Good place for ice-cream, shakes..worth for price...good service and friendly staff

Just ordered and it’s come and the custard is stuck to the cake and as thick as jelly rung up and was advised to stir it there is nothing that will make this like custerd might aswell have orderd jelly waste of money and will not be ordering from heat again had to give it one star as it would not let me post with out one

I ordered off just eat it came 10min early, it’s a grate place to order from would highly recommend the cookie dough the milkshake are really good aswell will definitely order again

Brilliant service, even made a shake on request that wasn't on the menu - Sticky Toffee Pudding shake. Very nice!

Lovely and friendly service, great selection, i had lemon cake, was not dry, or over lemony. Food cooked fresh. Worth a little visit.

The cheesecake is nice but the brownies arent that much tbh.. the vanilla icecream is a joke.. it tastes like a frozen milk

Ive pretty much become a regular here I have no problems with delivery as I actually go in and everyone is so friendly and welcoming the milkshakes are so tasty and always leaves me craving more my recommendation is nip in store and order in person for the full friendly experience old Sokol with custard is high up there in the list along with any milkshake on the list !

Orders are always late, not able to get in touch with them to find out where your order is. Rang over 100 times! Website now says your closed and still not received order.

I absolutely love this place, I don't know if I'm right but if you order a strawberry milkshake it tastes like real strawberries have been used. The cheesecakes are perfection, proper consistency with the actual cheese cake itself not like most takeaway rubbish you get like a slop of sugar. The biscuit is actually crumbly not like cardboard. I really love their American sodas they are different. Big fan of cream soda so perfect for me. Honestly not a bad thing to say about them. Only one issue is delivery takes ages but if it's because of distance it's worth the, wait in my opinion depending how patient you are. I read down below the disabled access problem but that's nothing to do with their service... Strange review. But OK lol.

Nice shakes but having your sign changed shouldn't mean forcing wheelchair users and people with prams into the road...

I don't no which is the nicest the epic food an I mean it's delightful, or the staff who are have to be the nicests owners of any shop I've ever used. If u don't give it a go ur really missing out. 100% genuinely nice decent folk.

Brilliant little shakes and cakes place, they do take away to most areas . All kinds of tempting and delicious munchies including sweet pancakes and crepes, tons of soft drinks and sweets too.perfect if you get a craving for something sweet late at night.

This place is an absolute shambles. Orders are never on time, their phone lines are never turned on, & Cheesecakes look like they’ve been catapulted into trays. If it’s advertised as a milky bar, then sorry to disappoint but it’s definitely a 59p white chocolate special. This place genuinely shouldn’t be trading, there’s no excuse to not be able to answer a phone, regardless of if it’s down, I’ve gave it benefit of doubt & actually used them 3/4 times & phone lines have never worked, so whatever excuse they give isn’t worth even listening to. I hope someone goes down right path & gets trading standards in as it’s a shower of absolute s**t

Delivery driver was extremely rude and disrespectful, started raising his voice when questioned about being nearly an hour late with the food, couldn’t get through in the phone and tried over 10 times, nachos horrible and wrong drinks delivered other than that the cookie dough was ok

Very slow delivery. Their phone doesn't work, so can't even contact them to ask when/where it is.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We ordered through Just Eat and despite understanding we ordered late on a bank holiday weekend Sunday night, I didn’t anticipate it taking over 2hrs to arrive. When it arrived, it seemed fine... until we found hairs in the waffle. Long dark wavy hair, wrapped around the waffle in their scatter box. When tried to call, it was constantly busy for over an hour. We also ordered 2 scoops of gelato, which not only tasted greasy but after the first mouthful, my husband was picked chunks of fat from his teeth 🤢 what a waste of time and money. AVOID if you want communication and hygienic food service.

Don’t bother. Online ordering was easy, did with Just Eat. Arrived within the estimated time, contact free delivery- again, good. Downhill from there. Marshmallow cookie dough arrived swimming (and I mean properly swimming, an inch deep) in bright blue goo? I don’t know how else to describe it. We originally thought it was bubblegum sauce. After messaging the shop we found out this was melted marshmallow- the marshmallows are blue. This is something that happens with every marshmallow cookie dough order apparently as the marshmallows melt on the hot cookie dough (which was lukewarm when we received it. It was pure liquid and had soaked through the cookie dough making it inedible, tasted nothing like marshmallow- just sugar. The picture on Just Eat alongside the marshmallow cookie dough shows a completely different item, one with actual pink and white marshmallows on. Shop said this photo was of a brownie- so why have you put it next to the marshmallow cookie dough? The other two cookie doughs ordered were after eight and kinder hippo. Toppings on those were ok but the cookie doughs were tasteless and rubbery. Shop said rarely any issues with cookie dough, hard to believe when you look at reviews. Strawberry and banana smoothie was good. Now seeking refund for cookie doughs through Just Eat. Wish I could attach photos, it’s beyond belief.

placed an order at 8.20 estimated time was 9.40. Half past 10 and still no order and cannot get through to them on phone.

Lovely Shakes and Desserts but very long wait for delivery and you can never get in contact with the takeaway on the phone. They claim they have an issue with the phone lines however they do ring at times and you get put through to the automated message saying the call can't be taken. You never get any answer on Facebook either.

Been waiting over 2 hours for delivery and still not arrived tryed phoning shop loads of times and not one has answered and its not the first time this has happened my food finally arrived with my milkshake tipped up on its side so they was no milkshake left cheesecakes didnt even come right i will deffinetly not be ordering from you again

Wouldn’t even bother thinking about ordering from here,placed and paid for an order and after 2.5 hours nothing turned up absolute disgrace.

Good food and shakes BUT you place your order and it will take 2.5 to 3 hours to come and you can't get hold of them as phones are always busy or down, not just once now been a couple of times, last time I will be ordering from here, they need more delivery drivers !

Good place but been waiting for delivery for about 2 hours now

We ordered today at 8pm and received the order around 2.5 hours later. I totally understand this will be a busy time with the circumstances but not ideal when you have no way of contacting them as the phone is constantly ‘busy’ and can’t track the order online. Not good service, I am quite disappointed as the cookie dough and shakes were lovely.

Made a order before we ordered we rang the place as you you do with have a intolerance Then made a order on the just eat It never showed up and we couldn't get in contact with them

Took over 2 hours for our food to be delivered. Not impressed

Placed order at 19:20 online and didn't arrive until 22:00 even after serval phone calls and been told at 20:50 it was out for delivery. Order came and was wrong, the cookie dough was cold! When made calls staff didn't seem interested and just kept saying it's on way we are using contact less for 1st time. I understand that atm we are going through a hard time but surely doesn't take 2 and half hours to deliver a milkshake and cookie dough?

My sons loves this place.... amazing milkshakes and cakes to die for. Lovely to sit in and enjoy a treat or take out. Give it a try 🎂🍧☕

Cookie do wasnt even luke warm, also no chocolate chips. Cheesecake Easter egg?? Don't no what it was but 1000%was not cheesecake it had the strangest perfume taste couldn't even eat it threw it in bin and their wasn't even any biscuit base for it to be classed as cheesecake. Even the texture it was like squirty cream it wasn't even a vanilla taste it tatsed literally perfumed . Complete waist of money for such clearly cheap ingredients. Deffinetly be sticking to The yard at goldthorpe in future

Food is always delivered quick and is gorgeous. The Gracies Special Shake is to die for 😍 have tried nearly every dessert place in rotherham and the surrounding area and this has always been the best

Ordered a few things for a treat for the family after results day. Ordered ar around nine o clock and it is nearly 11 o clock with no sign of our order. Definitely would not recommend as this is the second time that we've had this sort of issue , shrugged it off the first time as simply a busy day but obviously it is a common occurrence.

Ordered from these guys 3/4 times and super happy with everything I've tried so far and each delivery I've had. The cookie dough is amazing, so are the shakes I have tried so far. Wait times are what you would expect from anywhere else. Prices seem fair for what you get they aren't exactly small portion or too large of a portion either. Keep it up the good work guys 💚

Currently the order is 40 minutes late. Tried to call restaurant, each time no answer then the phone was picked up but no one there. They have now left the phone off the hook so constantly engaged. What a joke of a company. Take your business to The Yard. Miles better service.

Food was very nice, maybe a bit too sweet for me but that's just me..... only thing that let them was being 15 minutes late. But driver was apologetic, made up for it..... highly recommended!

Recently placed a collection at this place for a pancake and waffle. Very distraught with what I saw. Went to shop to pick up my order and as they were preparing it they were putting Morrisons Hazlenut spread on my pancake! Even though they are advertising it as "Nutella". Will not be ordering again, stay away be ware!
