Excellent fish and chips and great beers. Violet's service was exceptional!!! We loved the family lunch!

Wow! The experience here was just splendid. The bartender/server was very joyous and helpful. We came for the delicious fish n chips and left with a smile. Would recommend!

What a gem of a pub. Thursday evening after work. Plenty of room to sit or move about, you can hold a conversation without shouting and the food is amazing. Had to order something as other peoples food smelt so good. Great friendly staff and quick to get served. Will def be back

The Grafton Arms is a real hidden gem. It’s a cosy, authentic London pub with a welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff. As it got busier, the team remained attentive and made sure everyone felt taken care of. The food was genuinely tasty. It’s a great spot to enjoy a relaxed meal and a pint, with a nice local charm. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a proper pub experience in the city.

Not normally a busy pub. But today was quite busy. The sweet potato fries were to die for. Ardit was a funny sole, and Priya was a delight! Full of bubbly energy. Will definitely be going back, not just for the amazing food, but for the phenomenal service.

Visiting London with my family and had some drinks. The bar and the staff are amazing. Definitely check this place out. Had a blast watching Champions League and tasting local beer.

The fish and chips (17.5) were delicious. As for the wine, the Green King IPA was on the lighter side, while the Abbot had a stronger wheat flavor. Many people in the bar were a bit amstel bier, but we didn't order it. A comfortable shop, recommended to everyone.

That was amazing. We just got off the plane from France and wanted to eat something local. We discovered this little pub that seemed typical from the outside, and boy were we right! The fish and chips and the Mac and 3 cheeses were tasty — we could have asked for more, just because they were really good. The ciders were delightful too. As for the staff, we've felt welcomed as soon as we entered the pub.

We stumbled across this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon on our first day in London. Even though I now understand it's owned by a chain of pubs, the food was excellent. The servers seemed to enjoy their jobs. We had the traditional Sunday roast. What a nice introduction to London.

We had late lunch/dinner there. The food was amazing! Came there mainly because we saw fish and chips reviews were great- and the dish lived up to the expectations! Steak and ale pie and steak were also both delicious. Portions are big, the service is fast. Toffee pudding was also great- we shared only one since we were so full. Would highly recommended this place!

It seems to me that it is a chain because we went to several of the same ones, in all of them the food was 10 and they have the atmosphere of a sports pub. We liked it a lot and the staff is nice.

Definitivamente no es el estándar alimenticio de otros pubs Greene King. El menú indica ‘patatas fritas condimentadas’ (que suelen estar en Greene King, pero no lo estaban). Las papas fritas también estaban frías y el resto de la comida mediocre. En general, no se apresuraba a regresar.

It was good but a bit expensive for what you get. Fries could have been salted/ cooked for longer.

An okay pub! Good location, with a warm atmosphere inside and out. Lovely murals and pleasant interior. Staff were friendly and you can watch the football! However, unlike some other pubs, even Greene King pubs in London, this pub had a couple of issues. 1. The alcoves are quite impractical despite being aesthetically pleasing and inviting. 2. The male toilets have one cubicle... with no lock. Which was pretty important for one of us. Would not come back again, until they fix the lock, otherwise, a solid pub.

For Sunday lunchtime Fish's'n'Chips, perfect! Quiet away from the world of Saint James Park. I was able to chat a little with the two very friendly young employees. I recommend!

I have to say I'm blown away. The "Grafton Arms" is an incredibly cozy pub. Beautiful and inviting. Our evening was amazing. The food and drinks were extremely delicious and the portions were all manageable. The price was completely reasonable but what I still remember most is the barmaid. Such a nice and friendly lady! All in all the visit was a great experience and I'm happy to have been to such a special place.

I'm glad I stumbled upon this place while aimlessly roaming the area while waiting for a friend for dinner. I've now been here three times and have recommended it to many people. The best part is that it never feels too crowded, so the amazing food and drinks are served quickly. Highly recommended.

Fui allí el fin de semana pasado para reunirme con amigos y mi experiencia fue cálida y acogedora. Conseguí hablar con el gerente del bar llamado Dan, él era extremadamente atento, muy amable y educado con todos los clientes. Definitivamente volveré y espero que Dan esté detrás de la barra cuando lo haga.

Really liked this pub is a proper little boozer. Beers were varied and well served by really good staff. The food however was horrible. Anything that makes a microwave meal this bad must have a chef who has given up on making food. The chips, cool, were OK, the chicken however was cold, and dry, but in a twist the bacon was burnt to a crisp when you could find it under the frozen cold cheese sauce which was lumpy and reminded me of tapioca. Then there was cold roasted tomatoes which were edible, and onion rings. The chef must hate people to serve this. Not just my meal either the person I was eating with had a burger with cold chips. It was cheap, but I would recommend eating at a nearby takeaway as this was the worst food I’ve tasted since Jamie’s shut down.

I went there on New Year’s eve before the fireworks. The pub is quite nice and clean and the drinks are good but the staff were very rude. Although I personally didn’t encounter any problems, I heard them making fun of people because or their accents or turning costumers away very rudely because there were no tables. I understand that it can get busy at times and that’s stressful but that doesn’t justify the rudeness.

Very characteristic English pub near Westminster, we went for lunch and ordered from the barmaid and then paid. The service was fast and the food was great, we got Flat iron steak and BBQ chicken with a small beer and free refill water. Recommended for a nice experience in a typical English pub!

No había visitado este lugar por muchos, muchos años y el servicio fue una gran decepción. Esperé media hora para que me sirvieran, a pesar de que teníamos mesa (¡no estaban sirviendo a gente que no tenía mesa ! ) Pedí tres comidas y solo llegaron dos a pesar de que el barman me leyó la orden. Para cuando se sirvió la comida ya no estaban cocinando. No me cobraron por la comida perdida, pero mi esposa pasó hambre. Las ruedas realmente se habían salido del vagón en lo que respecta al servicio. Totalmente inútil y mi esposa no recibió su comida. Servicio asqueroso, aunque tuvimos un "lo siento"!

Very nice place, it was the first pub we went to upon landing in London and I was not disappointed. I got the fish and chips, my girlfriend got the three entrees for 17 pound, and all of it was really great. Plus they had a fine selection of beers to choose from. The atmosphere and people I ran into there were very friendly as well, great spot.

Well the food i cant say. Because i was ignored. Aparantly they don’t want the bussiness of a solo traveler. Even though there were plenty of empty tables. I waited a long time. Looked at a menue vissibly. Looked at a server. We made eyecontact. But no one came to my table. I left without eating something because i was ignored.

We spotted this pub during a mini pub crawl around Victoria and nipped in for a pint. There’s a large photo on the wall that we spent a while recognising famous faces. It wasn’t until later that we learned of its comedic importance as this is where the Goons first met and sometimes performed.

The place and the feeling, vibe was absolutely perfect. All the staff members are the kindest on the planet. Love this pub Also to mention, the food and beers were tasteful and beautiful looking.
