Fish chips and curry was spot on but instead of the fish and chips being in a tray with curry all over them i got a very small pot of curry separate

Average at best chips could be better

Chips were lovely but haddock was strange. Tasted like generic white fish and was grainy. Portion of chips was good.

Chips were soggy, burger was dry, the onion rings were over cooked and the sausage was like eating rubber. The fish bites were the only nice thing about the order

I have had numerous orders from golden fry great quality and great service. Absolutely best in town.

Fish was all batter and over cooked , chips were horrible only warm.

The delivery arrived in really good time but two items were missing. I phoned the restaurant and because they were busy and couldn’t get the missing items out to me quickly enough for the other food to still be warm, they just replaced the entire order. The replacement order arrived quickly, so I was really happy with the way they handled the problem. Excellent customer service and the food is always very good, so I would very much recommend this restaurant.

Usually use just eat, with no issues..but decided to actually use their own website to order.. online said delivery would be 40 minutes, over 1 hour 20 minutes later we phoned and informed it was on its way! 15 minutes later it arrived, only to have several items missing. Phone back up, told they would get items to us asap.. 30 minutes later still nothing. Phoned back up again to be very rudely told, you can have credit on your next order, and they hung up… There certainly won’t be a next order.. happy to take your money but not give you your goods… Thief’s!

Although the delivery was on time it was actually a long time from ordering. However, the quality was superb as usual and soni didn’t have any real issue with the wait. Excellent Fish & Chios

food absolutely beautiful from here never had a problem. the golden fry had become our regular, nothing bad to be said abour this place. delivery drivers alway friendly and chatty too.

Fab as always. Could you add chilli sauce to your kebab options? I always ask for it in the notes but never do you read the additional notes.

was ordered ASAP expecting a long wait. Estimated delivery was 60-70 minutes. Very pleased that delivery was 30 minutes early. Food was excellent, large fish, crispy batter and all the food was delicious and hot. Delivered with a smile , couldn't ask for anything better! 😊

The fish is disgusting I paid 9.10 for a haddock that was tasteless and slimey they used to be a good place but there clearly buying cheap fish and making you pay more the chips were cold the best but was the battered sausage and the curry the gravy was to thick and the peas weren’t that great either

Delivery time ridiculous. Over 1.5hours for kebab meat and chips. It wasn't a difficult order and could have been cooked from scratch in less time than that

ordered 18.05, advised out for delivery 19.05, didn't actually arrive until 19.35 pretty much cold. Edible with warming back up but not what expected.

Rather late understandably busy its Friday, food arrived cold but heated up OK and still tasted as good as always. Ideally would have been delivered in a bag that keeps it warm not just a paper bag. Food still tasty x

We had to wait 1 hour 45 minutes for fish and chips which is normally delivered within 30 minutes. This is a completely unacceptable and appalling service. We will not be ordering from them again

20 minutes late delivery. Total 1hr 40mins from time of ordering. Food was good but salad was missing from the chicken shish wrap. Usually a much better experience from this takeaway.

The cod I ordered was way below the size I ordered last time. It was all batter no fish, seem like they are cost cutting right now, usually great to order from but won't be doing again tbh sorry, not trying to screw with your business

Excellent fish and chips the best I’ve had in a long time and their homemade carrot cake so moist and deliciously creamy will make your mouth water. I fully recommend you give them a try.

Thought I’d ordered fish and chips at the price, £21 with service charge, price of a paper bag and delivery!! turned out that chips were extra!! The fish was ok when I’d warmed it up, but arrived cold and greasy. Poor value for money.
