Quick service, fresh great tasting food. Although the place was pretty busy we didn't have to wait for a table, was easy to order by scanning the QR code and didn't have to wait long for food to arrive. Recommend.

Great family meal, had picked up one of the family from Birmingham airport and this Nandos was terrifically handy without crazy expensive parking. Though it was a bit quiet when we were there, ideal for quick service etc, but dampened the atmosphere a little.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Nando’s. I ordered the boneless chicken thighs, and what I received was completely burnt—charred black to the point of being bitter and barely edible. This wasn’t just slightly overcooked it was clearly left on the grill far too long and served without care. Also the chips and garlic bread was undercooked… On top of that, the service was poor. Our drinks cups never arrived, and when a staff member asked if we needed anything else, we mentioned the missing cups and perinaise. They said they’d bring them over, but never did. We had to get up and ask again before finally receiving them. I usually love Nando’s, but this experience was really disappointing and unacceptable.

Good setting for a nandos, came in before the lunch time rush on the weekend. Fresh food ordered, served and eaten in a max 35min. Great staff

Just eaten here 4 days in a row as I’m working on the NEC site. The same gentleman served me each day, I think his name was Lewis but today I was served by Tein. Each time the service has been first class.

Limited veg options, had The Great Imitator, it was good 👌.

Very accommodating even for large groups, though would recommend booking ahead for best chance of having food served quickly.

I made a mistake in ordering for my wife but the person who delivered our meals changed the order even though it was me who made the mistake! Excellent service, great food and a pleasant atmosphere away from a busy exhibition.

This branch of Nando’s was an amazing visit. One of my favourites for sure. We were greeted by the Nando’s “magician” who did some card tricks for us in the queue for a table (which wasn’t long at all) and we were seated promptly. A lot of the tables and booths were surrounded in stained glass frames and at the back was a cozy cave area with a curved ceiling and low lights. Great vibe in here! Every restaurant is endlessly different. Food ordering was quick at the till, came to our table in 15 minutes if that. I was surprised to see sagres in here on tap! Poured from a pump which means full pints are on offer. Was very satisfied with my visit and hope to come here again!

Ok so ordered through delivery, 1 butterfly chicken (2 breasts apparently) 2 portions of broccoli (apparently) 1 peas and 2 wines. The meal came to £40.00 and so disappointed, chicken breast tiny and over dry, broccoli portion was for two couldn’t feed one food barely warm. I spoke to a Lewis on the phone who emailed me my VAT receipt, he was great and friendly but sadly food extremely poor. The picture you see is all on a small plate used for breakfast not a dinner plate, really not acceptable for the money.

Haven't been for years / decades. Was pleasantly surprised at quality and quantity of food. The allergy app is probably one of the best we've used and it doesn't remove absolutely everything off the menu.

We had no expectations—just stopped by for a drink and then decided to have a light bite. It turned out to be quite good! We ordered spicy seafood and tacos, and everything was enjoyable.

PLEASE BE AWARE!!! Me and my partner ate here yesterday and we both have SEVERE FOOD POISONING!!! FSA has been made aware of this. We ate inside the restaurant for my Birthday meal and as soon as we got home I was feeling very unwell and then woke up in severe pain at midnight, haven't been to sleep since ......... We ordered the butterfly chicken burger and the boneless platter, THANK GOD UP IN HEAVEN MY SON WAS SMART ENOUGH TO REFUSE HIS NANDINOS PITTA!! We have eaten here before and never has there been a problem. Whichever the way, you will not be seeing us again.

Usual Nandos but Hamish was a great host.

Realmente no prendió fuego al mundo, encontramos el restaurante muy frío y los baños no estaban limpios. La comida estaba bien, pero teniendo en cuenta que este es un restaurante de hamburguesas de especialidad que he tenido mejor en lugares como Hanbao. El servicio estaba bien, pero añadimos notas en la reserva acerca de ser el cumpleaños de nuestros hijos, pero ninguna mención a la llegada. No volvería a ir.

What a fantastic branch of Nando's!!! Food was cooked deliciously and service was on money namely Nick who made our experience with his laid back yet warm style of customer service. Huge thankyou Nick!!! Highly recommend a visit 👌

Service and atmosphere were extremely disappointing. I went out with 4 friends, and the experience was a mess from start to finish. Two of my friends never received their meals until we had to ask for an update, only to see their food just sitting on the heating station. Not a single apology was offered. One of my friends ordered a grilled chicken wrap, but what she got was a wrap filled with just coleslaw—no chicken at all. When they finally brought the chicken out, it was cold. As for myself, I ordered a chocolate cake for dessert, but it never arrived until I had to chase it up with the server. The service overall was appalling: our starter plates were still on the table when our main meals were brought out, and no one bothered to check on us at any point. The staff seemed far too busy flirting with each other rather than actually paying attention to customers, which was infuriating given the issues we experienced. To make matters worse, we witnessed four other people complain about their food in the span of a minute. This place needs to seriously step up its game. Do better!

Very good. I had the Butterfly Burger, with Peri Salted Fries to take away. The chicken was superb, freshly cooked and cooked well - juicy but with a nice char. I opted for 'medium' level of seasoning spice and that was just right with good flavours and nice warming but not OTT. The service was good, I had to wait for the chicken to be cooked to order but my expectations were managed and I anticipated this as was getting to near the end of the evening. I was happy to wait as would rather wait for fresh food than be served up something quickly that has been sitting around for a while. The chips were tasty, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle with good seasoning. I got more than the picture shows! Overrall, very good, I will visit again.

Probably the worst Nando’s in Birmingham! Staff are too slow..ordered over the app, watched my food ready for about 10 minutes till it was brought over to me. And was then missing items on the wrap…useless.

Friendly staff but delivery’s can be slow drivers only get 15 mins to park in the outside carpark witch can take you 5-7 mins to walk from after u find a spot if u go over the 15 mins u get charged 20 pound to get out

Nice food quickly prepared and easy to order via the app. It was late afternoon mid week when we visited, so place was quite empty.

Great food and service. The chicken was cooked accurately, it was not dry nor chewy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sauce station is clean and arranged. Great dinner spot.

Some of the staff didn't' seem to like their job, only a couple of them smiled the whole time I was there, when my food came my chicken was over cooked and I had to send it back, they did come with a replacement in record time so I over looked the problem, would I eat there again, yes.

This was the best nandos we have been to. Light and airy, good service and decent portions. Our local nandos is so stingy with the sides!

Este fue realmente el sistema más confuso / complicado que he encontrado. Sin embargo, Robyn estuvo a mano varias veces. La otra decepción fue que lo que parecía la mitad del menú no estaba disponible. Dicho esto, las hamburguesas que comimos son probablemente las mejores que he probado y el batido Oreo realmente es para morirse!

Reservamos para 5. 30 , cronometrado para que pudiéramos ir a un concierto en la Utilitia a las 7 pm. Pedimos 2 hamburguesas y 2 papas fritas... ...tardaron una hora en llegar... ..las mesas a nuestro alrededor también estaban sin comida y sus pedidos tardaron un tiempo similar. ¿Cómo pueden las hamburguesas tardar tanto? La mesa de al lado devolvió algunas alitas de pollo, ya que no parecían cocinadas - el pedido de reemplazo no era mejor. Terminaron pidiendo un reembolso y se fueron sin comer después de sentarse allí durante más de una hora (estuvieron allí antes que nosotros). Las hamburguesas eran agradables cuando llegaron, pero no volvería a visitar debido al tiempo que tomó para que la comida llegara - en serio necesitan mirar la eficiencia en la cocina!

Comida muy medicore que era casi Luke cálido. Las empanadas son muy pequeñas, las patatas fritas gruesas definitivamente no lo son! He comido mejores hamburguesas en MacDonald's por una fracción del precio.

We arrived late for dinner at Nando's, but the manager was exceptionally kind and professional. A young staff member was also incredibly helpful, particularly when my little one was feeling uncomfortable. Their kindness and professionalism made a real difference to our experience. Thank you

Food is always good. Downside to this particular visit was that they'd forgot to add the additional side and we also had to prompt for the free kids drink.. this was quickly and easily sorted no arguments etc very professional.

We shared the boneless platter for two, Food was delicious and very filling. We also had a pudding which was lovely! Would also like to say the staff are so lovely and very attentive - especially Hamish who stood out to us for being exceptionally polite and very attentive. We felt very welcome and very well taken care of like family - Thank you.

It is what it is, ok food at an ok price. You order on an app which might not be to everyone's liking but I don't really mind.

Food was okay, but compared to other Nando’s was a let down, garlic bread was paper thin, chicken was warm at its hottest, and chips were very dry. My partner is a vegetarian and half the options were not available, cutlery which was “clean” had chunks of food still stuck to the handle, and server walked off before I was finished talking to her…. Will use Nando’s again, just not this one

Newsflash Nando’s not every vegetarian likes mushrooms and chickpeas maybe try having something that doesn’t have chickpeas in and would also be nice if the workers didn’t walk off mid conversation, also dirty cutlery

You know what to expect from nandos it's not really my ideal place as a 32 year old man but I go because it's an easy pick when I'm with my child. Service is not hand and foot but it's good enough. Food is not outstanding but it tastes nice and is okay maybe a little over priced imo but is what it is. I feel it is like maccies but for teenagers - early 20z kind of environment lol anyway enjou

Had a nice lunch time meal here. I had never had a halloumi burger, but it was delicious. Plenty of drinks choice and we sat outside as the weather was sunny and it’s nice to look over the lake and enjoy the view.

Nandos resorts world used to be our favourite location of the chain but honestly of late it has massively gone downhill. Tables are left empty and uncleared. Totally understand the need to wait for tables but you're left at the door and ignored for way longer than necessary even when tables are empty, tonight we walked away and we weren't the only ones. When we have waited for a table the staff stand around chatting, seem unbothered and have an attitude which is the key issue, the service is absolutely dreadful. The food came out poorly assembled and lukewarm. They didn't bring our drinks until prompting and asking for them after our food had already come out. This hasn't just happened once and we will not be returning, would no longer recommend! Definitely doesn't do the chain justice.

Twice now we've stood at the door waiting for 5 minutes, staff will see you're there but just carry on ignoring you. There are clearly tables available but they would rather you walk off and go elsewhere. I don't know what happened because the service here used to be good. Even if you're lucky to be seated the service is still bad, they'll forget to bring drinks over or not take plates away from nearby tables who've eaten and gone.

Came here with me and my friend a few weeks ago, I have nut allergies and the staff ensured I was comfortable when ordering and informed me of all the meals that could contain nuts, I can't remember her name but the waitress who assisted me was a very nice lady and her fellow colleague was also a top lad too, I appreciated both of their help. When I wanted my dessert I simply asked what looked like the manager and he made sure that we got our desserts. Lovely food, lovely staff the atmosphere was fine just a shame about the screaming baby next to me.

Was staying in a hotel nearby and ordered food through deliveroo 2 days in a row and both days my dessert didn't arrive in the order. Unacceptable.

We are a Spanish couple, we have discovered this franchise here, we really liked it, but above all the kindness of Eduardo, who has been special in translating for us and providing us with the products. Thank you, he deserves a raise in his salary.

Arrived at the restaurant around lunchtime, I know from past experiences that you have to wait to be seated. I have no problem waiting for a table, but to be completely ignored by the staff at the door for at least 10 mins is unacceptable. When i went to the till to order, the attitude from the server was disgraceful. Everytime I ordered a dish, she rolled her eyes and just said 'next'. No upselling, I had to double check she had heard me correctly as she never asked which sides I wanted. I even said don't you want me to order drinks? As she was about to total up my bill. I understand it's busy at times but at the very least smile and have some enthusiasm.

Good friendly service and comfortable atmosphere. Menu is great but chicken size came smaller than expected. Great selection of drinks as well. Try their strawberry dragon fruit juice.

Consistently tasty food with decent portion sizes at affordable prices. It can get busy here when there’s an event on at the NEC though so I suggest planning your visit accordingly in order to avoid this.

said there was a 20 min wait, came back exactly 20 mins later, the lady said she had given away our table as we weren’t standing there for the full 20 mins and told us we would have to wait a further 30 mins

First time using this restaurant and a big WOW the burger was excellent as was the truffle fries the staff were so friendly and helpful the restaurant was very nice as well

I'm a regular here at Nandos, the food is always fresh and the service is always fast. The queues are not long there either, so I know I will always get a table there.

Came here with a friend. I had finished my dish before his arrived. He was waiting 25 minutes for his food. They forgot to put his order through apparently. This is unacceptable. The worst Nandos ever. Food was great but service was abysmal.

Visited as a group of 4. The food came out for 2 people and the other 2 ended up having to wait another 15 minutes for food. Food was your everyday nandos quality as always but as a frequent visitor of Nandos I've never had the issue where only half of the table being served and the other half just left there without an explanation. I was expecting someone to collect the chicken stick to ask if everything was okay to bring it up, but it was just left the entire meal. I ended up having to ask a member of staff to follow up with our missing food.

Nando's is a chain that mainly offers chicken-based dishes and is very popular in the UK. Excellent combinations of chicken of your choice and various side dishes. Good desserts, fast service after ordering conveniently from the phone. Fair prices, recommended!

A group of four of us went on a recommendation. We was not disappointed, food was Amazing. Exceptional Customer service from a lady named Hayley, she honestly couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and looked after. Went in for a meal with the family and had the best burger I’ve had in a while. Staff were all really friendly despite being busy. Great service from Michael. Would definitely recommend.

Another burger great joint. I ordered the rocket man burger and my girlfriend ordered the cheese and bacon burger. They were so delicious and juicy. However i felt like the portions of the burgers could have been bigger. I finished mine in 5 bites which was a bit disappointing. For sides we ordered two truffle mayo fries and chicken tenders. They were okay nothing special. It cost us around £40 for 2 burgers, 3 sides and 2 soft drinks with our student discount. Im happy to say that I enjoyed my visit.

An amazing experience for a quick bite to eat for lunch with our work team. A big school party was sat before us but our food was on time and tasted delicious. Thank you olivia and veronica for the service we will be back soon

It always disappointing to pay good money and they can't come take your order,I spent over 100 on a family of four and I had to go to till to order my food, Disgusting whilst staff were stood about talking..not impressed is how U treat your customers

Burger and fries great, milkshake and drinks was wonderful, staff was very friendly over all experience was lovely definitely recommend.

Burger was very good had a taxi driver with smashed avocado and jalapeno, very enjoyable. Fries were also good. Staff friendly, got seated by the door which was very draftee, restaurant was half empty, but didn't bother moving. Milkshakes were disappointing to say the least, a lot more flavour needed. Desert selection was also very disappointing after the lovely burger. Overall i enjoyed the meal and friendly staff. The loo is a million miles away up lots of steps. Expectations were low, food turned out to be good.

The setting is fabulous. The food was amazing, and Hayley, the manager, was so welcoming and hosted us perfectly. The chips, onion rings, burger, and beer combination were perfect. The flavours mingled and harmonised. The charring on my burger added a lovely barbecued note. Simpley sublime.

Really good food but what made a family Monday evening trip/dinner feel special was the staff! They were all so amazing and accommodating, esp Miguel and his colleague. Great work guys!

Lunch time rush hour with full capacity, online ordering didn’t work but managers acted accordingly and relocated staff to open more ordering tills. Despite it being at full capacity, food arrived fast and service was great. Highly recommend and well done to everyone working there!

Always pretty decent at Nando's rarely get it wrong

Nothing special in what is now becoming an increasingly saturated burger joint restaurant market. Directed to use the app to order which I have no qualms with, however the menu had more options online than the paper menu we were handed. Had to raise an eyebrow when the app had the cheek to automatically put on a tip, which I’m not entirely sure what service I was getting. Food was ok but couldn’t fathom why the food came out lukewarm for saying we were the only two guests in the restaurant at the time the food came. Despite the temperature, food was relatively ok. In no rush to hurry back to this chain.

Service and food was great, the cave area is a bit cold in winter though. It was pretty dead when we went, but I think it was because it was the first Monday back to school

Birmingham Nandos near the cinema- Excellent customer services by Danny as well as the food being lovely and my son had a wonderful time as it was his birthday, thank you saffron too for singing happy birthday with us! Amazing customer service.

We went to GBK Brindley Place, Birmingham following an excellent experience with GBK in another place, South Kensington. Unfortunately it was largely a forgettable lunch here. We tried Korean Chicken burgers and classic chicken burgers and they were mostly anonymous. They had run out of onion rings. The chips were average. The service was very ordinary, on a day when the restaurant was vastly empty. Don’t know if this was a one off, but based on this, we won’t be returning to this particular branch in a hurry. This is a shame considering how superb the food was in other GBK branches.

We waited less than 10 minutes for a table of 7. Our server Haymich (sorry if that's incorrect) made sure we would be comfortable with the size of the table and provided extra seating, he and all of the staff were so friendly. We ordered 7 meals plus extra sides and dips and everything came with no issues. The food was perfect, 10/10. At the end of our meal we were given a box set of sauces for being great customers ☺️ it was my partners birthday and it just made the experience fantastic. Thank you.

The food was excellent ,staff friendly service was quick.

Service was very impersonal, directed to use an app to order however this was different to the paper menu we were given. The glass that was provided for the drink still had the lip marks of the last customer and was sticky, when I asked for a clean glass I watched as they gave it a quick rinse and gave it back to me. As for the food this was below expectations the burgers were very well cooked and black on the bottom even though I requested it to be cooked medium. However I would recommend the truffle fries they were very tasty. Much better burger restaurants can be found in Birmingham.
