had burger and chips and enjoyed. Relaxed atmosphere and seems popular. Lady in market said popular for having a meal. Nice friendly staff.

I have sent a more detailed review direct to the Pub, in essence the food looks and tastes like a poor version of Iceland Frozen food. Its not wildly expensive but its really poor, lacking in any quality. On top of that the portion size is small for the cost so it looks nice but just drive on or bring a picnic

Very nice place, it was the first pub we went to upon landing in London and I was not disappointed. I got the fish and chips, my girlfriend got the three entrees for 17 pound, and all of it was really great. Plus they had a fine selection of beers to choose from. The atmosphere and people I ran into there were very friendly as well, great spot.

Well the food i cant say. Because i was ignored. Aparantly they don’t want the bussiness of a solo traveler. Even though there were plenty of empty tables. I waited a long time. Looked at a menue vissibly. Looked at a server. We made eyecontact. But no one came to my table. I left without eating something because i was ignored.

This was our first pub we ate at in London & also ended up being our favorite. So cozy, food is fantastic. Steak & ale pie was the best I’ve ever had. True English bar. So welcoming. We will absolutely be back!!

Super place! Cozy and with good food

We spotted this pub during a mini pub crawl around Victoria and nipped in for a pint. There’s a large photo on the wall that we spent a while recognising famous faces. It wasn’t until later that we learned of its comedic importance as this is where the Goons first met and sometimes performed.

The food was great, the beer tasteful and the staff very very lovely!

The place and the feeling, vibe was absolutely perfect. All the staff members are the kindest on the planet. Love this pub Also to mention, the food and beers were tasteful and beautiful looking.

Wanted into this cute pub instead of the Grafton Arms Pub & Rooms inquiring about checking into the hotel lol. The bartender was so nice to me and offered to help me find out where to go. It’s a cute pub on a quiet street; I was tempted to stay for a pint but sadly was too travel weary.

I actually like this ole pub. Its got real character. TV's for sport, bar staff not too bad, albeit the language barrier can be tricky, not eaten here yet though. Give it a go.

The steak and ale pie was wonderful. Also ordered the chicken wings to share. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I enjoy these pubs for the opportunity for local beers. The service at this particular place was very hospitable. I love Londons hospitality, great bar👍🏼 Lorraine is magnificent!

Staff were friendly and helpful enough but one, they forgot about my food! So I was sat there whilst my family ate until I realised they must have forgot. When they did eventually come out with food, it wasn't what I ordered. It eventually got sorted but as you can imagine, not impressed. The staff were very apologetic and sorted it. But they should have been more on the ball!

Went in for the England match. Was a hooligan in there who was swearing and shouting. Got to the point that my partner and I had to leave. Asked the bar staff twice to do something and didn’t. As we left he tried to fight us for stand up against his discriminatory rhetoric. Was so bad the police had to go into the establishment.

Came across this pub after a visit to the Churchill War Rooms. Great food and fun atmosphere! Will definitely be back. P.S. They have Impossible Burgers! That plus fries and a nice cold Guinness was a delicious lunch.

Even the Sahara desert isn’t that dry as the burger in Grafton Arms 😐 The patty was overcooked and completely dry, it even crumbled to pieces. There was no sauce in the burger so it was really hard to eat it. Fish and chips, the fish was alright but the fries were completely cold.

After work, the London/USA Team team found their new favorite watering hole!

I often watch football here. The fish and chips here are the best I've had anywhere.

Lovely old style pub! Staff was friendly, great place to visit. If you're in the Westminster / Victoria area worth a look in for a drink!

Stumbled across this place on our first day in London. God the food is so good , I had the 14 day old steak , steak was cooked perfectly , tender and juicy , the sauce ( beef dripping ) was so savoury and just bomb Then came the dessert - sticky toffee pudding , served warm around a ring of custard , the pudding , soft to touch is divine. Sweet and so so sinful The service - the staff came to check on us constantly and made us feel so welcomed , they were very thorough with checking our food allergies , and making sure the food we ordered was safe for us Definitely will come back here again in the near future, highly recommended

The place is very nice I recommend! But if you are looking for Sunday Roast is not quite there yet in my opinion. I have tried plenty of them and I think this one was not in my best list. Meat was a bit red, so was not slowly cooked. Couliflower had no cheese. but service was really good and nice beers!

I love this pub, the beers are good and the staff are very friendly..update: unfortunately this place has gone downhill, all the experienced staff have gone, I think the brewery are letting it slide for some reason.

First time in London, came here with 6 people, without a reservation. They immediately had a place for us, beer was great, and food was tasty and came out quickly. The atmosphere and service was great, would love to come again!!

We were looking for a place to have drinks/dinner and a local resident recommended the Grafton Arms to us. We loved the atmosphere and the food was great! The staff was friendly and didn't make us feel like "tourists". Would definitely recommend a meal here.

Un avis très partagé, en effet nous sommes allés en famille dans ce pub à 2 reprises un jeudi et un vendredi soir pour boire une bière et dîner et nous avons été horriblement accueilli et servis par 2 serveuses plus que méprisantes et désagréables à notre égard ! De notre séjour en Angleterre c'est la seule et unique fois que nous avons eu à faire à d'aussi désagréables personnes , aucun échange, aucun effort , pas envie de nettoyer notre table, pas un merci bref vraiment pas faites pour ce job.... dommage car le pub est adorable, l'ambiance (des clients anglais) top d'ailleurs plus sympathiques que le service et avec de bonnes bières. Les plats aussi sont très bien et avec un tarif très raisonnable. Bref si le service était digne d'un pub anglais tout serait parfait !

A very divided opinion, in fact we went as a family to this pub twice on a Thursday and a Friday evening for a beer and dinner and we were horribly welcomed and served by 2 waitresses who were more than contemptuous and unpleasant towards us! During our stay in England this is the one and only time that we have had to deal with such unpleasant people, no exchange, no effort, no desire to clean our table, not a brief thank you, really not made for this job. ... too bad because the pub is adorable, the atmosphere (of the English customers) is great, more friendly than the service and with good beers. The dishes are also very good and very reasonably priced. In short, if the service was worthy of an English pub everything would be perfect!

Book a table bar staff have no idea you booked. Then limited menu makes me think why did i bother.

Typical pub atmosphere. Nice food. But unfortunately we had to wait for 1 hour to order the food because the employee said the kitchen was closed and they were only selling drinks. We saw other customers complain that the food was taking too long to be served. There were only 2 attendants to serve the entire room. In short: good food, expensive price, terrible service.

After having arrived in London my wife and I visited Westminster Abbey and walked (unknowingly) towards the Strutton Ground Market where we were surprised with an open air kitchen market in the street. However, we opted to consume a quick bite and beer in a true English pub as we have never been in a traditional English pub. So, we visited this Crafton Arms. Friendly personnel. Orders are taken at the bar. Food is quickly served. I ordered a burger which had been the best burger during our stay in London. Very cozy ambiance. Nice place to stop for a quick bite and recharge during a busy day.

Found this pub wondering back to Pimlico from the Houses of Parliament . As with previous reviews found the pint to be good and the ambience laid back. Worth popping in and now wish I had the fish and chips which have had rave feedback

Popped in for a final drink on my birthday at 10.30. Checked what time last orders were - we had 10 minutes, and knew the pub would close at 11. Sat down with our pints and everyone was quickly given plastic cups and asked to leave. We’d barely had a sip. Bartender locked the door at 10.50, claiming he ‘had to be in for 9am so had to close immediately’. Had we known we’d be kicked out with our drinks as soon as we’d bought them, we would have gone elsewhere. Do not recommend. Avoid. Very disappointing

Es un buen lugar para realizar una parada, comimos unas hamburguesas muy buenas y tomamos unas cervezas, no es muy caro, es un típico pub inglés.

Ridiculously early closing time - 10.50 on a Friday night? Especially ludicrous when we came in at 10.45 and were told they were doing last orders in ten mins - last orders then turned out to mean ‘here is a plastic glass to pour your pint into, now clear off’! Avoid this place.

Went there for food and watch the Premier league football match 30/1/24 7:30 pm Half of the food on the menu wasn't available. After ordered drinks Asked the lady behind the bar that if is possible to put on the voice of the TV which was playing the match and her answer was a bit rude saying we are not sport bar.(despite having in the bar an advert banner saying Green King SPORT Guinness six nation. WATCH IT HERE Let settle this)!!!!!!? There were only 4 tables and all the tables were watching the match some other tables joined to ask and the answers was that the Manager not allow us, I live just on the back street from the pub and l have seen plenty of time football matches with normal TV Comments, instead this time the bartender was in mood for some very loud nightclub music.

I am honest. At the beginning I was sceptical to have lunch in a pub. But everything was truly delicious. I ordered a classic fish & chips, while my girlfriend tasted a spicy chilli with avocado sauce.

This is a typical traditional English pub, the bar tender was great and offed beer sampling to help us choose what to drink. Great place to socialize and hang out or meet up.

The best fish and chips in the city, I went with my family and I would like to repeat. Service 10/10 Food 10/10

We found this beautiful pub whilst out walking and we are so glad we did. We did not have to wait long for a table so we ordered our drinks and were politely told by the two gentlemen working there that there would be a longer wait than normal as it was very busy at Christmastime. After observing the food coming out we decided we would wait. We are so happy we did as the fish and chips with mushy peas was very tasty indeed, very crispy, not too dry and succulent inside. I ordered scampi and chips and this was also really tasty too you could say that it was the same quality of fish that you eat on the English coast. We were overjoyed with our choice. We thought £29 for the two meals was very reasonable considering London prices and the quality offered. The two gentlemen working there although it was very busy they remained calm the whole time, but offered good quick and efficient service whilst being polite at the same time. We would definitely return to this pub once we return to London. Thank you for your excellent service. 10/10.

Really solid food, friendly staff and a good selection of beer, but I think the best thing about our visit was the playlist! Amazing tunes - maybe the best of any pub I’ve been to in London!

Great cuisine, hospitality and personal was at the highest level. Recommend for cozy time spending. It was our first pub in London
