Gym is terrible. I cancelled my membership in April. Got a confirmation email for proof it’s been cancelled. However they still took £45 out my account for about 4 months. I explained this had happened. Not one member of staff was helpful. It’s been 2 months and they have still said the payment is being processed are telling me it would be in my account on the 1th September. Absolute con! Save your money. Not worth it. They don’t care about their customers only there for the wage.

As part of the fitness centre one might not expect a high standard of food, but I was very pleasantly surprised...well worth a trip.

This gym is fantastic, I haven't been there long but everyone is so friendly and the personal trainers have really helped my confidence a lot which is one of the main reasons I joined the gym.
