very good rice and paneer and tofu thai curry their rice is amazing and they have good cabbage and pork balls and vegetable balls spring rolls. I think they are very good. My family like their food, take away is excellent I like their food.

Great food, really impressed with it. One of the dishes took a while to arrive at the table which meant we were all kept waiting but it was worth it when it finally arrived.

Ate here recently-of the 2 Thai Beers on the menu -no Beer Chang only Singha. Ordered chicken sate which was 3 huge pieces of chicken, these had been deep fried as opposed to grilled. All completely tasteless and the largest piece was still cold in the centre. The chicken had been pre-coked and then deep fried as it wasnt raw however the dish bore no resemblance to a sate which is a barbequed dish in Thailand. Also ordered Penang curry with beef which was overly sweet with no balance of flavour, again bore no resemblance to any version of this dish which can be found in Thailand. All in all the food was very poor, inauthentic and lazily cooked -wouldn't return.

We drive across Bristol for this once a week. Beef Massaman and Red curry both fantastic with nice pieces of meat (loads of meat we usually just bulk out with veg at home and keep for a second meal). Very flavourful and reasonably priced. Fishcakes also well priced and delicious. We’ve tried maybe 15 thai restaurants across Bristol and this has become our favourite. Also very consistent which is important!

Was perfectly fine. Food was perfectly fine but definitely not great, there is much better available in Bristol. Layout and decor very "functional", a few more pictures, plants or colour wouldn't go amiss. Service alright, without being anything special. Just left us a bit underwhelmed so wouldn't hurry back or recommend anyone taking a special trip too far out of their way but if you are in the area after a quick bite to eat it will do the job. Clearly doing very good repeat trade with the locals anyway as always appears busy, which is fair enough. It is what it is.

We enjoyed our visit the food was good, staff very friendly. The service was good the music was a bit quaint but it made us smile.

First time going here with friends. The people working here are very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I am giving only 2 stars for the food. Starter was the Tom Yum soup with prawns, the soup was not very tasty, it was more salt I could taste. I was expecting a bit more colour in the soup (more red) but it was very pale. The main was Pad Thai with prawns and vegetables. I was so looking forward for this, however, it tasted SO sweet and sour like they used any sauce they could get.... and the noodles were overcooked soft. Just not the authentic Pad Thai I am used to. I was just missing the darker colour, fish sauce and a bit if of soy sauce. I didn't finish it but would never throw away food so I asked if I could take away to home. Later on another lady came to our table and she probably did not know I wanted it take away so she just put dirty plates on it! Nevermind the take away then.. the lady I asked for the take away ignored us and didn't even say sorry or anything. I won't come back here. I am not an expert on Thai food, however, I have had sooo much better Thai food than here. It just didn't give me the "wow delicious Thai food"...

First time going to this restaurant, was greeted by a lovely member of staff @ the door, nice quiet ambience and cosy, food was absolutely delicious service was very good and professional, noticed they had a lot of customers coming in for take away, so there are very popular. We will be definitely coming back

Visited here for dinner and the food was very good Had the duck in tamarind, Penang chicken and the sea bass All were very good and reasonably priced. The venue in the high street has a nice decor only recommendation I would have is they should put curtains or blinds up over the multiple windows they have to keep the warmth in and add an element of comfort to the venue. Parking around the area is not great we found somewhere The service was good and we would visit again ,

Been twice now and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The menu, food, portions, prices and service are all first class. To carp, the lighting could be a bit more, um, sophisticated, they no longer do any set menus, the choice of desserts is limited to just two (banana fritters with a choice of two ice creams or just ice cream), but the banana fritters were fine (they can sometimes be rather stodgy). I also prefer draught to bottled beers. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience and we'll definitely visit again.

Tasty mixed starter and Chenin Blanc but my main (Panang Ped) contained duck that wasn’t particularly good quality. Another issue was the proximity of the tables, bad news if your neighbours talk all night...

We booked a table on a Saturday night for 2. We have been to Thailand a few times and love the food so had high hopes. First impressions the restaurant was very quiet. The lighting was very bright which unfortunately only served to highlight the poor dated decor and grey net curtains tucked up into the end of the windows. There was only 1 waitress serving who barely said more than 5 words the whole time we were there. It took quite a while to even order drinks so we ordered food at the same time. The mixed starters for two were nice and plentiful. The green papaya salad we ordered with the shared starter didn’t arrive until the main courses arrived and was not great. No dried shrimps and a weird aftertaste we couldn’t put our finger on, nothing like the real thing. The main courses were also disappointing. The deep fried fish was soggy and not crisp but the sauce was ok. It seems like the main focus is on takeaways. Unfortunately we won’t return.

We had a very nice meal midweek when the restaurant was quite quiet. The food was lovely and as authentic as could be expected. The meal was well priced and staff were lovely and welcoming. We will definitely be going back. Aroy mak mak!

We visited for a birthday celebration and enjoyed a fantastic meal. The children (including an 18 month old) were made very welcome and our waitress was great. She advised about food choices, checking personal tastes and was very courteous and helpful. Our food was served quickly and was piping hot. It tasted wonderful and was excellent value for money. This is not the classiest restaurant to look at, particularly the bathroom, but it's clean and you cannot fault the service, the food or the price. On street parking available as well as a car park just down the road. We will definitely go again.
